Beware!

Ordered about $130 worth of items in May. Never received this order but it showed "delivered". Emailed this company 3 times with no response other than automatic email saying message was received & I would be contacted. Finally found a phone number & called to get a message with no options to speak with anyone. Contacted ups & they verified Box had been delivered to wrong address. Sent several more emails & tried calling them again with no response. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. At least other companies respond to issues with their business. Lost out the entire cost of this order & I was not given the option to file a claim with ups. Will never order from them again & buyer beware to everyone else!

Fast international delivery! Exactly as pictured! Very satisfied and would recommend!

I ordered two items from this company and the quality was not as advertised. The items were cheap and didn't work as stated. The return policy is a joke, so don't even think about returns. I wasted my money and won't do business with them again.

I made an order on Coupaw, and paid the outrageous $12.95 shipping because I live in Canada. I keep checking my order status online, 5 days later still no tracking, so I inquire about it and of course, international order's do not have a tracking number. Because they will charge the customers up the wazoo for shipping, but ship in via regular parcel. This is my first and last order with Coupaw. I will never cheat on Bark N Box again!

Worst customer service
November 26, 2018

I ordered a few items that were supposed to be for the holidays, when I checked on the status turns out they were shipped to and address fro 2014, even though under my info, the zip code is my new zip code, not the old one, they refused to do anything about it, I was told it was my problem, since the person that received it didn't return the order.

Not Happy
October 21, 2016

Ordered a Tether Tug Toy - got it in appropriate amount of time. Dog played twice with it and it broke. Contacted customer service, they said send pictures of broken toy for a refund or replacement. Did that. Heard nothing. Weeks later sent them an email saying haven't received a refund or replacement, they said please send pictures they never received. Immediately sent pictures again - still no refund or replacement. This started on August 10, it is now October 21. I don't expect to hear from them or get the refund. They have on their site that they are BBB accredited. I will be reporting them. Buyer Beware.

Read the Fine Print
July 18, 2017

I ordered something from this company and I wanted to return the product I bought but when reading the fine print it said " all sales final ", I have never seen such a horrible return policy for a company and I will never buy from this company again.
I recommend Chewy.com they are an excellent company and have great customer service...

On April 1st I placed an order with Coupaw.com. I had never bought from this company before so I tried Sitejabber to see if there were any reviews--there weren't any. I ultimately decided to go ahead and order from them and was pleased to find that they accepted PayPal. I always feel more comfortable paying that way especially when I really know nothing about a company. Today is the 7th and I received my package this afternoon. It arrived in perfect condition. With every order placed, 6 meals are provided for pets in need. I definitely recommend doing business with Coupaw.com.

Purchased 20 bullysticks and instead got 2 hair removers. Reached out 7 times. The 4th time they finally respond. I sent them pictures and they email me days later, responding to an old email telling me (again) to email them pictures. I reply and a few days later reach out 2 more times. Finally they tell me that it was out of stock. They never stopped my order or emailed me when processing my order and when they realized that did not have bully sticks. Instead they tell me after the 7th attempt to reach out and the 3rd actual contact. They had the audacity to send me hair removers and not even acknowledge that my order couldnt be filled. They had NO problem taking my money. I will not shop here again!

I have ordered before, received my items, and had no problem. This time my order came with 1 of 2 items with a package slip stating my 2nd item was sold out and I would receive a refund. I would assume my refund would come within a few days of that since it was sent out a week before I got the 1 item and at that point they knew it was sold out. I emailed after a few days since I had no refund. Their website has no phone number only an email to contact them. They emailed me back the next day saying I received my order in full (scary they don't have record of the actual order only shipping 1 item). I emailed them back with a photo of the slip and let them know i want my refund since it was a expensive item (I don't feel I should have to ask for what I am owed). I emailed again in 2 days, and again every day after for a week with no response. I found a number on my slip and called it but it was just a line to tell you to email them, never rang or had an option to talk to anyone. I understand that there are limited resources due to the Pandemic, however they are there since they did email once. Also if they expected delays in response I would expect their automatic emails would state that, which they don't. And I have read many other horrible reviews which i fear is their normal. I just want my refund since they took my money and I never got my item. This is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again.
