We were not quite clear on what coupons or points we could use on the order. The blades looked lighter in the pictures but was acceptable when we put it up. We did not want to face trying to send it back and gambling that the vane colour would be switched. The vanes also had a poor finish with varnish drips. As it was the fan was put up on a 2 story ceiling and from the distance the colour and finish of the vanes were satisfactory. Had it not we would have sent it back and got our money refunded. I'm not convinced that this is a good place to get goods from.

My Palm Tree was packaged much too tight. Once I unpacked it - I had to spend too much time shaping the leaves as they were bent badly. I have several tips that were bent so bad that I cannot fix them. You have a quality product but you are damaging your own product with the poor packaging.

Good price. Product looks good.Delivery time was unusually slow for UPS shipping.
I would have apprecated a few more angle views to assure myself that the picnic table has good wear potential - especially left in the sun.
The links to get update on my order are very poor both the delivery tracking and the checking on my order when logged into my account and clicking on my orders (even when pasting in the order number). Keep working on your website... I'll be happier then, in the meantime am sticking with you while you 'work the bugs out' and give me economy at the same time.

I was a little skeptical as I've never heard of Costway before and their prices seemed reasonable. I gave it a try and must say i'm very impressed and will be ordering again as they have a lot to offer!

We received our bunkbed timely, as described at time of order. Everything was well packaged and the packaging was in great condition. Upon assembly we noticed that two of the stair treads utilized wood of lesser quality one had a large knot and was not finished well while another must have been from the sapwood and was separating between the tree rings. We completed assembly with items provided and will contact Costway for replacement treads.

I stumbled onto your site and found precisely what I was looking for... made my purchase and then waited for something to go wrong... but nothing did... the product I bought is perfect, and exactly as described... it looks great... and it arrived in record time... couldn't be happier.

I messaged them to find out when my product was going to be delivered (as I didn't see a message with that info after I'd made the purchase) and they got back to me right away and sent me the link to my packages tracking number and it came pretty quickly. They were very easy to deal with and I love my mini-washing machine so much more than I hated my old Samsung full-sized washing machine.

The only annoying is the multiple discount option coupons that claimed a total of D but you could only use either A, B, or C. Could also have just been me ( I picked the best single discount). The shipping was fast and I am impressed with the washer/

I am not very knowledgeable with online shopping so I had my daughter help me out and it went very well... from choosing out item to delivery of same, in fact when the package was delivered I happened to be in the front yard and the fellow was very kind and actually carried it into our garage to be stored until our Grandson's birthday.

Very nice cabinet, holds a lot. The doors have plexiglass, not real glass. Not a problem, as they make the unit lighter. The bottom shelf needed to be drilled with 2 holes for the screws that otherwise wouldn't go through.

First time ordering….but noticed in a customer review there was excellent service on a washer that wasn't working in 2/28/23 That's what decided my purchase

After the delay in their delivery, they sent me a wrong treadmill which is also much cheaper than my order! Very frustrating experience as I counted on the delivery time an right item! Please come and take the wrong item and refund my money back! I even don't want the right item!

I purchased these chairs and received them quickly. The chairs were great although within a month the bolts on each of the chairs came off and was lost. I sent a message to costway with no response. Even though it was still under warranty.

Well done, easy and simple to order. Ordering with UPS is a little slow, they aren't the best partner for deliveries UPS is not even able to follow a box properly and to know if they picked up package or not. Costway is great in overall.

Assembled my bed base, very satisfied, easy to assemble by myself and great price/quality better than wayfair.

This is the first time I've ordered from your company. I had a little trouble getting my order to go through. Not quite sure what I was doing wrong. I was persistent and the 4th time it seemed to work. The company was quick to respond to my dilemma and the coffee table with a lift top arrived and is perfect.

I ordered a 4 piece patio set. I had a few questions and Costway responded via email in a timely manner with thorough responses. The patio set arrived around 8 days after I ordered it. The set is a little small but overall as expected. Experience dealing with Costway was positive and I would purchase from them again.

So far so good. Hopefully the delivery is one time as I want to take these chairs with me on vacation. I'm a little concerned on seeing the chair arms as they look a little shaky. Time and use will tell.

Everything showed up eventually, but we do live in a remote neighborhood. It was strange that the same courier used in both instances only came to the house with the second package. The first package was dropped off at a depot in town and I had to go pick it up.

Good experience -happy with my purchase! Easy to put together and has the power I need to clean the deck and lift oil and gunk off car parts. Delivery was timely and the price was competitive. I am hoping to do our deck this week so will see what this machine can do

It took more than 2 weeks to receive my order, with no follow up on the status of the delivery. When received, the box was left in my driveway with no notification that it had been delivered. In addition, the box was damaged, literally falling apart, with parts sticking out of the box. I expect that was the reason that the delivery agent did not advise me that it was delivered. I haven't opened it as yet but am hoping that there is no internal damage. Expected better service.
