It's a good price and decent quality. The chairs and love seat are fine. The table lacks structure and so the frame racks when trying to fit the table top… so it's not quite angled square, but it's ok.
I received the product in a timely manner. The recommended ages was up to 8 years old but I have grandkids ages 2-4 and 8 years old. Way too small for an 8 year old better suited for 2-4 year old. I regards to the online purchasing not sure why it kept asking to verify my account when I was at the proceed to payment option which was a bit annoying had to try several times but finally got through. Quality seems good.

Had to sign in a few times kept asking me to verify email and password didn't realize was on US site also, I ended up spending as much as I would have if I went through amazon.ca. Next time shopping amazon less hassle
My order was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours but I didn't get it for exactly two weeks later. I had to phone to see what happened to it but I was told they were backlogged because of so many orders. I wished they communicated with me about the problem instead of me worrying as to were it was and not letting me know until I emailed them trying to trace it. I was about to cancel my order but they reassured me it would arrive shortly.
The item was easy to order and arrived within the estimated time period, even through the holidays and inclement weather. Tracking was kept up to date and easy to follow. The item itself was as advertised and was easy to put together. I am really happy with my experience!

We received our items after some delay. The set is lower than we thought so we should have checked the measurements. The set is grey. The webbing colour is not consistent, especially on the back of one component.

We bought a double double bunk bed in white, very bad quality! The wood came chipped and cracked around the both bed frames including the ladder! Paid over $ 900 for it and was expecting a bunk bed in perfect condition not like a thrifted item! Besides that, Shipping was fast and professionally delivered.

Arrived promptly, the boxes weren't in the greatest shape though, I could see the inside of them upon delivery and were pretty beat up. Hopeing everything is intact and accounted for when we inbox them
Tracking information was not accurate but excellent customer support for tracking the package. The patio set arrived with parts damages but customer service response immediately and replaced the damaged parts.

Frustrating so far. I ordered the gazebo on April 5th and was given a tracking number shortly after. The tracking number had no information behind it online.
I've called twice. The first time I was told to just wait and see if it arrived and the 2nd time I was told our order was in an accident in California and would have to be reordered and will take another 7-15 days (presumably business days).

The one thing was I never did receive an email to say it was shipped. It just showed up I had no idea it was sent or when.

I spent the evening assembling 2 desks (for 2 grandgirls); very difficult with instruction/components labeling errors, numerous holes plugged with machining waste and a missing bolt. Very disappointing.

Tried to add the extra 10% off(Delight10) for Father's Day, and the new customer $40 off but would not allow.
Bought a new umbrella and base. The umbrella was easy to put together but the base that required sand to be put in through a 1" round hole, clogged so easily, which was very time consuming and frustrating. Why wouldn't you make the hole bigger, so the hole wouldn't plug so easily?
The umbrella showed up within the first week and the base took over 3 weeks to get delivered.
When entering information, such as your Province (Delivery information) and payment information when checking out and you decide to re-check the item information in your Cart, you should NOT have to re-enter all of your information again in your payment details. The same holds true if you decide to try using a different Promo Code, everything refreshes! And you have to enter all your information again, It's very frustrating.

It was a good experience for myself. It arrived in a very short time. It was delivered right to my door. Once I opened it the instructiions were very precise and easy to follow. I had this bedframe set up and ready to use in an hour or so. It supports my mattress well and it is silent, compared to my old wood noisy bed frame. My full mattress fit the frame perfectly. Thank you Costco for this frame and for the reasonable price.

The easiest website I've ever used :)) Delivery by FedEx wasn't so great, the driver left the box in the foyer of my apartment building, said "it was too heavy to deliver to my apartment". In future I will not make purchases from your company if you use FedEx to deliver.

The easiest website I've ever used :))
The two foldable Adirondack chairs are a lovely addition to our backyard. The premium eucalyptus wood provides a lovely neutral colour for our backyard patio. Assembly of the chairs was a bit of a challenge for the last step. This was to try and match up the holes for the top hand shelf. But in the end it was worth the challenge.
