This is the worst company that I had to deal with. They will take your money in sec, but when you don't receive your order and you try to call them back OMG. They will say ouuu I'll create the ticket and i will send message to other team and they will contact you in 3 business days. They think that I will just band over and take it in $#*! with no vaseline. Horrible people.
These people need to be arrested! $1,500.00 worth of WRONG PARTS! Wants customer to pay for return shipping! Refuses refund! Offers store credit only but must take out restocking fee? Are you serious! Has money, wrong parts, returned fee and we STILL go not have correct parts! Do NOT buy from this company!
Ordered 600$ worth of exhaust components from them. Finally shipped after a week, and when everything finally arrived it was all wrong. Their phone number is for some foreign call center, and nobody ever gets back to you. They don't care that it's wrong, they aren't going to send replacements, and have no plan on issuing a refund or resolving this issue in ANY way. Total Fraud.
I made an order of 3 parts. The sent only one. The ignored 3 emails and I requested a refund for $96. A month later they sent the items after I got them from another store. They will not take them back or refund the charges. On top of this they started a reoccurring monthly charge on my credit card for $116 as retaliation. Sounds crazy but it happened. I've been disputing it with the credit card company and I'm glad I used my credit card and not my debit card.
Of the 2 items I ordered both were miss represented... the first was indicated as new and ended up being and NOS part that had also been refurbished. The price I paid was high, but I expected a new product. In efforts to get CM to do something as a remedy they just continued to rebuff any ideas around a partial refund to compensate me. The second item pictured a wiring harness associated with the product... when it arrives, no wiring harness! As before CM not interested in offering any remedy... I'm done with these jokers they miss represent the products they sell and are not interested in your satisfaction.
After purchasing my 2019 Grand Sport, I wanted to make so Modifications. I decided to go to corvettemods.com because I really liked their website and what they had to offer. I placed an order for a Stage 3 Spoiler Upgrade on 5/31/2020. Today is 7/21/2020 and they still can't tell me when I am going to get my order. I have gone back and forth with them, and even asked to cancel the order, only to be told that if I cancel, they will charge me 25% off because I changed my mind. This is the worst experience I have had with a company. Because of the experience I going through and the lack of support I am getting from them, I would not purchase any more products from them and I wouldn't recommend them. Undoubtedly for me, I had placed multiple orders with them, but this one order is the one stressing me out.
Ordered a jacket and floor mats. Got the jacket wrong size had to argue to get a RMA number. Finally got number and returned jacket. Disputed it with Discover and Corvettemod said they delivered both on the same tracking number. I got email after I disputed it they canceled the mats and turned me over to collection. But they want me to pay for the two items and I don't have either. Still working on it wth Discounts
I ordered 3 small parts from them. After 6 weeks a package arrived. It contained 2 of the 3 items ordered. Within 24 hrs I notified them of the shortage. Within 48 hrs they sent me an email saying they were investigating. They requested pictures of the box I received and the items in it. I gave them the requested pictures. After waiting 6 more days they informed me that they did not have to supply missing part because I hadn't notified them within 72 hrs of recieving my order. I explained that I still had the emails to prove I was in contact within 24hrs. At this time I have not received an apology, or the part, or a refund. They have lied to me and with no refund (or part) they have stolen from me. I will never recommend or deal with this fraudulent company again.
They sent me the wrong part and refuse to take the return or correct the problem and now wont respond.
Awful customer service. Quality of part is awful. Shipping time is awful. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

If I could leave no stars I would have. Horrible customer service. First off my order has been processing for past 10 days. I can't get anyone to give me a tracking number. I have called and sent emails no answer back. I have demanded my money back waiting for that. Stay ahead! This place should be shut down!

Absolute waste of company! I run a very established auto repair company, and I will tell everyone of my customers with a Corvette to STAY AWAY from this fraudulent bunch of S*&THEADS! Absolute joke of an organization. Multiple order failures. Had to file AMEX dispute just to get a refund over 45 days because of ongoing excuses on why they couldn't issue a credit on parts that showed up looking like junk. The last order they screwed up out of three items you can see the pictures. Carbon Fiber Z51 Spoiler arrived and out of the box it looked like it had been winched out of a pond. Tried to work with them for 3 months before filing a dispute with AMEX. Never will I order anything from this place again. The customer satisfaction guarantee goes only to the point of once they have your money. Then you are on your own. Ordered a couple of other items and same service. They look and sound great when placing your order, but after you pay them, it is all determined by luck on what you get and if you want your money back, prepare for a fight.
Received defective part with emblems, zero customer service! Emails take forever to get a response, calls when they go thru you talk to a foreign robot, who's useless. Was warned too late not to use this company! Beware! Order thru Ebay or somewhere else, do your research!
I would not recommend ordering from this company. I ordered a part that was "in stock" almost a month ago. After reaching out numerous times and receiving no reply, I cancelled my order. The company acknowledged my cancellation almost immediately. Four days later, I got an email from them stating that my item was ready to be shipped and I would be receiving tracking information within the next 24 hours. I then emailed back and told them I cancelled my order and did not give them authorization to charge my card for that order. The next day (today) I received said tracking information. I was charged for this item and the company will not respond to me. I plan on seeking further action towards them.
Do not make any purchases through them they do not send your package has been over a month since I made my order they don't answer the phone and they don't make any attempt to calling you back
They have a set of LED's on their website for sale for stock gauges. The photo they used is my photo of my aftermarket gauges. I told them they were misrepresenting what they are selling and they just blocked me and left it. The funny thing is that they are obviously not stock gauges as there is no clock.
I have heard stories for years of people being ripped off by this company and tell everyone I know to stay away.

Answer: The short answer is customer service. Granted, Corvette Mods prices are great. But, be aware, if there are problems, what really makes a company great is their ability to fix problems. My experience as you see with many others was very poor, and to the point of fraudulent when they knew they received an item back for refund, then was not going to refund my money.
