This company should be close down. I filed a complaint with the Texas Consumer Protection Bureau and I encourage everyone with a bad experience to do the same. My son saved for months to buy corvette seats, his order was over $1,000.00, we did not receive the mounting plates so only half of the hardware was received. Repetitive calls only result in "You will receive an email from the claims department in 24-48 hours", or sometimes they offer 4-5 days. No emails come with a resolution. We then decided to just request a return authorization, guess what, no response other than the same- "wait 24-48 hours" I don't believe there is a claims department. Don't order from this company, you will regret it.

I placed an order over a week ago and only received half of it. I've emailed 2x and called (was told that my concern would be forwarded and someone would get back to me) an can not get anyone to respond. All I'm trying to find out is the status of me remaining item. I've ordered in the past and have had no issues so I really don't understand what's the problem. How hard is it to tell someone if the item is out of stock and give me the option of getting a refund or a replacement order, they're just seat covers for God's sake.

After waiting 2weeks CorvetteMods sent me another customers order, I notified the company by email and they said my order was on its way, into third week I called the company, they said it has to be an email, call, person can not access any information on shipping. I emailed again, nothing. I called again, told to email again. Next email from them says I have to take a photo of wrong item sent to me and email, it to them, which I did. I also called and asked when and where iis my product? Again, call, centre person can't help with that. I get another email from. Them telling me to send wrong order back to them with other customers invoice ect in same packaging, at my own expense. I asked for refund and was denied also still, cannot tell me anything about my product which I paid them $25.00 for. I'm still waiting but don't believe I will get anything from this shoddy, scam place CorvetteMods. Don't give them your money

I had purchased a Quartz Clock for $169.00, they sent an ELECTRIC CLOCK instead which sells for $79.00. They swore up & down that I purchased the ELECTRIC CLOCK, not the QUARTZ CLOCK. I asked them, how many ELECTRIC CLOCK'S do you sell for $169.00? They still covered each other's back side. And still called me a LIAR. Th invoice was all they needed for a REAL COMP FORMATION, the one that both of us had. I should have never ordered anything from them ever. I found an excellent price on a Bumper Guard. I thought that it was a "Grill Guard" piece. I was not sure, so I asked before purchasing. They assured me that it was what I was looking for. This was on 8-28-19. I received the part on 9-5-19. It was the incorrect part, that their sales person sold to me. Now, they want a picture which I am unable to provide & they also want a 20% restocking fee. It wasn't my mistake, just the one buying from them as corvette *******@least that is what was on the box it was in. THEY DO SUCK, BIG TIME. We all need to go to the CORVETTE FORUM, & let it FLY. Sorry abt my harshness, I am still quite upset with them.

I recently purchased a Z06 replacement grille for my C7 which CorvetteMods advertised as an "OEM part direct from GM" at a cost of $649.99. When the "OEM part" was received it was actually an aftermarket knock off which goes for $100 - 120 on Ebay. This was and is a total rip off by Mr. Neal H. Balogs company! After several calls and emails to CorvetteMods there has been zero response so I am preparing a complaint with the consumer fraud division of the secretary of state, the FTC(since this is internet fraud) and the better business bureau. Stay away from this company, really bad business

Ordered appx 10 items. Was provided with 3 trackings. Waited few days and when the 3 boxes came only 3 items delivered. Contacted them to advise most of my items didn't come. It took them few days to send another package this time by regular mail. Waited another week and again one item was missing. They have the worst customer service. Never apologized. And even now after few calls and emails I still didn't get the missing item. Going to contact my CC company and cancel the full charge. Just disgraceful

I ordered 3 items but only received 2 of them in a mailer envelope. The missing item was a car cover that cost $349.97. I never received it. I called customer service and was given the runaround. Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! It has been 18 days since the order was paid in full and I have not been able to break through the internet wall or 888 customer service. Customer service said they were a "answering service" and not customer service. Unacceptable, BBB worthy transaction. Never Again. Potential future customers beware!

Talk about a Triple-T scenario. The first tee of service, when you are trying to figure out about a product and why you have called multiple times and nobody's answered or has directed you to a line that doesn't even work and then you just get hung up on that is already a recipe for the first terrible T. And when the customer service team starts yelling at you and talking back with a sarcastic and rude demeanor it's like give me a break. For the second T of reliability, When you are told that you're supposed to get a gift card for a purchase of over $200 of around $20 and then you are told that is on your account and then you called to ask about it and they send you to the customer service email and the customer service line replies that is ridiculously stupid borderline FALSE CLAIM. The last and final T, When you get a product that is only one make for only your generation and then you get a completely wrong item because they don't know how to ship the right damn product it's like oh my gosh who is the idiot behind the counter working there. I don't write reviews on any company even if I've had bad service but out of all of the companies I've ever been to this is absolutely the worst I've ever had. I will be informing my Corvette club about this terrible customer service and making sure that there is no future purchasing for me or anybody in when you get a product that is only one make for only your generation and then you get a completely wrong item because they don't know how to ship the right damn product is like oh my gosh who is the idiot behind the counter working there. I ordered rims, center caps, and lugnuts from this place. First they only sent me 3 rims. Second they didnt send the correct lug nuts and third they didnt even send the lugnuts. After calling them, they couldn't even give me information on my items I purchased. They told me I would have to wait for an email to correct the problem. I asked for details on my order and they did not have them. I would not recommend this site to order anything from. I paid 100 bucks for shipping and they cant even get my order right much less have it all shipped to me at the same time.

Ordered 2 parts from them. Requested cancellation of 2nd part immediately after ordering. Ignored my request until the part was in "processing" and couldn't be cancelled. Agreed they would refund me if I shipped it back. Received the parts, kept the 1st, and returned the 2nd as agreed upon. They sat on the transaction for 3 weeks before replying saying I took additional parts and they would charge me for the missing parts + 20% restocking fee. Currently filing with BBB and credit card for consumer protection. Jokes on them, I unboxed and reboxed the parts on my security camera.

It took ten days for CorvetteMods to process the transaction. It took four days for CorvetteMods to ship a cracked and damaged windshield washer reservoir. The took the money immediately after the online transaction. The part was received cracked and damaged, but it was well packaged. It was a used junk yard part that CorvetteMods cleaned up and sold. They use a third party phone service located in India as their Customer Service department. The people at the phone service don't speak English and they are used as a gatekeeper to deny customers access to a real CorvatteMods employee. Stay away from these scammers.

Ordered a pair (driver's side and passenger's side) of interior quarter trim pieces.

They sent two driver's side and no passenger's side trim pieces. I only needed the passenger's side. Didn't worry too much as everyone makes mistakes.

Sent an email describing the issue, two days later, no reply. Called and spoke with their "support" department who obviously did not speak English well, is not based in TX and turns out is only an answering service.

I will NEVER use them again.
