$#*!tiest $#*!ty site i've ever seen: overpriced; nothing to do after looking 1 page; upload pass never works;

So yesterday one of my answer was marked as unhelpful and the reason given was that I didn't answer all the questions but just one question was asked which was answered so I commented on the question that I had answered all the questions which was one question, and so why was I marked as unhelpful. Today I received a warning mail from coursehero "warning for posting unnecessary or irrelevant comments". So if a tutor answers a question after spending an hour on it and gets that answer marked as unhelpful he can't do anything. We can't comment on question asking why was the answer marked unhelpful for no reason, if we raise a ticket for the question hoping that someone from coursehero will listen to tutors, all we get is an auto-generated mail.
So if one wishes to work as course hero tutor all he has to do is answer the questions and hope that the student don't mark it as unhelpful for refund. I'm just gonna shift to chegg expert now. Chegg has some really good services for student as well as experts.

It has been over 24 hours since purchase of 1 month premium membership for $40. After checking out the website timed out and upon refresh it asked me to buy a membership to access the documents again. Never received a conformation email either. The closet thing I have the resembles my purchase is the attached screenshot. It says I have 1 month till some of my tutor questions expire. The $40 is not in my bank account anymore and I still only have free access to the site. I have reached out to support multiple times and have yet to receive a response.

I purchased a $39.95/1 month membership in order to view the documents The entire website leads you to believe that once you "complete your membership for instant access", you will have "instant access to over 25 million documents". Nowhere does it state that even after you pay for a membership, you will have to earn "unlocks" to access the 25 million documents you were guaranteed to have instant access to! After discovering this "service" is completely useless, I requested a refund. WHY IS THIS NOT ADVERTISED? NONE OF THESE RESTRICTIONS ARE ADVERTISED.

Once you join for the low price... what they don't tell you is that price was JUST THE MEMBERSHIP FEE! AND YOU MUST THEN UPGRADE EVEN MORE. This is the email they sent me AFTER I joined for 14.95/month... 1. Should you decide to upgrade to a monthly subscription that costs $39.95 USD, you will have 30 unlocks and 10 tutor credits that are good for 1 month.
2. Should you decide to upgrade to quarterly subscription costs $59.85 USD, you will have 30 unlocks per month and 20 tutor credits that are good for 3 months.
3. Should you decide to upgrade to annual subscription costs of $119.40 USD, you will have 30 unlocks per month and 40 tutor credits that are good for 1 year

The website is extremely frustrating to navigate let alone their customer support team are useless prikks. The way the website is run is not user friendly and they make it really hard for you to get what you want from it. DON'T BUY COURSEHERO instead opt for chegg or one of the better websites.

Banning tutors without proper warning, locking their earnings. Inconsistent policies. Cheating site for students

I have uploaded 10 documents and after so many hours it still didn't load. This website monopolizes information and preys on students and tutors alike. Stay away from this site.

It is seriously just a scam, dog. Like, for real. Don't trust it. People can upload whatever they want, right or wrong. So, most of the time the answers have nothing to do with the subject material. Then, if you do dump out over $70, which i doubt most students have, to unlock documents, you're out of luck. The answer is either wrong, In Latin and just gibberish, or you need to pay even more money to view the answer. Be careful.

This web site is useless. The free option doesn't really give you anything. You will have to upload documents to see answers or information. Then you will end up paying, which won't change much. The web site is confused and at some point you will find the same answer on each question.
It says students post information and answers but it is just useless information you can get in any of the drunk college parties. This web site is a scam, don't pay anything you will be disappointed.

My personal essay was stolen by a service tutor that I don't know of here. The tutor account is herbertwalindi10. My entire essay content was copied and claimed his/hers false-fully. The tutor is dishonest here and claimed my personal work as his/hers and shared and sell my essay for money.

Do not trust the work here as it's plagiarized! There is very lack of background check on the tutors and the quality of the tutors are skeptical. Already submitted an investigation case; but no phone contact to the compliance team; long investigation time and response time.

I paid 75 Canadian dollars for quarterly inscritpion, after one week I tried to unlock more dcouments but it didn't accept. They wanted me to pay more to unlock 5 more documents, so I paid 75$ for one week! I don't recommend this site to anyone. MONEY DOESN'T GROW ON TREES.

I used their services for a month. It was ok. Not really worth it, 7 months later my account was charged without my permission. Its deceptive, and out right theft. Won't be dealing with them again!. Not worth it!

I have been removed as tutor and they did not tell me why, or which violation i made, also when they gave me warnings they did not say where i made a mistake or why i gave a wrong answer, even when i contacted support they did not say where is the mistake in the answers i gave, or which violation I made, or which behaviour I have on the platform that make them offboard me.

Took my money illegally from my account. Will not issue refund. They are fraudsters and scammers. Do not even think about using this service!

I would highly suggest not to consider this platform for tutors. They permanently disabled my personal account because they claimed that my personal account was linked to another account. In course hero, you can't just make another account using the information you've used in your personal account, because they have the system to detect it. When I asked them for the validity of their claims, they can't provide because they have closed both accounts. I asked them to check the information used for both accounts, when are these two accounts made, and where are these two accounts made, but none of these was provided.

Basically, their claim was not verified, yet they have already decided to permanently close my account. So they can just randomly claim that your account is fraud and close it without substantial evidence. I feel sorry for the other account. And also, if you read the terms, tutors are not protected. They allow students to post actual materials from the university, such as exams, quizzes, etc.
