I ordered my glasses on May 22 and received them on June 9 which I felt was very reasonable. I had some communication thru email with customer support in between ordering and receiving the glasses, and I felt that they were very responsive, friendly and informative. When I received my glasses, they were so warped that when I sat them down on the counter one ear piece was almost a full inch raised up off of the counter while the other sat directly on the counter. When I ordered these glasses, I ordered them with the exact same specs and frames as the glasses I ordered from my doctor but were lost in an accident. Those fit perfect without any adjustments. Obviously, these were so warped that they did not fit. I contacted customer service immediately. 24 hours later and still no response back. I took the glasses to walmart eye center to try to fix and they are much better, but the frame was so warped they couldn't get them 100%. I would recommend just going to your doctor and ordering them. I saved like $80 by going through coolframes and now I have warped glasses to show for it.

Very happy. What can I say. Postage estimate of arrival for product precise, top quality product. Have owned a two pair previously (Black and Tortuous shell frame models) for some time now. My husband loses his glasses. They are always falling off. When he was in single lens I would buy several pairs at a time. As he moved to progressive lens that was no longer feasible. We're on the 3rd pair of progressives since September (6 months) but I think these are going to work great, rather than straight arms, these curve around the back of his ears. No more falling off. He says they are the best glasses he's ever had and less than a third the price of buying at the optometrist office! 😊👍

Good experience. Only thing that would be nice is an eta on when you'll get your glasses, but happy with my purchase.

I took a chance and ordered frames without lenses to Canada. They were delivered in about 2-3 weeks without any surprise inflated brokerage fees. UPS often adds $50+ in brokerage fees. From the tracking number, it looked like they were being delivered by UPS but arrived with USPS stickers and delivered I think by Canada Post. The frames themselves were a little twisted but my optician was able to straighten them.

Seeking tracking number, was sent right away.

Both the of the eyeglasses purchased from cool frames are excellent, no complaints about the quality of the product. Customer service response is something that truly lacks. The Cartiers didn't match the picture, no offer to make it right assuming the picture was wrong an apology with explanation would been sufficient. My last order I got no response from customer service when I questioned my lens prescription.

I fell in love with L.A.M.B. Frames, but had a difficult time finding them at a reasonable price. It was very easy to order the exact style I wanted. They arrived ahead of schedule. The whole process was great.

My first payment transaction, did not allow for the online discount that had been promoted. However, once I brought it to their attention, they quickly corrected the error.

The most important part of shopping online is a satisfied customer. This only happens with top notch customer service, which turns the new customer into a repeat customer. Cool Frames does not disappoint in this regard. Definitely has become my go-to for sunglasses.

I needed some lighter, classy frames for my night-driving Rx eyeglasses. I had been searching multiple sites for a long time and these are absolutely perfect; comfortable, very stylish yet classic, and just what I was looking for. The packaging was high quality and arrived quickly. Excellent customer service and value!

Frames arrived in brand new condition and the branded case was included. But you can't order several pairs and return the ones that don't work. Cool Frames doesn't do returns! They will exchange your frames for a different pair ONE time, AND they charge a restocking fee, even on exchanges! I was shocked. It's 2024. So try on frames somewhere that charges full price and then buy them here. If you want your glasses made somewhere else, first make sure they'll accept frames purchased elsewhere.

Return policy: zero stars. Customer service gets an average of 4 because their emails were unclear (poorly written), but they were polite and extremely clear on the phone. Note their hours are Eastern Time.

I had issues from the time I paid in which it took a week for them to figure out how to post my payment. Then they didn't alert me when the frame they had ordered arrived broken causing another delay. Overall it took about a month from the date I ordered. The glasses are exactly as I ordered except one side was not buffed down like the other. I won't risk having them fix it. I sure won't order again.

Absolutely no help. When the women took my order, she was rushing and I was not confident that she had everything included that I was requesting. Then I had to call back because she sent the incorrect invoices. Even still one had the wrong information. Manager’s email was not impressive and didn’t give me confidence. He should have kept me up to date when there was a delay instead of ghosting me.

Easy to purchase. Quick delivery. Exactly what I ordered and cheaper than at the physician's office. I will order from here again. Thank you CoolFrames.

I found the frames I liked on a different site and had regular glasses made in my prescription. I contacted the company and asked if they could make me some sunglasses with these same frames and they said no. This set off my search and lucky for me I found Cool Frames. Bonus for me was the frames cost way less. I love my glasses. I will be back. Thanks.

I received continuous communication throughout the process. My new glasses arrived in excellent condition, it was like seeing with new eyes. The frames are exactly as promised, high quality materials handled with care. I would order from Cool Frames again and recommend it.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing frames. My daughter wanted the same frames as she had last year, which broke in an accident, and we were able to find them quickly and for half the price of other sites. I also accidentally entered the wrong shipping address via an autofill error, and the customer service helped me correct it immediately (which is good since the frames shipped within a few hours of our order).

I was at first a bit afraid that the company was in new York and I was in canada. When I ordered though it was in Canadian funds and exactly as advertised. After shipping confirmed there was a bit of a lapse getting proper tracking info as it was ups from the states. I did eventually call ups and they said that it was delivered that day and sure enough was in the mail box. Happy with this product.

Person was friendly and helped out as much as he could. Supplied me with a tracking number and timeline for my shipment.

Made the order and didn't hear back at all until I made an effort to contact customer service which was not straightforward.
