Well... I ordered a set of "Direct Replacement" C6 rear window struts from CorvetteMods. Upon receipt, I noticed the struts were about one-third of the diameter of the factory originals and did not include the defroster connections on the top or bottom of the connectors. Upon going back and forth with the "returns" department, 5 TIMES, they finally agreed to send me a "RMA" for the return. Guess what... return at MY expense... Well social media is a $#*!... what goes around comes around... This will be the LAST thing ever purchased from CORVETTEMODS!

I ordered a standard stock ignition switch for my C5 which they said was in stock. When it didn't show up in a week I cancelled the order and ordered it fro Eckler's and had it in three days. Now a month later I have to go to my bank and have them reverse the charges on my debit card. Got an email from them yesterday asking that I contact them for an RMA number to return the parts I never received and pay a restocking charge to return something I never got. These folks lied to me from the start, it's obvious they never had their hands on the part and a call to their customer service connected me with Ralph from Pakistan. Steer clear of Corvette Mods! Now I'm off to the bank to jump through hoops to get the money they won't return to my account. What a bunch of losers, they can't spell "Corvette" without help.
Installed a new Corvette Mods radiator in my C6 Vette. It leaked like a stuck pig on first warm up. Corvette Mod's will not honor return, replacement or refund. Crap quality, crappier customer service.
I ordered a set of screws for $7.99. The shipping was just about the same price. Apparently it was shipped, and I never got it, because it was missing the apartment number. The person who took my order failed to ask my apartment number. When I called to try fixing the situation to get what I ordered, I was asked to pay for shipping AGAIN! Apparently it was my job to make sure that I was asked all of the right questions, as well as answer them all. I found it funny how when it came to paying, there was nothing missing there. Yet, he couldn't remember to ask me for my apartment. Not everyone lives in a house. In any case, I was not offered anything resembling satisfaction towards a new (potentially long term) customer. They kept saying that it wasn't their fault. So, in other words, it was mine. They refunded me minus the failed shipping amount. I guess I'll do business elsewhere. Unfortunately not everyone reads this until it's too late.
They don't ship items. They advise they have shipped them. But they cannot provide a tracking number. They do not answer your questions on the status of items when they have forgot to ship them. They walk in circles and in overall terms, a complete disorganized lost company and the customer service reps are idiots.
They mailed me the wrong taillight for my car. They asked me for a photo of what I received. I sent it. I Never heard back from them. I Have sent at least 4 messages. So I am stuck with a $54 taillight that I dont need
Worst Company to Buy Corvette Parts from, don't make my mistake. Bought a part that was defective. They turned down the replacement even with the pictures. Called the number multiple times talking to Richard & Sammy just to have them tell my to send another email to service and they will get back to me. Never happened. Could never talk to anyone past the first person who answers. Refused to let me talk to a manger or have them call me back. This company should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and / or the State attorney Generals office for poor business practices They state Guaranteed Satisfaction. But, they do not deliver. They just take your money. I responded to the survey with the same disappointment as above. Their response from the owner -a canned email - Sorry to hear of your concerns, please contact our service team so we can assist you further. Do they think we are stupid! Call again and get the same run around. They have my phone number, if they cared they would call me. Tell all your Corvette friends and put it in your Corvette Club websites & Newsletters. Beware and Do not buy from this company! All they care about is your MONEY!
I've purchased a few items from CorvetteMods over the past few years. Unfortunately the quality of service gets worse with each purchase.
Most recently, I learned after the purchase, the item that was going to take 7-10 days for CorvetteMods to deliver (stated 3-5 on website). I immediately contacted customer service and they assured me that they would cancel the order (same day,). After 3-days CorvetteMods refused to cancel the order, and now they are making me go through the merchant processing company to get my money back. Business must be really bad for this company to have to take my money?

Ordered 3 items from them, recieved them but one was wrong (dash kit not even for corvette) reordered it and said 5-7 business. It's been 13 business days (as of Oct 24th) and finally received email saying they shipped it today. We'll my corvette has been in pieces in a shop and I'm paying basically a staorge fee daily, u think corvette mods will help out, bullsh*t.
Also 2 wks after recieved items fed ex sent me a bill for $137 for duty on these items. No where on corvette mods site does it indicate duty, service, taxes, etc...
Never again order from this fly by night company. What a joke..

I ordered seat covers and halogen lights for my 95 Vette. 1st, they never mentioned that the covers weren't in stock and that I had to wait 4 to 6 weeks for them. I had to sent 3 emails and called for 2 weeks before I actually was informed of this. Next, after the halogen lights arrived, they didn't fit. I contacted them and they sent a link for a return form. I had to go out of town on business for a couple of weeks so when I returned, the system said the return had expired. Again I sent 3 emails explaining this and no one has had the courtesy to respond. I will never do business with them again, I will go w/o before I give my hard earned money to a company that doesnt value their customers. The only reason I didn't give them a 1 is because what I did receive and was correct was pretty good but it's not worth the headache.
Corvette mods sent wrong parts and keeps telling me i have to wait 48 hours to get response. Well it has been well over 48 hours and no response. I keep calling and they say only customer service can help me. Customer service keeps telling me i need to wait another 48 hours. Brandon who sold me the parts they say now no longer works there.
Corvette Mods keeps giving me the run around. I just want my correct parts. I will never buy from here again because of customer service

Shipped me damaged parts. Blamed UPS. Impossible to get a hold of necessary decision makers. Every says "I don't have the authority". Nothing gets resolved.
Another customer had returned an item that I needed and they charged me $60 to overnight it to me. I can't find a company that charges that much for shipping. Then my dealer was able to get the part and they won't take it as a return, claiming it is a "special order" item. Even though it was sitting literally on the shelf at their warehouse in Ft Worth. What a crock of horse crap! Losing a customer forever over a $49 part, plus $60 to ship it!
I purchased a Clear Roof that came in damaged from the distributor. To return this part I had to pay for the shipping. CorvetteMods would provide a Return Authorization. I did get a call from the Distributor who was an authorized GM Parts facility and they apologized and did confirm that they refunded the money to CorvetteMods. I still not have confirmation from CorvetteMods that this issue was resolved. My dispute is still ongoing.
STAY AWAY from this Company they are BAD. Customer Service is honorable. There should be a "Warning" on their web site, "You Buy from CorvetteMods and we will take your Money"
I ordered a spoiler for my C7. It was a Wicker Bill Spoiler. The sides wouldn't fit because the holes had been drilled in the wrong spots. The whole spoiler was chipped and scratched all over. Several spots look as if it had been returned before and they had just painted over the bad spots and sent it to the next customer. I worked with them for almost two months to get my money back and only thanks to Paypal getting involved and being able to say on the first day of talking to them and seeing the pics that it was definitely a problem and I would be getting my money back from them or Paypal would refund the money. I had sent Corvette Mods pics of all the problems and a month later they said they had never received the pics. I had to forward them the email that I got saying they had received them from over a month earlier. They are a terrible company and I will advise you to stay away from ordering anything from them.
Called to cancel the order 10 min after placing... said it was shipped already, BS and have to submit email. More BS... Look at other complaints here... same crap BEWARE!. I have the items but refused the return... and pickup tag I was promised on the first call of many. Also came in a box from Corvette America. Awesome company... customer service there A+. Corvette Mods is just a middle man that only takes your money.
Answer: The short answer is customer service. Granted, Corvette Mods prices are great. But, be aware, if there are problems, what really makes a company great is their ability to fix problems. My experience as you see with many others was very poor, and to the point of fraudulent when they knew they received an item back for refund, then was not going to refund my money.
