I've never heard of this site before so I was nervous but I checked reviews online and it looked like a trustworthy site. Was easy, had great offers and customer service works fast as got nervous after a few days waiting of not seeing it get shipped yet but then it magically did later the day I reached out. And it arrived! Was extremely happy with the patio hanging railing table I got.
There were several inconsistencies in the product dimensions and descriptions for ride-on diggers, so it took me longer than I'd like to make a decision.
I took the warehouse 5 DAYS just to get a label on the package and for the courier to pick it up. The delivery time outside of stated shipping expectations and there was no communication from Costway about the delay.

My husband was really impressed with the quality of our garden boxes and how easy they were to put together. Getting the initial coupon took some maneuvering, had to find them under my account but other than that everything was great & shipped quickly.
Getting access to the coupons was quite tricky instead of having the coupon codes applied to my cart or the codes sent to my email I had to log in and go to my account and then my coupons
I had a really frustrating experience with an online store recently. I ordered a bassinet and the estimated delivery date was 20 days later, which was already quite late. To make matters worse, their customer support was terrible. They only replied to my messages in the middle of the night, and when I finally requested a refund after waiting for 20 days, they kept lying and wasting my time with false promises. It was a huge hassle and I regret ever ordering from that store.

I ordered a child's 3 in 1 walker, it is of very poor quality and somewhat unsafe for a small child to hold on to and use to learn to walk. The entire item is plastic with very poor quality and design. I have been emailing to have a return shipping label for 2 days and no one will send it to me. Just emails back offering me $5-$15 off my next order over $150. I tried calling the number on their emails and no one answers a recording comes on saying the customer hasn't activated their account yet. Not sure if this company is even legit at this point. Please beware of this unsatisfactory customer service!

I just signed up and opened an account but could not apply my $50.00 welcome coupon. Had to apply the $40.00 one available on the web-site. Placed my very first order, was charged to my credit card and the item was apparently lost on transit. Still waiting for a resolution. Not sure I'd buy from Costway again.

I am assisting a client purchase a chair, last month I had printed off this particular chair and its price. Today on Black Friday the price has been increased. Also, we are unable to use the promo code as she does not want an account and checked out as a guest.

The glass door cabinet arrived damaged. The glass was shattered in small shards (not even sure if it is tempered glass). Customer service takes 1-2 working days to respond. Response is not clear and incomplete. Still waiting for a clear answer. The resolution proposed - if interpreted correctly - is not acceptable. Stay away from this company!

The transaction part was very smooth, though on cost way it states it was dispatched though no orders could be found.
Had to contact the cost way assistance via email to check order status, with which they were very helpful to notify about the expected delivery timeframe once an order number is created via third party courier. From there, can track the order online.

Could only send one message per day with customer service which made it weeks before an attempted fix was agreed to. My first order was missing parts. Was going to take a month to send parts. Coupon didn't work. Agent rescinded the offer for a coupon. Horrible experience.

I bought high chairs for my twins. They arrived when they said they would, nothing was missing and everything looked really good. Assembly was easy except for the feet! I only started using them today so I can't say how durable they are but they feel sturdy enough

I purchased a wine cooler from costway. Two issues with this wine cooler. A little noisy and it has a defect on the top of the door. It's too much work to return so I will reach out to customer service to see what they can do. I hope for a positive response to my problem.

The quality of this product wasn't fantastic but for the price I didn't expect it to be. It served our purposes even though it was used in Southern Saskatchewan which is almost always windy. We had to apply a few patches. I would have liked instructions that don't just show pictures…I like words! All in all, it looked beautiful and made a lovely reception tent in my yard.

My shopping experience is good as it provides a video to show the install procedures. But Costway didn't provide proper responses for customer's inquiries/update on order status. My order status was not updated for a week, so I chatted with Costway's support. The agent told me she would get their service team to send me email within 48 hrs, but I got no reply. So I chatted with Costway's support again after 2 days, the other agent told me the same thing and said for sure their service team would send me an email for an order update within 48 hrs. Again, no email was received.
Anyway, my order was delivered by the last day of the scheduled delivery.

Online purchase was straightforward. Tracking was provided. Umbrella arrived in reasonablle time. Setup was just like the online video - no difficulty setting up. I recommend watching the video before setup, though manual is fine. Fabric weight seems okay for price (but some numbers would be nice - some other vendors provide this). Satisfied with build quality and function - have only had it up for a week though - so seems like good value for money especially with the online coupons. Overall a very good experience and would not hesitate to purchase from Costway again.

The only challenge I had after I placed an online order for a cost way threadmill, was my inability to track my order on fedex. This got me worried. But the customer service guys were very polite and were always available to allay my fears. I have since taken delivery of the order, and I have been using it. Apart from the noise it makes while in use(i heard this is not unusual with threadmill), the product has been great so far. I didn't really have to do much setting up as almost everything was in place already.
I've ordered from this site many many times and they are always very fast to ship. The few times there have been issues they were very quick to resolve them. The quality of some of the items can be a bit cheaply made, but you get what you pay for.

The shopping experience was very frustrating. There are not enough filters to shop for and compare products. There are SO MANY 8000 BTU products but no clear indication as to what the difference is. We picked one with the best ratings but actually have no idea why it is any better or worse than the other 8000 BTU products.
We did receive the product and tried it out over several nights. We don't find it to be cooling enough for the master bedroom and the room is still quite hot and uncomfortable. It also turns on and off all night which a) is disruptive to sleep and b) leaves the room feeling hot and sticky in between cycles.
This product is not effective or worth the money but unfortunately we accidentally threw out the box it came in and so we cannot return it. :(
