Ordered a dress on sale for my son's wedding, and received numerous confirmation emails. Then 1 month later was told I would have to pay full price if I wanted the dress! What a bait and switch! Their customer service is horrible and they purposely disconnected my calls. I asked to speak to a manager but never heard back. I am heartbroken and without a dress for my son's wedding! (The full price dress I ordered for my daughter's wedding came right away, so the sale dresses are a complete scam!)
First of all the variety of dresses are very pleasing and beautiful. Second, the availability and convenience of the customer service is just appalling. Any complaint, they would help solve immediately. They also shipped my dress quickly enough that I was able to try on my dress in time for the event. I truly recommend this website!

I loved the dress! It was a beautiful, quality product, but it was too large on me. I had a terrible time contacting customer service. It was almost impossible to get return information. I just wanted to exchange it for a smaller size, but their policy insisted on issuing an in store credit only. They required pictures of the dress, front and back, pictures of the tags and return box, return label, and FedEx tracking number all attached to an email within 5 days! I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get exchange/return info. I don't know if I want to reorder the dress. Too stressful.
They are strange their positive reviews... 1700 reviews 5 stars, for a company that makes less than 1 million dollars in turnover? They think we're idiots?
For my part, I placed two orders with them, one for $1,000 and one for $500 and I regret it bitterly! And I'm not talking about dresses...
Know that when you buy on sale from them, you agree to receive damaged dresses or with defects and not to return them!
They even refuse to provide you with an invoice... incredible!

Needed a last minute dress and the price was lower than other sellers…so I paid for expedite shipping and it was still less expensive. Came fast enough to have alterations done (I'm only 5'2" so ever dress gets hemmed.). The dress is gorgeous!

I bought a dress from couture candy thinking that I would have no problem returning it charged me $200 to return a $600 dress and will not give me the refund for it. Had paid to have dress expedited but the dress came later than two days horrible service would never buy from them again.
My daughter waited until the last minute to decide she was going to go to her HS Prom and had her heart set on one of your dresses. With little time and an anxious 17 year old, I placed my order and as promised, it was delivered on time without incident and the dress and your customer service was outstanding, highly recommend your company and my nieces have ordered several items as well. Great experience overall.
CoutureCandy has a lot of dresses so one is bound to find the one. I bought one with a reduced price and it arrived beautifully; well packed in a big box and like if nobody had ever tried it on. The dress is quite lovely. The only thing that I would say is that I do not quite understand why under MOB there are so many sleeveless and off the shoulder dresses considering that we are not all that young anymore... Other than that, good experience.
Loved the selection and the search filters. A lot of variety. Great customer service. Called us after a week and just checked on us. They asked if we needed anything. I did mention that I wish the dress had come with a formal dress bag. Maybe I missed that option in the order process. Will be getting one this week. Just a wonderful company that we will be coming back to very soon since I have another daughter coming through!
I initially had a problem with exchanging a dress for a larger size as well and was told a restocking fee (in my view, assessed inappropriately) would not be refunded. After posting on this site, a representative did respond and issued me a refund. I was informed that there has been a change in customer service (two managers replaced and a phone system upgrade). The dress itself (once in the correct size) was great, and once ordered, shipping was fast.
This Company is the most fraudulent, evasive company I have ever purchased something from. They welcome you to spend thousands on dollars on their website and then when you need to return and adjust a size, they claim if you buy with store credit, you just have to keep a garment that does not fit.
Completely bad business and fraudulent. I will never order from this company ever again. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are thieves. They take your money and then offer no solutions for re-sizing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Be aware this place does not return phone calls or emails. Only pay through PayPal so you can get your money back! I ordered a dress and paid for expedited shipping. The dress never showed up and they never would pick up the phone or answer numerous emails. They grabbed the money and ran. PayPal has stepped in and is going to issue a full refund. Horrible customer service!
Bought 3 bridesmaid dresses for my daughters bridesmaid to try and they will only give in store credit - no refunds! They do not have anything else we / I need or fit so this is NOT a customer service company. They even make a statement how much they want their customers to be happy, but this did not work for me. BEWARE!
There dresses run small so obviously I ordered larger sizes. I ordered multiple to see which was best. I ended up returning all since they ran very small and they refused to give me a refund. The only gave me a credit for 75% of my purchases and if I do not use the credit within 6 months I lose it all together. I had $500 in original purchases. I can not wear any of their items and now I just lost $500.00 and have nothing to show for it. This is a horrible company and would never in a million years recommend them to anyone!
I wore this dress for my roaring 20's vow renewal. It was so beautiful and fit perfectly. I received many compliments and the pictures speak for themselves. I wish there was an option to add images to this review so you can see for yourself. I will be buying any other special events dresses from here.
Most of the time I order from Couture Candy I use only get bathing suits but this time I also got a two piece outfit. All of the items came faster than expected. They were actually great quality as well.
If you don't know the shop you should check it, they have a lot of styles.
