Several bad orders have been brought to the attention of Arganda Jen, Nina and other supposed customer service representatives. Years have passed and NOT ONE of the issues is ever RESOLVED. Wrong size pants, wrong size shorts, orders filled with colors not matching order... not to mention inconsistent material, zippers not working, button holes too small to fit button and generally cheap feeling products. Now you might notice that the PROMISE to HONOR is VOID because the return buttons on the website go nowhere. Even returning bad orders to the Cotosen provided state side address does not help. Photos of just one bad order included... BTW - returns to China cost more in shipping than the products.

I ordered a shirt and it was completely the wrong one. It seems like they use third party people in the US to ship out their orders that come out of China. Good luck contacting them for an exchange or return.

It was ordered on 9/11/23 and still waiting.
Very nice people to work with, and very response, but in the long and short if it, i am out $80

No only did the sent totally the wrong size and ignoring emails, it is incredibly cheap tat. The sort of stuff you used to put on action man you wouldn't be seen dead walking around in it, the sweater I ordered was £36 with 10 pound shipping. Avoid being totally ripped off. The images you see are not what you get

Ordered a German flag shirt, got a pirate ship shirt. Now I have to pay return shipping to get a refund and then be approved to get what I ordered. Very poor service and the order took 4 weeks.

I bought pants. Obviously, they do not know how to produce. Now I see adds from selling Rolex for 200$. Unbelievable. This a Chinese firm that should be banned from US market.

Don't be fooled / scammed by Cotosen.

If theft, lies, or deceit were Olympic events then Cotosen would take Gold, Silver, and Bronze in all of them.

This is a well planned programme of misrepresentation that ends up costing the customer and no chance of refund or reimbursement.

If you fill an online order and wish to check it before sending you will be trapped by the programme and your enquiry will be converted to an order and shipping charges and tax illegally added.

The advertising that clearly states that any order over US$ 99.00 is shipping free is an outrageous lie to convince you to place the order.

When challenged Cotosen will tell you the money has been used to pay for the shipping and will be refunded after delivery of the goods.

Another monumental lie as they have a library of pre written generic responses to avoid payment and not address the actual act of theft.

They must have a small army of autobots who do nothing to resolve problems, and just keep sending the same avoidance emails.

Along with all the other scammed customers ( 78%) of total, I urge you to not order from Cotosen or you will regret it big time!

These pants are amazing. Soft and comfortable. I wear these pants fishing and around the house gardening and they are great. The fit is perfect and they are durable unless you try to destroy them.

At first I was a little nervous that it seemed to be taking a long time for the order to arrive but it turned out to be ok after all. Also, it is always a bit of a gamble when choosing a size without getting to try it on first but that also worked out well for me. The best was that I like everything I ordered and have had many people comment on the shirts. I like the soft material.

I was hesitant to purchase these hiking shoes, but I'm so glad I did. They were incredibly comfortable and kept my feet dry during a rainy hike. The grip on these shoes was also impressive - I felt secure on all types of terrain.

It's like I'm back in the 50s. Great fit and feel. Have worn a few times and have good stretch and for the price they are awesome.

Beautiful crafted trouser as described in the website. The measurement fits well if you along with the size details. The product arrived within twenty days with a good tracking system to give updates on position of product. Wearing the trouser with my also purchased belt as contained was a stylish combination. A product of the same in UK, will cost me fourty percent more. I will certainly be making more purchase in the future.

Provide a good amount of ankle support and great traction at a very reasonable price. Love these!
