With my experience it was worst
False promises one sided contract.
Only customer is bound to the contract.
There nothing mentioned that if chis failed in their services then what will happen.
Everything they say is false, they make false promise, never trust on them, try to record their conversation
This is fraud company, once you became member then they will not respond you properly. You have to chase them to get bookings, also they don't have tie up with good properties (few properties are 5/4 stars) Most of the time you will not get booking instead you will get only false promises.
Most important point all the reviews on google and other website are fake, they have a dedicated team to put fake reviews in their Sector-63 Noida office.

Lots of people chasing CHIS to get refund, and you can see some resolved complain which were resolved by customer after getting refund.
I have taken it's membership last year. During the meeting they are promising many things and shows many videos of destinations of India and worldwide. But in reality they have only few hotels and at the time of reservation, they said tgatvthey have no property in such places or no vacancy on the desire date. I had requested few times, but never got my desired date and destinations. I even not used my free offers destinations till now.
They took my hardly earned money giving me dream of holidays but all are fraud. They pressured me to take membership at that time only and also had promised me to give free DAE card, but they wont.
So, I want to surrender my membership and want my money back with interest because i suffered a lot mentally due to this. If not done i will move to consumer court and file a case against them. My member id is *******.
Promise vs Reality.
This company is befooling people, charging 4000 per night from us, and promised to give 4 star properties,
In reality they provide poor hotels, which are available below 2k.
We gave them money for good services not to fill their accounts.
Now Team is denying to refund the amount.

If you spare money please give to some poor person rather than giving it to frauds.
They will take your money and leave you with nothing. They doing a big fraud business on the basis of holiday membership plan. You will get feels like been scammed as i it was never delivered as they have promised. They are not having properties where they can provide you stay. So all promise of sales person like@ Anuj Kalra and Shaurakh in Noida are fake.
The staff at Noida office who introduce us to this holidaying especially sh. Arun yadav was very helpful to opt for country holidays inn. He was good and convincing.
Fraud Company, Do not give your money.
If u calculate you are at a loss.

You will have to pay it as a Bank loan.

Don't buy their membership. They are big fraud, at the time of selling their membership they will promise customer of good hotels but believe me they provide very poor and far away hotels from the main location
This company is fraud full of fraudsters don't stand up to their promises. I want my hard earned money back. At the time of purchasing promised to provide two rooms but now they are denying it.
