Ordered a $13 part, paid $7 shipping fee. Part only worked sporadically. I jumped through their hoops requesting an exchange, thinking the part was defective. They demanded I return the part, paid $4.55 to return it. They issued me $13 store credit and won't waive the shipping fee, also won't return my money. So, a defective $13 part will end up costing me $37.55. I will not order from them again. I also ended up NOT reordering the part, electing to eat the $13 rather than give them another dime.

Took my order over the phone, charged my card immediately, entered the wrong part and shipping address and then the only person that would take to me for the next week was a sorry $#*! customer service person that stated that he could only speak to anyone else in the company through email and was unsure if they had, or even could correct my order. After 1 week of chasing them, I had to get my credit card company involved. In turn, they submitted a negative review of me as a buyer. This company is a joke and the absolute worst customer service i have even seen. There is no doubt that I would have never received the part or my money back had I not gotten the credit card company involved. I SHOULD HAVE TRUSTED THE OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED. Beware of these scammers!

These people are absolute idiots. I asked for a windshield washer reservoir for a 1981 Corvette. They sent me a part after I had to make many phone calls to get any action. Then it turns out that the part they sent is not even for a corvette! They won't answer their phone for any customer service. They are an absolute joke of a company. To top things off, the bastards stole my credit card information and charged up $1900 of merchandise. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HACKS! 1

First off all, they bait and switch you. They advertise a good price for an item but when you go to add it to your cart, suddenly it says it's more. Oh you have a 94 C4, therefore it's $89 instead of $39. Also, I get a notice from them that says, "sorry our normal low cost supplier is on back order, we can ship you a higher price part sooner if you approve" That part shows up (still late, basically a month) and is flat black unpainted. So I paid extra for a part that I have to paint now. Awesome. Then the worst part, the second item $169, never ships. No updates, I send several emails only to receive the tracking number of the part I already received. They won't answer the phone, they only reply back with threats to you. I called my credit card company to reverse the charge for the unshipped item and they reply to me that they are pursuing Cyber Theft against me? This company cannot continue to do this to people. They are criminals. I cannot believe they are still in business.

To be honest, they deserve 0 stars. This was my very first purchase for my very first car restoration. I ordered a $180 sound deadener kit for my vehicle. It was advertised as a dense, closed cell foam (something I would have gladly paid the money for). When the item arrived, I was extremely disappointed as what i received was some flimsy jute padding with a foil backing. Now, the next part is my fault (I blame my excitement of getting my resto under way), I installed the item in my vehicle, thinking that what I received was what I ordered and that I need to do more research before I buy.

Later that evening, I checked out the packaging of what I received and started googling the item number. Come to find out, I was sent an item that sells for $40-$80 (corvette mods sells it for$76.99). Since I installed the item, I knew a refund was going to be out of the question, so I asked that they fix their error and send me the difference between the 2 items. Needless to say, 3 weeks later and there is still no resolution. I only wish I would have checked the reviews before I made the purchase. All I can say is that they definitely lost my business on is going to be an expensive restoration.

Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. These folks are no good.

This company apparently could careless about its customers. If you have a problem with your order good luck with getting a refund. They shipped me the wrong parts. It took over a week to get an RMA. Even though they shipped the wrong part I had to pay for the return shipping. Then they charged me a restocking fee and would only give me a credit and not a refund. Then to find out the product was discontinued and to get a similar one and using my credit they wanted me to pay the shipping again now being the third time. I emailed 3 times and never got a single reply. I would not recommend using them.

Oder did not ship after 3 weeks. Contacted chat on their website he told me to email service so i did daily for the next week without a response. Emailed them to cancel order and refund card the $248.00 for weather stripping. How hard is it to ship rubber stripping? Apparently, like many others complaining for them its impossible but they can charge your card no problem. Trying to cancel charge to my card and get refund so hopefully this will work.

Still no order received. Paid these people 10 months ago and they just took my money, refused to refund my money and claimed to have never received an order from me even after I gave my order number to them. These people are scammers. Do not buy from them. This is likely someone selling parts from different actual manufacturers from their garage. Conveniently enough, the day after I posted my first review on this company, I got hit with credit card fraud...

Order a weatherstrip seal and then realized I had already ordered the same item from another vendor. I immediately (within 2 hours of placing the order) send an email to customer support asking to cancel the order. Then the next day called an spoke to a rep asking the same thing. I was told it would be cancelled. Then later the order shows up away. CorvetteMods is requiring that I go through the return process and will not pay return shipping! Will NEVER order from these people ever, ever again!

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. For starters they take a long time processing your order. If you need someone from customer service you won't get anyone over the phone. When you email them they may or may not respond, it depends on how they feel. I would stay away from this company, find your stuff somewhere else! ANYWHERE ELSE! EBay is even better! If your order is messed up, you will be charged to correct it! I can go on and on about why not to fund this business.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CORVETTEMODS.COM! First they are a drop ship business. Which means they don't stock lots of items and when you order their lead time is dependent on other companies delivery time. Second their customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen. They will only say I sent an email to sales or shipping and they will email you back. And finally go research this company on BBB there are many complaints and similar to mines.

I ordered an aero kit they said they had in stock, and after three weeks of back and forth with them and lies I filed a case with PayPal. I wrote them and PayPal and said I wanted to cancel my order and "create a label" so that I can't receive a refund. They didn't respond to the complaint and just sent the package FEDEX so that I cannot receive my refund. The case is now under review. When paying almost $1k go with someone else and avoid this garbage company

I NEVER write reviews, generally I take my lumps and move on. But this is really NOT good business practice. I needed 1 part (a courtesy light timer) and ordered it last Wed, and paid for it with paypal the same day. I looked today on their website, no eta for shipping. I called the "customer service number" 3 times, only to be hung up on 3 times. I then emailed the "*******@corvettemods.com" and the reply was that the part had to be manufactured, and it will take approx 10 days to make it and THEN it will ship. I replied that I couldn't wait 2 weeks, and would appreciate a full refund and I will source the part elsewhere. I was then told that they do not do refunds after the part has been ordered. But... I never got the part, it has never been made, and it has never shipped. Lousy company, I am taking my business elsewhere to a company that appreciates a business relationship, and doesn't mislead the customer.

I bought a control valves and hose kit they send me the wrong part, they keep telling me that's the correct part. And the web part # are different than there catalog # paid $319 for three hoses telling me that it's the right part. No answers, no manager to talk to. To return the part they sent incorrect they want to charge me a restock fee and shipping. Please dont buy from them you be sorry
