I ordered 3 shirts in size 3XL. I tried each of them on and had a hard time believing they were even large. I'm trying to find out how to get a refund or replacement.

I paid for 12 products and received 4 products. Not to mention that they are of poor quality. Some rubbish!

The reality does not correspond to what is on the website.

The sizes do not match.

I had low expectations, but it's now my favorite shirt I own. Great cut that fits very well. I'm 190 but an avid gym goer, and this fits exactly like how I want my shirts to fit.

Too bad for me that I didn't read reviews before I bought a few things. Their stuff really is total garbage. Instead of "When is…", two words are run together forming the word "Whenis" because they don't speak English well.
One shirt is supposed to have "ties" connecting the two sides, but the button connector thingy goes through the middle. The material is super strange. It's not like t-shirt material. It's like thin, cheap, almost silk-like but polyester material. I can't even describe it very well, except that it's just weird.
Another shirt seems fine, but it's SUPER WIDE. It's not even the same size as the others, and they were all supposed to be large. He can't wear any of them because of one problem or another. They just don't look good at all. It's just the worst quality of material, design, and service. If it looks great on the site, trust me that it will NOT look like that when it gets to you.
So naturally, I tried to return the order and get my money back, but they wanted me to return it at my expense, and they were going to ship the replacement back to me... at my expense. It wasn't even worth it. They will also start leaving their own 5-star reviews once they discover a review site. They'll pretend they're amenable to helping you if you're unhappy, but again, it's just for show. Once they have your money, they're done.
Do yourself a favor and just buy American. May cost more, but at least we care about customer service more than these scammers.

A bit of preface; I work as an automotive mechanic, which means that any gear I employ needs to hold up to frequent use and abuse in ways that the designer may / may not have intended.

I have searched years for a product that would function similar to the "seat-belt" belts you can find at many Spencer's & Hot-Topic Stores. While the buckle on the aforementioned belts is great to have for ease of access, the fandom and pop-culture designs have no place in a professional setting.

While I'm not a huge fan of tactical products in general, I can wholeheartedly endorse this belt and the other "practical-tactical" products which accompany it.

It's a no frills, utilitarian dream. The buckle can be adjusted to the desired length within seconds; and removed to allow the belt to be pulled off with one easy motion. No more tugging, wrestling, and fighting with leather belts.

The actual mechanism is equally impressive. The two pins on either side of the release mechanism push in to provide a quick-release operation; similar to how a seat belt would function. In equal fashion, the return mechanism simply slides into place, and then locks the buckle.

The material the belt itself is a sturdy nylon webbing with a little bit of stretch to it. This makes sliding accessories through it a breeze; such as multi-tools, lights / lamps, radios / coms, etc. This also decreases the amount of time spent getting ready in the mornings, again due to no longer fighting with traditional leather belts which grip and tug at nylon accessory sheaths which attempt to pass over it.

Cotosen's selection of Outdoor Shoes is impressive. I bought a pair for hiking, and they provided excellent traction on rocky terrain. The shoes are comfortable, and I had no issues breaking them in.

The design and quilty of clothes is adorable. Their service is amazing. Price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this to everyone who want buy outdoor brands.

I had several bad experiences with Cotosen. The first bad experience was their order tracking on their website did not work properly. The second bad experience was that it took them over 1.5 months to delivery my order. Next the items themselves were not made proportional to the size. The Henley tactical sweater and t-shirt I ordered in an XL and they must have only had a 15 inch neck opening. The hiking pants claimed to be multi-pocket, polyester, and water resistant. The pants only had 2 front pockets, were obviously cotton and not water resistant. I, also, got a t-shirt which the shoulders had not been sewn correctly and looked like they had points on them.
I was obviously not happy with my order, so I sent them an email. In wanting to be nice about their product I just told them the items didn't fit properly and I wanted to return them. I asked for a return shipping label. They answered my email promptly, however, they only offered to send me different size items for free shipping and a 40% discount or to give me store credit not even close to what I had spent.
I replied to their email that their options were not acceptable, requested a return shipping label and that they credit my credit card with the full amount. I have not heard from them since.
I started checking into what other recourse I had in getting my money back and guess what, they are located in the UK and the UK has no equivalent of the Better Business Bureau.
If I could rate this place a zero I would.

The prize was 6 USD and delivery was 16.98 USD. I paid as the tshirt looked good.
It took more than 2 weeks to arrive in the UK and the product is such a bad quality!
I contacted through paypal and they said if I wanted to return I had to pay return post to China, that would have been around 10 GBP, they said the offered those 10GBP in partial return if I kept the item but I had to close the ticket with paypal first, I said paypal doesn't recomend closing the ticket before geting the refund but they insisted a partial refund was not possible before the ticket was closed. As I didn't know better I closed the ticket as they asked and, guess what... they never refunded anything nor cared to answer anymore.
This is a total SCAM. Beware!

Took over 6 weeks for the item to arrive. Completely different item arrived. They asked me to keep it and they would give a small refund, or I had to pay for the item to be returned before they would send me the correct item. I asked for full refund, and haven't heard from them since. MONEY WASTED. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER. THEY ARE CHINESE!

Ordered a LEATHER bomber jacket, what finally showed up was a cheap vinyl piece of crap that went straight to the thrift store. Low quality shell and lining.

Purchased 4 items for $115. Took over a month to receive the junk. 1 item smelled like urine. And all were crap. Washed items and gave to Good will. Felt like i was scammed. Lesson learned.

They shipped me the wrong item, I had to pay for return shipping plus they refused to reimburse me for the original shipping cost on the wrong item. I ended paying for them to ship me the wrong item and then had to pay the return shipping for the wrong item. First time I ever had to pay a business to ship me the wrong item. Won't ever buy anything from them. BUY FROM ANYONE BUT HERE!

Perfect! Looks better once you put it on. In the picture and in person it just looks like an everyday kind of shirt but my husband was able to dress it up with trousers and it actually looked good.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. I RETURNED THE JACKET AND AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND

Ordered a German flag shirt, got a pirate ship shirt. Now I have to pay return shipping to get a refund and then be approved to get what I ordered. Very poor service and the order took 4 weeks.

Do not waste your money on this garbage, not even a dollar.
They don't even respond to return requests and don't want to provide the return address.

This site is very bad discounts are not valid, I got charged the full price for my purchases, although they should deduct the discount from the total amount. I don't buy anything on this site...

I love these sandals - the styling varies greatly and they are comfortable with or without socks depending on your wearing preferences. For the price they are unbeatable.

Nice looking! We are planning a Route 66 trip and it was fun to give to him with some other items for our trip on his 66th birthday. He loves it! Nice feeling fabric too.
