I assumed it was a try before you by free trial for X number of downloads. So, fixing my cover letter and then having pay seconds before downloading didn't seem right.
There are kinder more honest ways to get our business than bait and switch.
I used the site for the advertised 14 day trial and without realizing that from them on at around 0200 they were billing me $39.80. So pretty much scamming off my bank account while I was sleeping. If you have questions on a cover letter just go to your local collage someone there will help you for free.

Wasn't a big fan of "payment" since obviously we all want things "free". But, when it comes to quality and not having ads or other benchmark prints on such materials, the money is worth it. They take advantage of unemployed citizens trying to get back into the working field. Overdrafting my already broke bank account. I was more than okay with paying $2 a month to help support the site. But they just take advantage of you i have 4 separate charges. Some even being only 3 cents, this company is full of criminals.

I despise automatic renewal sites that do not give me the option to pay for an item, and assume that they have the authority to draft my account in the future without my permission. Now, I am going to have to remember to cancel 14 days from today and waste my valuable time in doing so. This is not playing fair ball. Complete fraud of a website. You cant sign up for the 1.95, they just immediately charge you the 20 and then tell you you have to wait 4 days to have your money refunded. I highly reccomend you do not use this website and if anyone has any other horror stories from this website please contact me as I am making a claim to the better business bureau against these fraudulent people. They offer no help and if you call for customer service be ready to be sent to a call center in India where no one can help and apparently no one has supervisors

I was under the impression this was free and once I built my cover letter, which is needed right now for the application I'm am currently submitting, I find out I have to pay for it. I wish that was disclosed up front. The letter is great and should prove helpful. If not for the feeling of being deceived I would give this site 5 stars.

I did have some trouble using my debit card to purchase though - it set off some sort of warning that my card was either lost or stolen. I had to clear it up with the bank via phone call. Used a different card for the purchase.
