I was going to cancel my subscription; However, I was so happy with the rep he signed me up for a discounted plan after he showed ne showed me the all the functions to their site I felt it was worth it to rewrite my resume using their system. Cover letter now is a complete scam, I signed up for 14 day access, next thing I know I'm being charged for the next month after they never notified me that I was going to automatically be opted into a subscription. Very dishonest and never even provided a good product.
