I ordered a dress from here and once I received it, the quality was very poor. It felt cheap and there were strings hanging from it. But besides that, keep in mind that there are no refunds! Their customer service is very bad and difficult to work around. I sent my messages at 10am when their chat service begins and now it is 12:37 and I have not received a reply. Definitely will not be shopping here again. I got the Elizabeth K GL2609 Plunging V Neck Pleated Bodice A-Line Gown.
I ordered a dress for a wedding, and even though I paid extra for three day shipping, the dress to not arrive when it was supposed to. Then the company would not let me return the dress, even though I had been told that I could return it. A total waste of money. Plus I had to buy another dress. I'll never buy from them again!
Package was lost on their end before delivery. I had to follow up with customer service so many times to get my tracking #. Finally after I received the dress I wanted to return it as it didn't look good on me & they refused. I called them twice & e-mailed them so many times. They never called me back although I was promised that someone will call me back. This was my 1st time ordering from Couture Candy & will never do again. I am so frustrated.
Horrible experience. Expensive lesson to learn. Many fees " cancellation, restocking, processing". Store credit only. Nearly impossible not to loose money on any transaction with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered metallic champagne plunging V-neck pleated glitter dress XS based on the sizing chart. Received the dress within the time frame specified, which was great. However, the dress did not fit. The dress was too big, and very long. It was a final sale, so I am unable to return it.
Ordered a dress for $264. They send me the wrong dress, a garbage. I paid the shipping $ 46 to receive the dress. I paid custom duties $36. When I told them that I don't want this dress they asked me to return it with my own expenses and the refund was only $173.?!. They will charge you fees for their mistakes. I lost almost $ 200 of my hard working money to this people and I have no dress. Be careful folks.
I needed a dress for an event and needed multiple sizes. I ordered the same dress and it was too big, ordered next size down, too big and ordered the last size down. Reached out to get the others returned and they said I missed the return window on the two that didn't fit and another dress. They didn't even let me return one, I got it back in the mail. Also, 20% restocking fee and now I have a very high credit because they don't refund you, can only get store credit. Worst site ever. I guess I didn't read the fine print close enough but nothing about the process made sense.
This company shipped me the wrong dress, I immediately reached out to let them know. I sent pictures of what I received and after I did everything they asked me to do including the time I had to take to return the incorrect dress they sent me and provided a copy of the shipping receipt, they continue to send me the same email saying I will have the tracking number for the dress I ordered within 48 hours. This has been going on for a week and a half after I returned the other dress. They got my money the same day I placed my order. This dress is for my daughter's wedding. Attached is proof that the dress they asked me to ship delivered already.
I will definitely order from this store again; quality dress, I received it as described, and I got my order very quickly!
The sent my dress to vas Vegas instead of Melbourne australia And ami saw them the proof of my address shipping that I wrote on their website. I paid my dress expensive plus 8 8d for shipping fees and I'm a poor student without big Incomes. When I try to call, this number is not available. My sister wedding is very soon and I don't have anything to wear! Thank a lot! Shame on you!
While I did receive my order and loved the dress, I needed to exchange for a different size. That's where the nightmare began. They won't give you your money back, I was not able to use my store credit for the new size 1st because they had a problem with their system and it wouldn't apply it, so they wanted me to purchase the new dress then credit my credit card "in a few days". This was supposed to be fixed in 48 hours, but it still wouldn't accept my credit so I called. Now they say I need to give them my password for my account so they can apply the credit themselves, but it because it was discounted by $12.00 they have to charge the full price and I have to pay shipping which was supposed to be free). Total scam.
I had been looking everywhere for a nice leather blazer to no avail. I came across this website and fell in love with this lamb leather blazer. I crossed my fingers and was pleasantly pleased with my purchase when it arrived. Perfect fit, perfect material, sleek. Happy customer!
I searched a ton of stores in person and a million websites and could not find what I wanted. Couture Candy had a dress unlike any I've seen before and I was so excited to order it. Shipping was also extremely fast so that is always a plus.
They sent me the wrong item. You have to go through a crazy process to return anything. I just want the right item. HORRIBLE. Never will I purchase from them again. I don't believe the good reviews. I think they are seeds. I'm going to find someone to do a class action lawsuit.

Perfect customer service, they helped me get the right size. She sent my the invoice so I could purchase my dress. The dress was delivered in less than a week. It is absolutely stunning! I did not expect it to look this beautiful. Now I can relax knowing I found the perfect dress.
I ordered two dresses which I needed urgently. They debited my card for the full amount. A few days later they called to even verify my card and order details again. Then a few days later they send an email to say both dresses are out of stock. Very unfair to charge and then wait so long to inform the customer both are out of stock. How did they not know this before they confirmed and took my payment. I am now waiting for my refund which they say takes 10 days. I am wondering if this is even a legitimate website
I've read the last several postings, and after sending my dress back because it was a size to big I experienced excellent service. Micah whom I spoke with 2x notified the warehouse and found a size larger. She sent me shipping label for the return and basically took care of all issues I had. The second Terani dress was perfect and I could not have asked for a better experience.
Answer: They will only offer you store credit minus multitude of the penalties regardless of the reason for the return, oh and you will have to pay back the "free" shipping. DO NOT BUY from this company!
