The actual cover letter site and builder is great. However the Home page makes it appear that this is a free service. Im sure the fact you will be charged is hidden somewhere in the fine print but It should be made more obvious you will be charged. I am familiar with these tactics however and have no confidence my complaint will lead to any action.

My husband and I spent a rather large portion of our time with the assumption that if there was a fee, it would have been clearer at the start. Needless to say we are not pleased. Also, I had to only get the 14 day trial rather than the month for $7.95 and not be told on the next screen JUST KIDDING ITS 95.00$'s... we more than likely would have been much more interested and appreciate the transparency...

I found Cover-Letter-Now.com is a hurried search for a cover letter for a specific executive-level job with a due date in a day. I needed to cancel my subscription. Juan suggested a few different options. I told him at this time I could not afford any of the options. He was very nice and very professional. My comments would be to state up front that this is not a free service and that the company is located in England as this may cause problems when trying to pay for service with a credit or debit card as was the case for me.
Review your web site for technical problems with the payment page. I did not have a block on my debit card, yet your payment page would not accept the 3 digit security code and therefore I had to make my payment on the phone through your rep. He had to make two attempts to get your system to accept my debit card. This problem took a great deal of time involving, first calling your rep. when repeated payments attempts failed, then calling my bank, which of course had a long wait time, and after finding out there was no block on my card, calling your rep. back to finally get the payment through! All these problems cost me a great deal of time. If it had not been for these time wasting technical difficulties, I would have given you a 5 star rating.
