I PURCHASED A DRESS FOR $198 for my daughters 15th birthday! I bought a size small and once I received it I realized their sizes run TOO SMALL! Their size small felt more like an XXS! I went through the process of returning it and paid for my own label ($12). Once they received it, they indicated to me that I would only be receiving store credit! Which I declined because I had already purchased another dress and it's hard to tell their sizing online. They offered me 50% monetary refund and I declined once again! I decided to reach out to PayPal to see if i can get my money back. Couture Candy refused again AND NOW THEYRE OFFERING ME ONLY 50% store credit! Due to reaching out to PayPal and as a form of penalty! NOW I am beyond upset with this company and their customer service. I reached out to the "supervisor" CJ and he did not help me AT ALL! They stole money from me and NOW I DONT HAVE MY MONEY NOR A DRESS! Who in the right mind wants to be charged money just for no reason. How is it fair that this company now does not want to give me my money and now charging 50% and giving me $89 dollar store credit! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They stole my money with their bogues disclaimers! I am never spending a dime here and you should be careful!
The dresses are 100% authentic! I was scared I would be scammed, but no! The dress arrived in perfect conditions and in a very timely matter.
There are lots of choices for dresses, but you should be able to receive a full refund if the garment is returned in excellent condition.
Answer: They will only offer you store credit minus multitude of the penalties regardless of the reason for the return, oh and you will have to pay back the "free" shipping. DO NOT BUY from this company!
