HOLIDAYS EXCUSES ON DELIVERIES RUDE IGNORANT EMPLOYEES SO YOU TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR BANK CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE AND YOU RECEIVE A SUPER NASTY EMAIL FROM THE FAKE MODS THEY ARE GOING TO TREAT YOU LIKE THE CROOKS THEY ARE! THEY PUT A TWIST ON THE WHOLE ORDEAL THREATENING YOU TO HAVE YOUR BANK CREDIT CARD COMPANY CLOSE OUT YOUR DISPUTE "YOUR ONLY HOPE FOR JUSTICE" OR EITHER PAY THEM AGAIN A SECOND TIME FOR THE ITEMS YOU NEVER RECEIVED OR RETURN THE ITEMS YOU NEVER RECEIVED! Ordered a lubricator attachment for a c3 speedometer cable. Ordered it on the 8th. Money was taken out the 9th. 4 and a half business days I see that it still hasnt even shipped. When I called I was told it can take up to 5 days for any given part to ship. Asked for a refund if the part wasnt shipped. Suddenly they tell me that all refunds must be submitted via email to a different department. I then get a email with a new tracking number in it. The email basically was trying to tell me that issue was resolved and that it was in the hands of USPS. What a surprise the tracking number was invalid. Didn't even look like a USPS tracking number. I filed a dispute with my bank immediately. I'm not playing games with these clowns. Filed a report with BBB. Its clear they are running some sort of grey market enterprise. Grey market is generous. I think this is total sham of a company that's made most of its money by robbing honest people. STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY.

I placed an order and paid the price the website advertised for a Christmas gift. Several days later I get an email that the price suddenly went up 23.99 how would I like to proceed in paying this additional charge? I had already paid the original amount and they wanted to gouge me for addition charge really? I called customer service and told them I wanted to keep my original order the way I paid for it and for it to be delivered before Christmas and that it was unacceptable to charge me more now that I have paid for the merchandise. The customer service man had such a thick accent that I could not understand what he was saying most of the time. He told me he understood and would cancel my order, I told him that wasn't what I wanted, I wanted my original order at the price I paid for it and he told me he would pass this information to the shipping department. A couple of hours later I receive an email from the shipping department that my order was canceled and that a refund would be submitted which I still haven't received. This company lost over 240.00 order to be greedy over 24.00 and made Christmas a little more stressful for me. I will NEVER buy from this company ever again... Shame on you and your company... I am still waiting for my refund. Better business bureau is my next stop. The only reason I gave it a one star which it didn't deserve was because I can't submit without it.

Ordered three hydro dipped carbon fiber dash parts for my C6 Corvette, first they said no more than 30 days it was 45 days, when i received the parts i was shocked that something could look that bad, the clear was so orange peeled that is was almost matt looking, the pieces were missing and had broken tabs, no way to hold the vents in place. Called and got some foreigner, and he said that i would be contacted by email and that would be the way of communication until this was resolved, but they will not return emails, calls, or anything. I'm going to contact my credit card co, to file a dispute, lets see how they like that when my credit card co pulls that money back. Please just STAY away, they are CROOKS.

I put in an order for rear spoiler winglets and clear wicker for my C7 Z06 on November 1st 2019. After I called about my order, I was told it wouldn't be shipped for about 30 days with the excuse that it was due to the GM strike. I said what does the GM strike have to do with what I ordered. Another excuse I was given was part of my order was custom. Another lie. I cancelled my order and they confirmed in the email dated November 7th that they put the cancellation order in. I am now in a dispute with my credit card company because the company is saying that they shipped the parts and they were received. Why would they ship over a week later after my call as they claimed, after saying that it would take a month and after saying they put the cancellation order in. This company is the worst Corvette aftermarket company I have ever dealt with and I am warning people to stay away. How you can conduct a business with no integrity is beyond me.

You would think their well done website would reflect the integrity of the Company. Not so for Corvette Mods. Ordered a spoiler for a C5 Vette. Received the product nicely packed and in good condition. When I looked at the fitment, there were unacceptable gaps between the body and the spoiler on both ends. Decided to return it over having it modified to fit. Cost me $53.00 for return shipping and then they hit me for their shipping fee of $15.00 and a re-stock fee of $68.00 for a total of $136.00. Unfortunately, I did not read this review site or their return policy before I purchased. As I mentioned to them, Amazon would be out of business if they operated the way Corvette Mods does. A costly lesson for sure. Make me feel good about this experience by taking your business elsewhere. I would have zero stars if it were possible.
