I ordered from this company and the items were supposedly shipped 4 weeks later to a location in my area. The tracking information said that I had to ARRANGE DELIVERY but no telephone number was given and that I had 10 days to arrange this or my order would be sent back. When I tried to get in touch with the tracking company, they needed to receive money to find the package which redflags a scam. When I tried to contact Cotosen, no telephone number was available and only a text messaging contact that doesn't give you any satisfaction. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought these for a Hawaii trip and they were light enough for that warm weather on the beach and also look good enough to wear to a fancy dinner. They fit true to size.

I was worried that the design would be too light or that the shirt would be way to tight. No problems with either, I would definitely buy other designs from this brand.

For the price the quality of these pants cant be beat. They fit well and the material is thick and sturdy as cargo pants should be. For this I give 5 stars!

Communication was great, and staff was so friendly and prompt. We just handed hats out yesterday everyone loves them and have gotten so many requests on where we purchased.

I bought the shoes at the same time as much more expensive goods and wore them alternately. These shoes I still wear today, the expensive ones are already broken.

Do NOT buy from Cotosen. I wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my money but a lesson was learned and I will never buy online again without researching the reviews from somewhere other than the advertising companies web site which is likely stacked with reviews created by themselves.
I ordered three shirts to get the deal on shipping. When they arrived they had only a slight resemblance to what was shown online, the material was paper thin, the sizes fit incredibly small, I normally take an XL which is what I ordered, it fit like it was painted on, probably a size M in North America.
I filed a complaint with my credit card company and Cotosen offered a 50% refund, I countered at 75% and they accepted and did refund the 75% which saved me shipping costs to return to China. I suspect that is how they make their money, ship cheap products that they pay a few dollars for and then sell high and make their profit on the 25%-50% that they negotiate with the unsuspecting buyer.
The company also said that I could keep the shirts, my wife donated them to the local thrift store but I doubt that anyone would have paid even a few dollars for them because of the poor quality.

I love the thick jackets. I also have 3 of their pants and ordered 3 jackets. I live in Idaho and winters can be brutal. Very happy with their products. I ordered XXL and they fit perfectly.

Okay I just received two shirts that I ordered from their online website and they look just exactly like the pictures I like the quality of the material it fits well breathes well I got just exactly what I ordered I am very pleased and I have turned around and ordered more not sure what these people are complaining about maybe they're just having bad luck and I was very fortunate to get exactly what I ordered so I will see on the next order what happens.

I ordered 2 shirts- was sent something entirely different than what i ordered- I contacted them the same day I received them, sent them the pictures they requested. They offered a partial refund, and for me to keep the items, after multiple emails - i finally got them to understand i did not want what they sent me- They advised for me to return the items (that they sent incorrectly), and that i had to pay postage to return them. THIS COMPANY IS BOGUS

The color of this men's short-sleeved shirt is very attractive, and the fabric is also very soft. It feels very comfortable to wear, and it's perfect for daily wear!

I ordered this sweater for my daughter and I liked it that I may actually order one for myself. It's very comfortable and warm. It's so soft and keeps you warm.

I'm happy with this coats, sometimes I have to work in freezers and this coat has been a perfect outer layer for that. I would say I'm happy with this coat.
