I'm beyond delighted with the customer service and delivery updates from both Couture Candy and FedEx as we anxiously awaited my daughters Quinceañera dress! It's beautiful and just as expected! Thank you so much!

I have encountered 2 problems. One was with the website, which has since been fixed. The other problem is with Couture Candy's business model. The first order did not fit well, so I sent it back. The CC requirements to send it back were ridiculous; it cost me $78 in shipping to meet their demands. Then, CC charged me $30 for the free shipping since I sent the dress back. Now, on a re-order, they charged me almost $15 for free shipping. Total damage, $123 for needing a different dress size. Either do not use this company or be very, very sure of the size dress you order.

I apprehensive about ordering such an expensive item from a new online store. I received the dress approximately five business days after I placed my order. I was a little bit worried at first that I hadn't received a shipping confirmation email so I called but it was outside of business hours, they actually called me back! I am very happy with their service and I ended up receiving the dress a day later which made me feel bad about calling in the first place. Either way I'm very happy with their service and the quality of the dress as well.

Beware of the most shiesty return policy ever! I ordered 2 dresses for my wife in the same order. They were delivered 6 days apart and because of the most ridiculous return policy that will take 20% off of your store credit only after 5 days of delivery I was out a nice chunk of money. Store credit only!
Whether is on their fine print or not, this way of doing business is deceitful! I spend plenty of money on my wife when it comes to dresses and I will NEVER give this company another dime. I wish them nothing but the worst.

First time shopping there on line. I didn't pay attention that the dress shown has different colors and you might buy a dress that doesn't show the color the model is wearing. But anyhow, the customer service helped sort it out. I already ordered several dresses there. And so far I loved the one I already received.

When a product is inherently flawed customers should be able to return it. When a product is purchased online there are certain things that you may not be aware of-like a dress that sheds glitter everywhere. Because I bought the dress on sale, I am now stuck with it. I cant even donate it. Its just trash.

Ordered on Memorial Weekend an item that was priced very well. In stock. Paid via
Pay Pal. 2 days later received an email "apologize, item out of stock, will credit your
Method of payment". Yet... item continues now... 3 days later, to be in stock BUT at
Price approximately 60% higher. Contacted Couture Candy and told by woman, Ameth,
That, no, I could not order that item (though it continues to be on their site) nor another
Same item (different color) at THAT price. Though I COULD order it at "today's price" which
Was 60% higher. Refused to honor same item (or same item, different color) at holiday price
I signed on for. Be VERY careful dealing with this company. Not honest, nor ethical in
Their customer dealings. So disappointed. Yes... sadly "too good to be true".

My daughter fell in love with the Fuchsia colored dress at another store, but they didn't have it in her size. Found it online at Couture Candy and order it. Shipping was quick and easy as well as the ordering process. She can't wait to wear it to her Prom!

Return policy is purposefully misleading to the consumer. They will only give store credit. I requested a refund and they said I will only get 75% of the cost of the dress back. Email threatening me that if not in good condition they will send it back. Poor quality, size totally wrong.
