Ordered about $130 worth of items in May. Never received this order but it showed "delivered". Emailed this company 3 times with no response other than automatic email saying message was received & I would be contacted. Finally found a phone number & called to get a message with no options to speak with anyone. Contacted ups & they verified Box had been delivered to wrong address. Sent several more emails & tried calling them again with no response. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. At least other companies respond to issues with their business. Lost out the entire cost of this order & I was not given the option to file a claim with ups. Will never order from them again & buyer beware to everyone else!
