I ordered 3 T- shirts from here. The quality of the shirts was awful. They looked like made up shirts with iron on logos. Almost like something you would buy from a run down souvenir shop. Plus I ordered them a month and a half ago. I almost forgot I ordered them. Probably would have been better if I did forget. Also the sizes were way off. Would not recommend this to anyone who would expect authentic quality merchandise. I'm mad at myself for giving this a shot.

I love these shorts. Although they're men's shorts & I'm a woman, I needed a pair of really practical & comfortable shorts to wear biking & hiking. Women's pants don't have useable pockets because they're made to show off our butts, not hold cell phone, keys, etc. I'm way past the age of hoping to look cute, so am totally pleased with my new shorts!

It was my first and last time to buy something online especially Chinese. I heard Chinese products are crap. But I took my chances. Day and night from the picture to what they sent. Piece of garbage. The designer should be executed as an example! The one looks cotton the real is poliester!

I thought buying Let's Go Brandon Travel Vintage Henley Button Long Sleeve Shirt and paying by Paypal, would be the safe way if anything went wrong. Paypal was no help. I been trying to get Cotosen customer service for almost a month now, with no response. I am out over $50.00.

I purchased a $60 jacket from this website. No only did the jacket not fit the description, it was so cheaply made and was nothing more that a shirt with a fuzzy collar. I then requested a full refund. Instead on refunding the purchase price they first offered a $19 credit for another purchase. When I declined that, they offered me a $16 refund and said to keep the jacket. I'm still trying to get my money back. They are a complete scam and total ripoff. Buyers beware. The pictures tell it all.

I submitted a ticket twice requesting tracking information and have never received a reply. It has been over three weeks and the site just says processing. I would be very surprised if I actually receive my order.

My boyfriend gave me this men's short sleeve shirt for my birthday and it's awesome! The color is not only beautiful, but also feels incredibly comfortable. It does not deform after washing and I highly recommend it!

Looks great in their photos but the received product was junk. How can you print on shirts and be missing ink in the graphics in large areas. Entire letters missing! Good luck trying to contact customer service.

I bought 2 t shirts, paid through Paypal ( not realizing coming from China?) that took over 3 weeks to receive. They were 2 sizes too small! I wanted an exchange for bigger but they would only do a return then verify then I would to have to reorder and have 3 shipping charges. Finally after a month got a refund for shirts after 5 emails and going through Paypal for the shirt cost so I was out $22.00 in shipping. The shirt material was junk, too. DON"T order from these guys! TAUGHT Me to read reviews here before ordering from any company.

I've been using these hiking shoes for several months now, and they're fantastic. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable they were, even on long hikes. The arch support is excellent, and I didn't experience any foot fatigue. The shoes are also very breathable, so my feet didn't get too hot or sweaty. The grip on these shoes is fantastic, and I felt secure on all types of terrain. They're also durable - I've put them through some tough hikes, and they still look great. Overall, I highly recommend these hiking shoes.

I bought boots that said "leather" in the description. They came as pleather and were 4 sizes too small. They tried to appease me by offering me a partial credit to just keep them but when I refused they asked me to send them back and they would offer me a refund. They refused my shipment and so I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company. I'm still out the $10 bucks to ship them and will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

I love this Jacket and the color is spot on! Didn't take long to arrive either. Definitely size up one from your normal ware. I usually do an XL but ordered XX and it fits great! I have since then ordered more from this site!

As soon as a put these on I was happy to feel that they were incredible comfortable in every way. The padding is great feels much thicker than it really is. I also love the style of the cut outs. I am going to purchase more pairs because I can see myself loving these for a long time!

I bought 2 pairs of these for my twins because we were going to Zion to hike the Narrows and of course! They both liked the look and the feel of the shoe (and believe me when I say they are super picky). We hiked 11 miles in the river (over 8 hours) and while there may have been a few complaints, they were not about their shoes! These were well worth the money. Super good if you are going to hike in some terrain that includes water. Great price too!

One item I ordered (shoes) was delivered in a different color than ordered, the other item (pants) was twice the size of my size despite being measured according to the website information. Even for the incorrectly delivered shoes, in order to get a refund, I was expected to send them back to China at my own expense - that would have cost more than the shoes themselves. The other offer was a refund of 25% of the total value, which I accepted in the end Cotosen wrote 12 days ago, the money is on the way and will be with me in 72 hours. I've been waiting for it ever since.

My wife ordered a pair of linen pants for me for Christmas in early December. Cotosen indicated the product would be delivered before Christmas. When it failed to arrive, she checked status several times and the tracking said it was out for delivery. She finally received an email telling her it was delivered and was her responsibility to contact the delivery service to resolve the missing shipment. She has no idea who that service is. Cotosen does not have any contact information for the shipper, nor do they have any customer service contact information. Her contact has only been with the sales dept and they have stopped responding to her messages. She told them if they didn't track down the order, she wanted a full refund of the $30 plus charged to her card. Her next step will be contacting our credit card company for a refund on the purchase.

We recommend that others avoid doing any future business with them due to their total lack of customer support on failed shipments.

I really love these pants. They are super comfortable, let you move easy, climbing is unhindered. The pockets are all in the right spots, perfect size for all kinds of things. I have many pairs of these and almost every color. They fit very true to size, in my opinion. Washing is easy, just turn them inside out and through them in with the color cleaning. The brand gets top marks from me, I have never had a problem with anything of theirs. Buy it, you will love it.

Buyer beware! This is Chinese junk. I have ordered many things on the internet but this has to be the biggest waste of money thus far. I would be embarrassed to wear this crap in public. Cotosen does not offer a refund. Made in and shipped from China.

My husband ordered 5 items from this company. Like other reviews noted the material, sewing and overall appearance is extremely cheap. Their website states that they will refund your money. They will not refund your money, and keep delaying by asking for photos and the tracking number for the return. After I provided all of that and paid to return the items, I have not received any money back. To add insult to injury I made a claim with PayPal. They offered a refund of $62 of $104 and I declined out of principal. 100% should be refunded! I should have read these reviews before ordering this crap. I urge everyone who lost money with this Chinese scam if a company to complain to the better business bureau or any agency who might care about consumers getting ripped off.
