Please know it takes a lot for me to take the time to write reviews but if me writing this can avoid any of my fellow car lovers from going through the same pain then it will be worth it. On 2 September I ordered a part from Corvette Mods. I clearly asked how long will it take for this part to ship and was told about a week and a half. Now I'm a reasonable guy, especially in this current COVID environment, so when it came to be three weeks I called to see what was up. When you pick the customer service option, you will not get Corvette Mods but will be directed to a call center (not in the US) and they will take your order # and tell you that they don't have the details as to where your part is but that "someone will get back to you with 3 business days with an update". To me. This was not acceptable. So I called back and hit the sales option and asked to speak to a manager... I was sent right back to the same call center. They sent me to a "manager" at this call center and was told that it would be another 3-4 weeks for delivery as the were manufacturing the par?. For the record, they charged my card the day I placed the order for the full amount. I am now going through the process of trying to cancel the purchase with my Credit Card. Heed this warning. There sales team will tell you what you need to hear to get your $$$ and there in no recourse when you don't receive it. No one will talk to you from the actual company. No one will call you back. Not having this part delayed being able to paint a customers car for 3 weeks... and counting? As others have said, STAY AWAY!

Won't return parts

I ordered ball joints, tie today, bushings, shocks etc and they did not send me the rear shocks. Very difficult to deal with them to get the rear shocks sent to me. The parts finally arrived about a month later so I scheduled the repair. Mechanic let me know the rear shocks were the wrong ones so I told him to just get the correct ones and install them. A week after the repair I contacted corvette mods that I would like to return the rear shocks and they told me the 45 day return policy had expired and I could not return them.

Worthless

I ordered some stuff almost 2 weeks ago. And no one there will respond to emails or im chat. This company is worthless. I will NEVER do business there again. AWFUL. Please buy somewhere else.

No customer service. Don't know where your order is and don't care. Complete incompetence.
Never again. Shipping knows nothing and does not respond. Super poor business.
Will never buy from them again. Still waiting after 3 days for some kind of response. Won't let you talk to anyone except dah person!

Ordered accessories seemingly in stock. 11 days later they said order shipped. Now nearly a month and still no order. They say they are out of stock even though they said they shipped it. I ask to cancel, they tell me I have to pay 25% restocking to cancel an order they don't have and have not shipped. Before you buy, check out their F rating with the BBB.

Ordered a key fob replacement, was billed immediately but a week later, item never shipped. Called customer service and was told I would get an update in three days. Read these reviews and disputed the charge with the credit card. Didn't wait to get scammed. CC company refunded me in no time. Customer service is extremely rude and you get offshores to India. You only can deal with them via email if you want a refund. Find another vendor!

Ordered a double-din C5 center bezel custom painted to match the car color (Spiral Gray Metallic) to replace my old one. After a month, it ships, but that was ok. I expected the paint to take time. Open the box and it's way too dark. Email them about it, and get "within variance tolerance", "maybe your parts are faded", "it's painted to spec, if you have a different paint code we'd be happy to repaint!". Not sure why I'd trust them to try repainting, and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to steal more of my money. No refunds on custom painted parts, of course.

Waste of money.

Within their variance tolerance, folks!

I purchased led emblems with full knowledge knowing that I would have to drill holes in the car to run the power wires. I went to 3 body shops and a custom light shop that specializes in custom light builds for vehicles. ALL installers stated why in the H did they use these big A wires on the back of the led circuit board. Even drilling a quarter size hole the wires are so big that the led emblems will not be able to sit flush upon the car surface. Never mounted. Never powered them up... Never get a credt for return... if the product is not as described where it will mount I figured I'd at least be able to get a store credit...? The photos attached show that the emblems will clearly not fit as they should on the cars surface. The wires are too big to flush mount emblem upon car.

Bad service
August 18, 2020

Ok so when I ordered my part, the guage cluster bezel for my 1981 corvette, I specifically ask if this item was in stock when I called to order, the salesperson said that it was and I could expect my part mid week the week following. Mid week come and went. No part, so I called to ask and they put me throught to "customer service" in which I had to request an ETA and wait another 2 to 3 days for a reply... so I did get a reply... with no ETA... Wited another week. Still no reply so I call again and got more of the same BS... decided to cancle the order a shop elsewhere. And even in the cancelation of the order they make you wait as well 2 to 3 more days for a notification of cancelation... very poor service

Corvette Mods has the worst reputation and customer service in the industry. I ordered the compete headlight assemblies for my C2 and they didn't deliver the bezels. I contacted them 5 times with no resolution. They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do, the person cannot give any information. Email is worse.

