Nice dresses for weddings or other events. Dresses arrived in a week and were on sale.

I ordered a dress that cost over $400. I didn't read the return policy (my fault I guess) because most companies will refund you if something doesn't fit and you return it. Couture Candy doesn't give monetary refunds. They only give store credit. Don't order unless you are sure you will use that credit. When I complained, they offered to give me 25% back in a monetary refund. They said it was a special order dress, (which I didn't know- and I didn't know what that would mean) and it would cost me a restocking fee. Just don't bother ordering from here

I love this dress! It's a perfect fit. I'm only 5'4" and the length is perfect with a small heel. I can't wait to wear it to my daughter's wedding. I found it in a store, but wanted a different color. I'm thankful I found it online in navy and CoutureCandy had the best price. Shipping was fast. Only complaint is the hook came off when I tried it on, but that's the manufacturer's fault and it's an easy fix.

I purchased a dress in 2023 I was told I can return it but when I do I will have a credit. And this company gives u expiration date and if u don't buy anything they get to keep ur money. So my 274.00 was never returned or I can't place a new order cause they give u a certain time to order and if u don't they keep ur $#*!ing money

Everything was good, the dress is a little big for me in length and on top, but that's typical for me to need those alterations. True to size =, very satisfied and can't wait to wear it at the wedding.

I ordered a dress from candy couture and it was too small. The company's policy is that the dress is to be returned within 5 days from delivery or the customer will be charged a percentage. I returned the dress with ups 3 days delivery and had to pay $56 for shipping. There are a hundred instructions that had to be followed according to this company. Candy couture received the dress and gave me a store credit for $134.60. I spent $ 172.55. In addition to the $56 that I spent to ship. The company charged me $ 10 for handling and $27.95 for handling. I email this company several times and finally the agreed to give me a refund. Out of the $172.55, they agreed to refund me $94.70 after fees. I rather lose money than deal with companies like these. I lost $133.85 (56 return shipping+ 77.85 fee) with no dress. Do business with this company at your own risk.

Website is horrible. I bought two gowns that don't fit me and they won't take them back. They are not custom dresses. Nowhere on their website or on my purchase receipt does it state that these dresses were not returnable.

They are so difficult to deal with. They repeat the same line they have been taught regardless of the situation. Definitely not ok with returning merchandise. They will give store credit even if canceling a day or a few hours after placing your order and they will tell u to read the company policy. Very strict and tough rules that makes it impossible to buy from them unless your are a billion percent sure if your purchase

Shady company. Asked for the order to be cancelled within 2 minutes of ordering it. They refused, sent the order out 4 days after my request, lying that it was already shipped, and are refusing to issue me a 100% refund. No one answers their customer service line. Emails are being rejected. They have 1 customer service rep-Tessa-she's terrible. I think they have 1 sales person too. They won't give exact answers when you ask about refunds or returns. Look at all of these reviews about how they treat their customers. If you are reputable, why wouldn't you give 100% refunds like ALL the other companies. Asked for the owner, Eric Jones (who knows if that is a real answer) to contact me. He has not. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Notified Better Business Bureau. I implore others to do the same. Again, I asked for the order to be cancelled 2 minutes after ordering as I feared that it was a sketchy company.

Excellent customer service coupled with superior design options. Received the gown quickly and was incredibly impressed with the quality of the design, fit and finishing. Couture Candy offered this gown regularly priced at 19% lower than any other vendor.

Shop around but purchase from Couture Candy...

I purchased a mother of the bride dress from Couture Candy. The dress was too big and I shipped it back according to their return policy. I attached pictures of the dress which showed the tags attached to it. They have had the dress for 3 weeks and are now telling me they will not issue a store credit as the dress had been worn, was missing tags and had been altered. I never wore the dress and the tags were in tact. I returned the dress within a week of receiving it. I would never recommend Couture Candy to anyone. They are returning this dress to me. I'm hoping it comes back with the tags and is in the same condition that it was when I returned it to them - which was NEW. My only option is try to sell it. Again, do not buy from this website.
