It is really shameful to see how your company is scamming innocent tutors like us, who depend on companies like yours to earn a portion of their income. It was your company that was promoting the hiring for freelancers as tutors. Now, when we have put-in the efforts, why are you denying payments for the work we did?.

I have worked on over 87 questions in the last month and spent over 150-200 hours of my time (5 - 6 hours per day for one month) answering solutions with my expertise. There have been a lot of students who have commented that the solutions have helped them a lot. There were 4 instances where my solutions were rated unhelpful. 3 of them for which were unfair and I had provided ample proof that the solutions are correct and students have abused the power of ratings. I had attached a screenshot of answers in my previous emails from calculators, excels, mathematical tools which matched my answers. Still, you guys have falsely accused me for the quality of my answers.

You say "Community threat, community security, suspicious activity". Don't you guys have a little bit of shame saying so?. Whose security have I threatened? What is so suspicious at 5 am in the morning when you blocked my account while I was asleep?. Did I suspiciously hack your company?. No right?. So, your company using such illogical reasons is disgusting.

Students pay you for the solutions that are authored by us tutors. Thereby, you are expected to pass on a percentage to us tutors who have actually spent time on solving those like your advertisements say.

Without any reason at all, your company had first temporarily disabled my account. In your mails, you asked me for proof and I provided a video within a couple of hours (whereas your deadline is 48 hours). Then, your company is LYING stating that I have not provided proof of my identity. Your company then sends an email that they are deactivating my account and states that I can still withdraw my earnings. I ask them how to do so, they permanently block my account and are refusing to pay. How is this fair?. Aren't you guys going back on your own words?

I am not asking you to pay me randomly for a lottery or out of pure-heart. I am asking you to pay me the $256 for which I have actually worked, spend late nights working until 4-5 am trying to solve the solutions with the best possible explanations. (Students have appreciated that). $256 is quite a lot for international citizens like us when we consider the purchasing power parity. It's a one-two months salary for some of us. Why do you think I have spent all night working on your website?. And you guys don't honor your side of the deal and blatantly block tutors?

Now, your company is using my solutions to provide a service to students (for which CourseHero is being paid by students) and then you are not paying the actual author of the solutions (i.e us tutors). It's a cycle of hiring, getting the work done for free, then firing and refusing to pay.

They charged me even AFTER I canceled my membership. They are a scam, you're better off with Chegg!

It's a scamming website. When I was in course hero firstly I loved it I get paid. But later they
Find reasons to reject me. I have a high course hero rating. All the students are happy and they were thankful for my answers. Most of them are giving me a "Helpful rate" with good reviews. They keep telling me that "I will ask you for my assignments". I have a 90% above helpful rating. One day I have got my first violation, I ask them why. They said that I communicate with students that are not related to the answer. And then I check the violation they showed. It says that "I say thanks to students". I don't know saying thanks is this much wrong. And then after two months, they terminate me without giving me a proper explanation. They said that they have found plagiarism. And I am 100% sure that my contents are my own words and my content. I emailed them and they showed the answer that was plagiarised. The funny thing is that is not my answer that is the reference I have provided. And every time I write an answer I checked if my answer contains plagiarism. You know Turnitin was the best plagiarism checker but it's not free. I used free best plagiarism checkers like Duplichecker, SEO small tools, Que-text, plagiarism checker. I checked at least 10 times each answer, and I downloaded the reports. I have all evidence against them. When I emailed them an inquiry about this, they did have not an answer. They say something unreal. So I found that it happens to so many peoples. Then I realize that it is a scam. I know nobody trusts me so I have evidence to show if anybody wanted the evidence I can provide you.

There is nothing to like them about. I entered this platform because I wanted to earn some extra money. I wanted to help students as a tutor, So I ended up this platform. They treat tutors like garbage. They terminate me without giving a valid reason or evidence. And on the other hand, they sell my quality answers which contain high-rated reviews. They sell on their own. I mean who gives them the right to sell my answer. It also came under a copyright claim. They don't have any rights to sell my answers. It doesn't even include in their guideline. Please...! Don't ever use this platform for tutors as well as students. They are all scammers. They steal your money, Hardwork and all of your information.

There are no benefits only cheating. I am a former employee in course hero. They do not value tutors. Bad company ever. They terminate me without showing exactly what reason. They first say that it's because of plagiarism. But I have documents to prove that every question that I have answered that it was 100% unique and zero plagiarism. They terminate me in the middle of getting a monthly reward. If I have terminated they didn't want to give it. They do this on purpose to many tutors. I have a 90% above students rating. Most of the students are happy about my answers. They are all liars. I recommend students don't go for this course hero SCAMMERS. My account and evidence are shown below.

When I first tried Course Hero, it does it like any other site: The instant you sign up, THE FIRST THING IT TAKES YOU TO IS TO TRY TO GET YOU TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE. I just want answers, and I have to pay $40 per month, which is RIDICULOUS for getting answers. I would stick with Quizlet and Brainly.

Next thing is that for unblurring documents from TechLaCarte tells you to pay $2 to unblur it, even though it says it's "free". Next thing on TechLaCarte is that when I see the part where you can get 3 free unlocks per day, IT'S ALWAYS SOLD OUT THE INSTANT I LOG IN TO THIS CHROMEBOOK TO TYPE IN THIS REVIEW; IT'S NEVER GOING TO CHANGE EVER. Quora is blocked on my school Chromebook, so I can't get answers there.

Uploading 10 documents is very stupid just to get 5 unblocks. What documents am I supposed to put there? I don't need to upload documents, I just want answers.

This is basically like Chegg or Bartleby, it's a scam. All they want is money, and they are rich while you are poor and you REALLY REALLY NEED answers. The whole point of this is to help. I WOULD NOT USE THIS AGAIN.
