I bought a heater, air purifier, cooling unit and a toaster oven both costway. The heating unit came dirty and without a remote and other pieces. It also was cheaply made, and did not function anywhere near the quality of other heaters. I have purchased in the past. The toaster oven is under one year old and it is no longer having power run to the unit. It will not turn on on any function, and I've tried multiple outlets. I will not buy from this brand again as it is cheaply made over priced and they offer poor customer service!

I find your website is difficult to navigate in as much when browsing windows/panels constantly keep popping up taking up most of the screen ith different offers before having a chance to find an item I may b interested in. Amazon.ca is much easier to navigate usually with more detail. Once order placed I could'nt track the shipment even with tracking numbers fortunately all my queries were answered by the quick responses from Costway representatives hence the 5 stars.
I am a pretty handy guy but I did have difficulty lining the up the many screws to start in the threaded holes. I would suggest manufacturer provides slightly pointed screws to ease locating and starting screws. ( This is not Costway's fault but the overseas manufacturer who has a number of North American Outlets)

Had what I was looking for! But tried 4 times to order, go thru whole process then says cannot complete (tried on two separate cards twice each). Spoke to person via email, was told my bank must have rejected. I call by bank, no such thing. Gave up

I had a really frustrating experience with an online store recently. I ordered a bassinet and the estimated delivery date was 20 days later, which was already quite late. To make matters worse, their customer support was terrible. They only replied to my messages in the middle of the night, and when I finally requested a refund after waiting for 20 days, they kept lying and wasting my time with false promises. It was a huge hassle and I regret ever ordering from that store.

The bunk bed arrived in excellent condition and putting it together was not difficult. It took me around two and a half hours to assemble the bed and the instructions were clear. The bed feels sturdy and safe.

I was assisted through email quite frequently and easily (thank you Holly!) The only frustrating thing is the website sometimes lags or freezes. Something that needs to be worked on but this won't deter me away from purchasing again from costway.

This cart drew my attention as an answer to Emergency Preparedness packing - collapsible, telescopic handle to pull, wheels that adapt to mounting stairs. The lid can act as a seat OR hold other stacked items. Material looks & feels sturdy and the size is manageable for my mobility. Price was good when added to the overall cost of supplies. I hope it is never needed for that purpose but if so, I feel confident that it will work for me a something to "pull" rather than "carry".

The website is complete garbage - virtually impossible to navigate easily - Beyond frustrating … there was no tracking offered for the patio furniture, it took a long time to arrive and the delivery person just dumped in the driveway with no notification whatsoever. The actual products look good on the deck, but took a really long time to assemble (I was by myself) and the rattan strips blocked several screw holes so I had to Jimmy-rig it, frequently. Overall, a mediocre experience at best. I would only recommend Costway if you're on a very tight budget, as the items were affordable. Otherwise, probably a safer bet with Walmart

After I placed my order, I read up on Costway and heard that their quality can be inconsistent; when I actually got my desk, however, those anxieties melted away. It looked exactly like it did in the ad, no parts were missing, and it went together splendidly. Great price too! I'm very happy with my experience.

I was expecting the chairs to be bigger, but it worked out perfectly because the person who will be using them is quite small. The cushions are fairly thin, which again is ok because she doesn't want anything too squishy. Bit of a pain to assemble though. It's all Allen Key stuff (a hex driver is helpful) and often difficult to get threaded because of paint in the holes. I found it helpful to run the bolts partway in before actually joining the parts together. Instructions are fairly straightforward and easy to understand although I missed the washers on the first 5 or 6 bolts. After everything, they're pretty solid, and they all sit perfectly flat.

Just had issues entering my address while making purchase. After that all was good. I got exactly what I ordered in timely fashion. We are very pleased with our purchase which was a substantial saving of the same product at retail store at the mall.

I was a frustrated first time user with on line shopping.
Holly did a follow up message. I needed help with "tracking" and my daughter took over. Two(2) days later my purchase came by UPS. My only disappointment was I didn't handle the purchase myself, but it was reassuring to know that there was someone to help me.
From an 85 year old who isn't going to give up. I just learn slower.

Love the hidden pull out ottoman and built in cup holder. Also love the fact that it's collapsible for inclement weather. The arms feel a little wobbly and not do solid but it could have just been a loose screw in assembly I'll double check. I hope the white paint holds up over time but so far so good.

Comfortable chair - fell asleep twice while trying to watch a little television. Supports back & shoulders to maintain proper posture. Great value for the money as opposed to the $1200 variety. How it holds up remains to be seen.

Great prices, had a couple issues where when I click on the coupon offer it directs you to the US website. Product arrived just as described. Expect shipping to take a little bit longer, however, in a reasonable amount of time. Great deals!

My patio set ( two chairs and small table with cushions) arrived in a timely manner. Putting it together was somewhat challenging but did get it done after about 4.5 hours but it is sturdy and well made. Looking forward to enjoying it for many summers to come.

Update, received the following week. Quality seems pretty good. I like venting. I can certainly see how it will help keep it in place when windy.
Haven't received it yet. I have however received a couple of emails from customer service. Hope to receive my umbrella next week

I bought two planters made from costway last year, from a third party big box company. This year, I bought directly. The planters are smaller in size than last year but the same height. I like them better, easier to move, one man can carry them empty, and of course they need less dirt to fill. These small planters, are easier to assemble, less parts as the sides are already pre assembled. My son put them together in 10 minutes each. I like the bottom rack near the base of the planter.

I've never heard of this site before so I was nervous but I checked reviews online and it looked like a trustworthy site. Was easy, had great offers and customer service works fast as got nervous after a few days waiting of not seeing it get shipped yet but then it magically did later the day I reached out. And it arrived! Was extremely happy with the patio hanging railing table I got.
