Customer service was great. The size I ordered was not available so I called and spoke to a representative. She said she would contact me when and if they became available again. A few days later I received a call that they were in and customer service assisted me over the phone with my order.
These leggings are great for tennis because they have ball pockets on the sides. Hard to find! Love the patterns as well.
I was hesitant at availing gowns online because of the many mishaps I have read so far. This is where Couture Candy is set way above the rest. They have designer dresses at a fraction of the cost. The quality and details of these beauties are to die for! Will be reordering soon!
Ordered a dress that was advertised and I paid for as 3 day expedited shipping. I am now 13 days in with no dress. I have called and emailed customer service multiple times with zero help. Most of the time they do not even respond. Knowing what I know now I would have never ordered from this company. Do not order from here if you need a dress in a realistic time frame. The company should not advertise 3 day expedited shipping if they cannot deliver that.
I had high hopes for purchasing
A mother-of-the-groom dress. We just lost his brother late last year. I thought doing business with CC would have been a pleasant one. It has been a nightmare and disheartening as these people do not care about the customer experience. Customers are just numbers I purchased a dress and it was not going to be ready in time. When I asked for a refund. I was told I lost $250 to a restocking fee. To make it a win-win I offered to buy a more expensive dress in place of credit, no they rather gain $250.00. That's way more important than repeat business or a happy customer. Please I urge you not to purchase anything from this company as you be charged a 50% restocking fee for no items received. They have made what is already stressful situation unbearable please take your business elsewhere where you are appreciated and the company wants your business. They have made a "mother of the groom" purchase a horrible experience! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Do not care for this companies business practice. The idea that you spend several hundred dollars on a dress and then if it doesn't work out you are stuck with store credit. Then only given 6 months to spend that money or it all goes away. Will never purchase from this company again, and I would not recommend it to others. This would be a great company if they offered a full refund if your purchase did not work out.
I ordered 5 dresses from this site and returned 4 of them promptly when I found that they didn't fit. Two of them were returned with a label that was in their box, however, because I don't write and ask for a return code, the dresses are now "lost in the mail" and after much back and forth with customer service, even after they said they would refund me, still no refund. The other two, which I did get a return code for, was told that I would have to pay a restocking fee but that I would be refunded. However, still no refund. So now I am out more than $2,000 because of their return policy, which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. So if you order from here, make sure to read their return policy well.

I received my dress in the wrong color. CC is telling me I will get a store credit. They charged my credit card 3 weeks ago and I have wasted much time on the phone with them asking for a full refund. Tonight I spoke with a customer service rep who said she would escalate to supervisor. This is probably the 5th phone call with them. Terrible customer service. I would NEVER order from them again.
Purchased a dress, didn't care for it so returned it, but bought another one. In my return I was not only charged a less 25% restocking fee when they only had just sent me the dress but their freight as well and a late fee. So from $661 I only got back $330. Even after I purchased another dress. Both dresses are beautiful, but I do not think that I will purchase anything from Couturecandy again.
Dress is stunning and nice quality. I followed the size chart but dress is too big in chest and stomach area and is very long. Inside of it can be altered. Unfortunately returns are not accepted so I don't know what to do with it now.
I was very disappointed that the shipping information was not spelled out that 3-days shipping was after 2-3 days of handling. This resulted in my shipping a dress to an address where I was staying for only a couple of days. In addition, your website is incredibly difficult to log into, and repeatedly says that there is no account under my email address, despite my receiving emails from you at that address.
Me and the wife are travelling east. Asked customer service to deliver the dress to my house in NY. It came earlier than the estimated delivery date. Dress is a little bit loose, I called their support and I was refunded for some amount to bring the dress to a seamstress. We just got the dress back today and it fit perfectly now to my lovely wife. I'm already starting to recommend this online store to my friends. My wife is very much satisfied and told e that she will buy another dress in a couple of weeks for another event.

Return policy is murky at best. Finally got a return number but no label or return address.
They stall so you miss the small window and they won't have to even give you a lousy merchandise credit.
They will not inform you if how to use the credit until after they receive the return.
My mom ordered a dress for my wedding from this site. First of all, I would never recommend ordering a formal dress from a website at these prices without being able to try it on. The dress took over 3 weeks to get in the mail. The dress was too small. The process to return is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. You have 5 days to ask for a return and 5 days to get it in the mail to them. Once they get it, it needs to be approved. If you used a coupon code no matter how much the discount is, they deduct 20% off your refund. My mom used a 5% off code and therefore now only got 20% of her store credit. Furthermore, if you want a refund on your card you get 50% back! How ridiculous is that. The whole process takes forever and if you need a dress for an event your basically working in a very tight time frame. Unreal. Don't put yourself through this.
This dress is for my son's wedding next year. Thought I better start early in case the dress didn't work for me. But it fits perfectly and I feel wonderful in it! Extremely easy and smooth to order online. Very quick delivery!
DON'T buy from this company... BIG SCAMMERS! The clothes does not fit and quality not as pictured. They have the worst return policy in the world! Store credit only with a bunch of penalties. By the time you return the item, you will lose almost half of what you originally paid. Plus, they get to keep ALL of your money (including the item returned) if you don't re-order within 6 months or if you have any unused balance.
At first, I didn't get any confirmation of the purchase or hear anything back for about 4 to 5 days. I was worried, and luckily, I was able to get in touch with someone from customer service. They were able to help me with the issue and gave me updates on the order since that communication. The dress arrived 2 business days later. Everything was in good condition and before the date I was told it would arrive. Satisfied with the purchase, although, I did not hear anything about the order until I decided to reach out to them.

I recently called their customer service to ask about a ring I was considering (they added a beautiful collection of fine jewelry) and I was really pleased by their response (all their jewelry is sourced directly from the manufacturer) and their professionalism. I bought the ring and I'm so happy with it, I get compliments all the time because it is so unique!
