Placed an order for C-2 side pipes and found much cheaper on another site. Called back within 2 hours and they charged me $164.10 for a restock fee and you know they had not even pulled it yet.
Ordered a Corvette sports car wing for $600 it got lost in transit FedEx won't do anything because Corvette mods refuses to file a loss package claim on their end I disputed the charges they are now threatening to take me to collections and unauthorized took another $620 out of my account. The collection letter states in falsely accuses me of being in possession of their merchandise and trying to create a cyber theft fraud on them. But took $620 out of my account after charges disputed!
1st: wife ordered a shirt from corvettemods and realized that she had entered the wrong delivery address. She immediately contacted them and was that they could not make the change. She had to enter a new order and they issued a credit for the initial purchase. So we've spent $80, and now have an un-needed credit for $80. I called the next day, and was told that we should have read their terms and conditions before placing the order.
So as to not lose the $80, I purchased some misc care care items... and spent an additional $25.
The shirt we received was the wrong size. We chose to cut our losses and not try to exchange it.
The care care products were drop shipped from Ecklers. The cost from corvettemods was approx 10% higher than what we would have paid at Ecklers.
I'm sorry we didn't check their reviews at sitejabbers. The reviews on the corvettemods site are 100% glowing.

Ordered a black out taillight set for a customer through PayPal as I do many parts with no issues. They labeled the package incorrectly and it was returned to them. They would not issue refund or send out replacement until restocking it and then charged me $14,50 for there mistake and this took a month. Reordered from a different company in same manner and delivered in 4 days.
I recently made several orders through them. Shipping is SLOW. Some products come out of Europe so it can take forever. If you call them, they just hang up on you; chat, just refers you to email. Return policy is a joke. If you buy it - you own it - forget about returning it - no matter how poor the quality. Never again will I give these people any more of my hard earned money!
I ordered emblems and hood stripes they sent the wrong year rear bumper letters and One emblem was missing they want to charge me again for the one they did not send. For the most part customer service is nonexistent they lied to me on multiple occasions on saying they shipped and reshipped the missing item and would not give me a tracking number. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere this company appears to be very dishonest. By the way it's been over a month and still no part or resolution.
I know so many people that received the wrong part or damaged or defective parts and you will need God at your side to either fix the problem or get a refund, and still won't get either one. So please don't use them 9 out of 10 time you will get screwed.
I ordered parts that said 5 to 77 business days. I had to call to see why only half my order shipped only to be told they have no idea when I will get the rest of my parest of my parts and still today I have no idea when my parts are gonna show up that I paid for. You think someone would let you know before you pay for parts to throw on backwater or they're not going to be able to get ahold of the parts for an extended period of time. Horrible experience will never use them again I don't recommend.
I ordered some parts for my car and spoke to a Neal. He didn't arrive for weeks and he was very upset that I called to ask for the status. I was very discouraged with his attitude and I asked to be put through to a supervisor and he said he was a supervisor. I don't know.
Don't do it plenty other options. Simple $50.00 purchase. Product was unreadable. No cooperation from Customer service. Have ordered alot of product for many cars none as bad as this group.
Poor service, items shipped that are defective, cancelled items on back order and only receive a fraction of original amount refunded. Emailed company regarding disputed amounts, no response. Now disputing with credit card company and they passed me off to someone that responds via email multiple times a day with insults and threats of sending to collections. Absolutely terrible company! Should have read BBB reviews prior to initiating business with them.
Just terrible customer service. Part wasn't as advertised and they would not do anything helpful about it.
Had to wait 1 month for rear shocks for my 1995 corvette. When I received them, they were wrong. Emailed them and no reply. Put in a complaint with the Texas BBB and the Texas AG. Got nowhere with that. Paid with a debit card so I am out $120.00. Never again!
In 40 years I have never dealt with a bigger bunch of idiots! These people do not have a clue what part fits your car where it goes or what it is don't be fooled by these crooks do yourself a favor and Shop elsewhere

This company sells cheap Chinese products that do not work or fit properly, and have zero customer service skills. Stay away from this company at all costs - I will never return. Worst shopping experience ever! Buyer Beware - this review should be ZERO stars but I couldn't post without picking one!
Sent a dash cover that did not fit, binding was bunched up at corners, It was an inch or more too short in length and did not fit the contours of the window pillars. They sent me a refund of less than half of the selling price and nothing for return shipping. I ordered the correct cover, sent it back as per their instructions and in a timely manner. Do not buy from them, they do NOT have your best interests in mind. Their emails to me were a little on the sharp side, Low class.
I ordered a part from them and was told there was a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their parts. I ordered a carbon fiber part for my car and they sent me a junky piece of plastic. I returned it to them and they charged me a $150 restocking fee. This is how they make their money! This way they can tell the credit card company they tried working with you when you file a dispute. Don't NOT order anything from these guys.
I purchased transducer, Defective, called service dept. refusad to give an RMA# for return. Filed return forms per email with pictures still no response.
I ordered Euro headlights for a C5 corvette. My credit card was charged immediately but 2 days later I got an email telling me the item was discontinued and I should select an alternate. I requested that the order be cancelled and ordered lights from another source. They responded that the order request was denied because the item had already shipped. When I tried to respond by email to express my dissatisfaction with their business practices the email was returned as undeliverable. It was the same email address used in previous communications, so I assume they don't want to receive complaints or they went out of business.
Answer: The short answer is customer service. Granted, Corvette Mods prices are great. But, be aware, if there are problems, what really makes a company great is their ability to fix problems. My experience as you see with many others was very poor, and to the point of fraudulent when they knew they received an item back for refund, then was not going to refund my money.
