When you think you found the right material, you can't view it unless you pay. When you do so, it's not the info you needed and they won't refund you.

If you start earning good, Coursehero will thoroughly check your account and the slightest mistake from your work is tantamount to violation. 2 Violations means probationary period of 14 days you cant access. Additional violation is preventing you from being a tutor. This is true even if the student themselves rate you as helpful. It is unfair treatment that even if you have excellent helpful rate, you can still be revoked without good cause of justification.

Their tutor support system is untimely. Whenever you committed violation, they will only warn you the next following weeks thus pinning you down to multiple violations giving them reasons to lock your account. Isnt it unfair? They could have warned you and ratify the previous violations to make a fresh start.

I had been writing for Coursehero for about 5 years. One time in 2021, they just decided to disable my account without any valid reason. I tried resonating with them via email and one of the moderators told me to never send an email to them. The worst part is that they did this without paying me the money that I had previously worked for. At least they could have paid me and given me a good reason as to why they disabled my account. If you are a student, please do not buy any material from them or even post any materials. They will exploit you and your work. If you are looking to be a writer, please back away from these people because one day, especially when you will really be in need of the money you just earned, they will cut you off and steal your money,

Note they do not come out to Floresville Texas even though they are on the Floresville South elementary website stating that they come in person are quick to take your money but take forever to put it back into your account give you the runaround make you confirm through email confirm to phone call confirmed through text message just to get your money back or something they guarantee on something they told you and made it seem like they do come out here to Floresville Texas which they don't and then try to sell you virtual tutoring ridiculous

Its a scam cause that's what happened to me I thought the membership was 11 bucks a month then they charge me for the whole year $143 so quickly, after that they only let you open a few documents and i stopped when i need to unlock some documents but would ask for more bucks, what an absolute waste. I called them to cancel my subscription and refund my money, yes they refunded back but less $30 saying that im downgraded so that they can refund me or otherwise i will not get any refund at all. In less than 2 hours of using it, they have taken $30 that fast. I was even told that it was in their policy about the downgrade but hell no when you click the subscription it automatically lead you to the payment, there was no agreement or policy in place prior to payment as far as i can remember, otherwise i will not let myself take the bait. Im even surprised that im still a member when i was so clear the first time i called that i wanted to cancel my subscription, if i didnt see it in my paypal account these people will continue to get money from me! Gracious gee!

Oh btw the agent was nice and calm, she handled the conversation so well for an irate customer, my guess she's been doing it for long time

After months of not using this site, A year later I get charged 119 dollars. There's no number to call cus customer service number sends straight to voice mail.

Poor selection process for tutors with no actual validation of real-world qualifications. Don't bother.

After reaching 250$ my account get a violation and they permanently disable it, what a scum. Don't use this website anymore, If you email them they will not response

I called them due to a email I received. They refused to give me any information or money back. Now I have to call all my credit cards to see how much they charged and how long this has been going on. Call them Corse Zero for zero ethics

In addition, you should change your passwords and monitor your accounts closely for any further suspicious activity.

They deserve a zero rating. The first time I used it worked okay. I uploaded my documents got free views. The next time I uploaded my documents I don't get my free views. I contact customer service. The representative says all 16 of your documents were denied and you can see it in your dashboard. He also said I should have denial emails stating the reason. All of the emails I received also say they were successful. The email further says they may be denied because they are duplicates. That is not possible because they were original papers written by me. The dashboard says all of the documents are ready to study and successful. I feel that my work was stolen since I did not receive use of any documents.

Doing fraud actually subscriptions pay is different and when they deduct they recut 30$ extra. It's not worth it.

Reject tutor application as per their wishes...absolutely no transparency...bound to fail one day.

I've been working all day just to answer questions and I cannot get my money because they are telling me I violated there policy. I don't have any ideas what policy I violated, they won't tell me either.
It seems that they are only using us tutors to earn money and suddenly when we are earning already, they will tell us that we violated certain policies so that we cannot withdraw our earnings.
This website is a scam. For tutors and for students as well. I highly recommend canceling your subscription with Course Hero and look for another website for your school works. It's nothing but a scam.
