I have ordered before, received my items, and had no problem. This time my order came with 1 of 2 items with a package slip stating my 2nd item was sold out and I would receive a refund. I would assume my refund would come within a few days of that since it was sent out a week before I got the 1 item and at that point they knew it was sold out. I emailed after a few days since I had no refund. Their website has no phone number only an email to contact them. They emailed me back the next day saying I received my order in full (scary they don't have record of the actual order only shipping 1 item). I emailed them back with a photo of the slip and let them know i want my refund since it was a expensive item (I don't feel I should have to ask for what I am owed). I emailed again in 2 days, and again every day after for a week with no response. I found a number on my slip and called it but it was just a line to tell you to email them, never rang or had an option to talk to anyone. I understand that there are limited resources due to the Pandemic, however they are there since they did email once. Also if they expected delays in response I would expect their automatic emails would state that, which they don't. And I have read many other horrible reviews which i fear is their normal. I just want my refund since they took my money and I never got my item. This is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again.