You would think that they would respond to a customer who bought over $1,800 worth of parts.

Cyber theft

I've spent around 1600 dollars with Corvette mods and till my last order was completely satisfied with the products have recived now the last orderi recived the wrong seat covers after several pictures of the box it came and the numbers on the box was told i have the right parts and they would not send me a return lable mind you this took 5 emails and several day between emails. Than i took pictures of the seat covers on my seats and you can clearly see that they were wrong. Several days later i got an email with a return lable so i returned them and than they charged my credit for the cost of the order plus 20 dollars and on top of that got threatened with collection whe the had the seat covers and my money sowent to the bank and made a complant. They refunded my money than i got 7 emails stating that they were going to me charged with cyber theft
And sent to collections. Now they have twice the amount and when i call customer service was told to call my bank and hung up on my so this will be the second time i have to go to the bank thank god i got a verification of them reciving the return. Oh and had to prove to them with a return verification. They have not refunded my money for the seat covers. 3 months later. Still no seat covere or my money back this company has no Customer service. Stay away

Never shipped my product and told me they can not tell me over the phone about my shipping status. They would let me know by email in two days if or when the product would ship. Would not let me cancel over the phone and said it would have to be in writing. They did not refund my money and claim i received the order on 07/27/2020. I did not order the part until 07/28/2020 but yet they claim it was delivered the day before I ordered the part and paid for it! If you call you go to a third world country call center and they can not tell you anything. RUN and stay clear from them

I ordered item for surprise for my dad. Was over a month and it showed up, give it to my dad and he had already found the item himself and was already installed. So i start the return process, it was like they could not find me in the system. I scanned my PayPal order, still no luck, finally found the magic number they were looking for. I then get the email to send back and get it to us by 8/16 to avoid 25% restock fee, i got confirmation it was delivered to them 8/3 and i just got notice, yep, i got a 25% restock fee. Avoid these folks at all cost!

Absolutely horrific

I order a striping kit for my vett they provided it a tracking number after 10 days of waiting my order had not been ship I asked to please cancel the order and refund me they answered 4 days later and said the order couldn't be cancel because was already shipped I waited another 10 days the order still not been shipped but they refused to cancel and refund me the money the tracking number they provided indicates the order was never send but it doesn't matter to them I just want people to be aware of this scammers

Part 2...
So I waited 3 months for delivery of C3 window seal kit. I paid $450 odd for air freight for 2 relatively small boxes. I have received larger and heavier boxes for less than 1/4 of what they charge and it still took over 3 months to arrive. When it did I found the 2 outer seals were different to each other and very poor quality and a clip broken off. In fact, I won't be using them!
I wanted to save a few bucks by using Corvette Mods. Ended up costing more than $400 more. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
As for customer service. There is none basically.
STAY FAR AWAY!

Purchased item in January sent wrong part twice after months going back and forth won't give credit submitted Rma photos. Other items purchased not working now they won't even exchange. Used other company's never had this problem stay away!

My boring jackers for $161 They sent me the Green Giant injectors for $80 Now it's been on going for 3 weeks They won't return my emails or nothing and I am I got my money back yet Top it off they sent me tracking information saying it were shipped on a 12 Post Office didn't get until 18 We made it look like it shipped went on eBay purchased then doubled their money and sold it to me This companies a true work of art scumbags

Stay far away!

I ordered two Corvette logo projectors that are supposed to fit on the door and light up a Corvette logo on the ground when you open the door. The projector units are too big and there isn't enough clearance to close the door once they are installed. I also ordered Z51 stickers that came in the wrong color combinations. Good luck getting their customer service people to answer, as the only extension they answer is the sales line.

My order took 5 weeks longer than estimated(side pipes and header kit for c3). Not only was it late, it was missing the pipes the muffler and all the fittings as well as damage to the header! Customer service has not responded to my numerous emails and I even called and was promised a return email. Nothing! Go with ecklers or anyone else really. Absolute horrible all around!
