Buyer beware, I have been a long time Corvette owner, I came across Corvette Mods when i was looking for new weather stripping, I found the price for the weather stripping fair, so I ordered the weather stripping, then I ordered two lighted sun-visors, it took longer than normal to receive my order and when received the box looked it went through the war, one of the mirrors was received broken. I did everything required to return the damaged merchandise, or at least receive credit, after many phone calls and emails I am still waiting for an answer for a replacement mirror or credit, no one has been in touch. My order was placed on 4/21/20 and now it is over a month without a reply. I will never order any parts through Corvette Mods again. Corvette enthusiast beware. Herb D

Do your research before you purchase ANYTHING from this company!

Fact of the matter is, you can find the same garbage on ebay for cheaper. Furthermore, when you have a problem with it, you will likely get your money back -- NOT with this company!

Corvette forums on the internet have even gone so far as to remove these guys from their seller lists!

I bought a cap rotor assembly come with coil and module the cap and rotor and coil fit the car not sure if right cap had a universal lock down connection no screws twist lock so not sure how long before the twist locks vibrate from the vibration on motor 350 motor. And bottom line point blank there return policy or trying to speak to any sucks the module came with the kit not for my corvette it was a 4 prong connector I have a 6 prong never use that company for something as simple as a distributor module was and Is not worth the aggravation. Could only imagine a 200 dollar part that I had to go to store to get to replace would mean double and I could see months before I got or if I got refunded

Everything is good when you order items. When you try to return something they will charge you everything they can to keep your money. Including restock fee & shipping fees to you. They also require you prove to them that they received the part. They don't honor what they say when they give you a RMA.

I will never use them again.

Received the wrong part. The return process proved to be abusive and painful. Would not acknowledge their error, just kept demanding the same redundant information. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I filed a dispute with the credit card company which of course ruled FOR them. (They always side with the merchant). Right now I am stuck with a part I cannot use and of lesser value that the one I ordered. Compare this with most other companies that include a return slip with every shipment. I plan to write as many bad reviews as possible in hopes they take me to court. The email trail will prove their fraudulent practices.

I ordered a set of carbon fiber side skirts for my 2019 Corvette Z06. The skirts arrived and had several scratches on them. I immediately called customer service and requested a return/refund request. I received a reply requesting photographs etc. I sent them photographs of the uninstalled items. They responded telling me that scratches are not damage just surface blemishes and if I wanted a refund the restocking fee would be a third of my payment not including the shipping I paid and return shipment. I have been calling and sending emails requesting a method of return. The phone employees are outsourced and of no help. They will not allow you to speak to a manager or the returns department. I asked them if I were to key their car would that be a surface blemish or damage. No response. For three weeks I have not received any answers or responses to my emails. The worst customer service and they will intentionally run the days out on their return policy so that it appears it is the customers fault. Now I am out several hundreds of dollars with damaged items I cannot use. Do NOT BUY from this business! Nothing more than theft. Unethical business is a watered down term for this company. They need to be run out of Texas and out of business! I will upload some pictures. You be the judge. BTW, the folks writing positive 5 star reviews are from their marketing department.

Took me for a $500 order won't give me a refund won't contact me lying to PayPal piece of $#*! company bunch of $#*!ing Liars! UPDATE: PayPal and I sent them a money request for the amount that they owe me and they denied it again never got the product and the product they did send me a sent back with proof and they still won't refund my money they are liars they are Crooks and they are thieves no other word for them beware seriously!

So disappointed with this CorvetteMods.com. Had a issue with a discount code and was promised a refund for the differences that NEVER came. After several emails and talking to 2 different people there, they still were no help regardless of their promises made. I will never purchase from these guys again. I am a loyal customer that once a relationship is built, they forever get my business. Such a shame there are aftermarket parts suppliers out there that do terrible business like this.

My 1st mistake was not reviewing this companys reviews. Placed an order with this company and i had issues with getting my parts 2 weeks late and then like idiot i placed a 2nd order months later, i called the next day to find out the lead time for shipping and was told by peter it takes them 3-5 days to process the order and mine has not been processed yet. I told him to cancel the order his comment was " whatever if that's what you want" told me he cancelled my order i then followed up with rma and email within the hour. Then i get email few minutes later saying my order shipped called back again the customer service dept is closed got hold of sales joey who is very good said order was NOT cancelled and shipping label was created by not picked up yet. In the a. M get email saying they can not cancel the order because it has shipped (BS) called fed ex with tracking # emailed and they said it has NOT been picked up yet so i call peter again and get jerked around and told he has to email the cancelation dept. And find out what is going on and lied about cancelling this order the day before. So i have now filed dispute with paypal, BBB and leaving this review. And then find out they have been kicked off couple of forums as vendors because of so many complaints and have red flag warning on BBB site Bottom line i should have READ BBB AND REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS BS COMPANY... BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM CORVETTE MODS IN MY OPINION

ABSOLUTELY, WITH OUT QUESTION DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! The only saving grace that is that I use PAYPAL to buy everything online. I ordered $850 worth of parts from them, that they said they painted in house. LIES! They are just middle men marking crap up. Their parts will come repackaged and or damaged. You will have to pay the shipping back to them because their web page says so. I spent $148 sending back their crap to get my initial money back, so beware they will be coming to you next! After opening a case with PAYPAL, they will continue to contact you saying," close the case so we can resolve it", don't fall for it. When i first contacted them about the damage, they wanted me to open a claim against the package carrier for their own negligence. Never did they offer to replace or resend the damaged item. I got my refund through paypal but i lost on shipping. Buyer beware!

What a pain! Took two weeks to receive a damaged product. Contacted customer service who are outsourced to Europe, no help at all. I had to send 40 emails in one day to spark a response from them. The representative I spoke was noticeably irritated when telling me that she will contact me when a return has been permitted. So potentially if they ever get back to me it will be a month before I receive my ordered product. Garbage process

CorvetteMods is horrendous and will eventually crash and burn. Misrepresented part sold on eBay. Told me to call manufacturer who in turn told me that part was drop shipped from Mid America who receives so many complaints about Corvette Mods, that they have a dedicated line taking those complaints. I asked MidAmerica why they continue to do business with Corvette Mods and was told "I don't know." Corvette Mods didn't want to take the part back because they never had purchased it, rather they just shipped it from another vendor: not even the manufacturer who was very nice when I called.

Seven or eight phone calls later and the day after Corvette Mods took receipt of my return: PayPal clawed back my money and I received an e-mail from Corvette Mods that they were going to go after me for "cyber theft." All I asked was for an apology so I didn't comment on my experience publicly, but they ignored that request too. Avoid these schmucks, they're not going to be around much longer.

I called and talked to a sales person about some direct replacement headers for a 05 vette. There description said " direct bolt on no mods for use in conjunction with long tube cat". They sent long tube headers. Then to return they send you through hoops trying to get you to give up. Email someone asking for permission to return. Days later got email asking why and to send two pictures of product. Then they tell you to put a copy of invoice in the box to return and a clock has started for the return to be completed. Meanwhile your arguing via emails that it was there mistake and they changed the description to long tube but still says direct fit no mods and time is running out. So to beat the clock had to pay for return shipping then was charged restocking fee and the original shipping fee. Actually it is a negative -5 Star!
