I ordered blackout kit for my c7. It did not fit properly so I did a return. So far they have been on top of the return and said I should see it in about 5 business days. So far customer service has been fine but I wish the product fit my vehicle. It was manufactured just a little bit off. I will update my review once I get my refund. I see lots of bad reviews and so far my experience has not been bad. I will give it another try with corvette mods once I get my refund processed. You can see on the picture that the edge of the blackout piece is jagged a bit not smooth and if it is jagged it won't black out all of the tail light. It may be a small defect but it's an expensive car. I want it to be as close to perfect as possible

This place is a total scam and trust me the reviews you see are real about these folks, all the bad ones at least. This review is not to mislead anyone in any kind of way but to warn you. Their products are like the dollar store, everything is bottom shelf. I ordered a front splitter for my vette and after taking it to my local shop to get it installed it turns out to not sit flush on my car. I would not recommend these people to my enemies. I wish they go out of business. Dont let the shop name fool you. Corvette mods. More like Corvette Crooks.

Ordered wheels for my Corvette. Received them, cleaned and inspected them. They came in with a imperfections in the powder coating. Contacted Corvette Mods, and they got back to me with labels to send them back, and get me another set sent out. This set came in with three wheels that were ok. Only issue that I saw with them is some spots of light coating on the wheels. The fourth had several issues in the coating. I contacted Corvette Mods again, and I told them rather than spending a lot of money on shipping back and forth, I could have them re-coated locally if they would cover that cost. Instead, they wanted to continue shipping wheels. This time they then sent me another set of wheels while setting up FedEx to pick up the other. I explained that I work all day every day, so them picking it up would not work, unless they wanted to rid me of liability. They told me no, but the only way was for FedEx to pick them up. The second set came in, and this was the worst set of all. Claiming they took pictures ahead of shipping, the pics did not match what I was sent. I now had two sets in my possession with them saying FedEx was the only way to return them. I then offered options, again the best option for them was I could return one set, keep the other but they covered the re-coating. They continued to tell me they just wanted to get the wheels back and would not make it right in any way. I told them inf FedEx pickup was my only option, I would not leave them outside without them releasing me of liability. They said they would not do that. I said why can't I get labels to return them similar to the first set. They told me FedEx had to pick them up. They then threatened me with collections, but wouldn't give me a good option to return the wheels either. Finally, after several weeks, a manager talked with me and finally said they would get me labels to return them.

The product had poor quality, even though the website stated perfect finish, and their customer service just wanted to get rid of me yet wouldn't get a good option to get rid of the wheels. I am glad they finally got them back, as after this, I want to never interact with them again, and they will never get another cent from me. Pathetic quality and customer service when you are spending almost $1,000.

The worst company ever! There's multiple complaints at the BBB! I should've read 1st but in today's online shopping being great who thinks that their just gonna rip you off! That's what they do though. Been trying 3 days to get an RMA and they refuse to let a person to help as the website just didn't help at all. Keep telling you your email it's incorrect, keep trying to reset the password with no success,! Buyer beware of this company. The only thing they specialize in is ripping u off! Beyond pissed

Ordered a part that said was in stock. 2 weeks goes by and no update, i reach out and they assure me the item will be sent out the next day. Gave them another 2 weeks and the status still said, processing. I requested a cancelation after 4 weeks but was told the item was about to ship so the cancelation could not be processed. I started a cc dispute which corvette mods challenged, when they showed proof of shipment the address was completely wrong. 7 weeks total but i eventually got my money back. Avoid them at all cost.

I have ordered a few parts from this company, I ordered seals they took a few weeks to arrive. Next I ordered a whole suspension kit from the company at a cost of $1200 it took 3 months to arrive with no updates on shipping. Ordered new front bushings, took 3 weeks to arrive. Last straw was ordered a Frame body mount and the part I received was the frame cage nut that connects to it. I contacted customer support and the reply was that I got the correct part that is on the website, even though what I received is labeled different and is not what is in the picture. Save your self the headache get the parts from anywhere else.

I purchased winglets her my C7 Corvette. Left side is it good holes where the proper size for the bolting on my winglet. Right side holes were manufactured too small for clearance for the bolts. I have been dealing with a shipping label to ship back right winglet which should be paid for by Corvette mods. Numerous phone calls any mails have not received my return label for UPS. Terrible customer service I will not purchase anything from Corvette mods again. Trying add a photo it doesn't work neither now that figures! Purchase from them at your own risk!

Ordered horns from these people. After nearly 4 months of them promising order will arrive in a couple of weeks,
I was told to wait another 8 weeks. I cancelled my order they will not refund my money. They claim because I do not have paypal account any more they will not issue a refund. I guess they plan to keep my money. I will not use the store credit they decided to issue instead of a refund. In my opinion it is fraud to sell items you do not have nor do you have any idea when you will get them.

I ordered 4 items from then, three were shipped, but the larger spoiler was not. But they kept referring to the tracking number of the other three items as proof it arrived, when in fact, they never shipped it. Either incompetent or scam artists, but either way, customer service is accusatory and not helpful. Terrible company, I contacted the better business bureau and there are so many complaints against this company, stay away, I should have listened. They got several hundred dollars of mine for free.

I ordered a Targa top for my C6, total was $1600. Before I ordered I called multiple times and noted on my order to not ship it without signature and confirmation upon delivery from me, and to specifically not leave the package as there has been a rash of porch pirates in my neighborhood. I was reassured that my top would not be left and would require signature from me to be delivered. Low and behold, it turns out that it was left without signature and not only that was left under my exposed carport. It was not there when I got home. I contacted corvette mods no less than nine times over the phone and kept getting the runaround as to why my package was left and was not signed for when it was explicitly said and confirmed that it would not be delivered without signature to my hand, or worst case I go pick up from a UPS drop point. At first I was told that I would get refunded, then i was given the runaround on that and I sent multiple emails, left multiple voice mails and talked to countless people. Then they reneged on giving me my refund and said that the package was shipped and what happens after that is not their problem. It is their problem, because it was not supposed to be left and unsigned for. They did not communicate that with UPS. I told them that if this problem was not fixed I would be doing a chargeback with Amex. They still did not respond. I decided to do the chargeback and suddenly not even a day later they send me a nasty threatening email telling me to close my dispute or they're sending it to collections. I was not going to do that. In addition, I had filed a police report about my stolen package but apparently that isn't enough proof either. Stay away from this shady, no good fraudulent company. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the targa top from these people, that i never even ended up getting. I ended up buying from another corvette merchant and they did as I asked and sent the targa top with signature delivery to my house and had no issues. $1600 of my hard earned money tied up for a month while this incompetent company gave me the runaround. Stay away!
