Your staff is very knowledgeable, personable, and welcoming. I was very skeptable about ordering frames on line; I am a retired, mature adult who appreciates fashionable eyeware, but like most of us, must watch my budget. I don't like the mall eyeware styles. So far, Cool Frames products appear to be authentic and reasonably priced. If they are durable I will purchase more.

I had found a pair of glasses I loved elsewhere and they were just too expensive. A search online brought me here, where I was able to purchase them! I received updates as my order was created, and they arrived faster than stated. Excellent site.

From the second I placed my order to the time I actually picked up my lenses order - incredible detail oriented service. Gorgeous store and attentive staff. Super super nice. Stunning, fashionable collections. I will definitely go back again and again. Order was delivered on time and I received a physical receipt and email receipt for records as well as timely order updates. Just amazing definately recommend for any vison needs!

If you're a novice in buying frames as I am, the website needs to help you more. I made my purchase a help a Kaiser Healthcare employee, otherwise I would have gotten an order that wouldn't have been right for me.

I've been wearing cool frames eyeglass frames for two years. I ordered another cool frames eyeglass frames online. My order came in quickly with no problems.

I enjoy the frames a lot, exactly as pictured. My only problem is the lenses have a prescription on them that I did not choose. I did not want a prescription but have had multiple other people put them on and everyone agrees that there is a prescription on there. I tried wearing them to see if it was just me judging too hard but after about 30 minutes with them on, I took them off and could not see straight. Considering these weren't cheap I am disappointed as I bought these for vacation but am unable to wear them all together with a risk of them messing up my eye sight.

The ordering process was easy, and the frames came when I expected. I wish the box that arrived had contained info regarding the demo lenses that were mailed with the glasses (I didnt know what they were) and the small plastic bag that had a white strip and wires (they were for future repair of the lenses). I called CoolFrames and received an explanation by phone about these things, so all was good.

Ordered a replacement for a costco frame that I had broken a couple of times and repaired. But finally I couldn't fix it. Waited for the order, but it didn't arrive. Ordered prescription glasses, didn't receive till approximately 3 weeks later. Order a different frames from a competitor, for way less, and received within the week.

The ordering process is very straightforward and easy, especially re-ordering once they have the size of your face, etc. As long as you know what you want and have tried on the frames, this is the way to go, such a good value. Cool Frames did call me to let me know the frame in the color I requested was no longer available but a 2nd color was fine. This was my 2nd time to order 2 different prescriptions (single vision for reading & distance). The glasses held up for numerous years, I've been very happy.

I ordered the frames only and they did end up on backorder but they did arrive sooner than the expected in-stock date of 2-3 weeks. They came in-stock in about 10 days plus 4 days shipping (including the weekend). I'm glad I didn't cancel my order bc of the backorder bc the frames I got were exactly as I ordered and I liked them very much!

This was my first time buying glasses online and the measurements from the site were right on, I love them! I need petite frames and they had a great selection, I can imagine buying more soon. Everything was all well packed too! I used standard shipping and it took about three weeks from the order date. Overall I am really satisfied!

I needed empty frames to replace a crack in eyeglass frames bought through my local optician. Cool Frames had the same frames which came promptly after ordered.

I lost my glasses on a hike and only had my prescription sunglasses to see so I was excited to see that the order processing time was about a week. A week after ordering I get an email that says cool frames has just ordered my frames from their supplier so the production of my glasses would start soon. I waa really disappointed that it took them a whole week to even order the frames. I eventually did get my glasses about 3 weeks after placing the order and they're great but I probably would have gone with a faster company if I had known it would take a week.

With my order of the Columbia Frame, I'm so amazed about the quality of the product and the service I got.
I would recommend CoolFrames to anyone as they provide excellency in itself from products to the service too.

I placed an overnight order on a Monday May 6th and did not receive my order until May 18th. I called after the 2-3 day processing time-frame and the rep told me that it was 4-5 days for processing. I told her that on the site it states 2-3 days and at that point it had been 4 days. My order still had not shipped out. I called back and requested a refund for my $30 overnight express shipping costs. The rep acted like she didn't want to give it back. I explained to her that I paid extra to have it by a certain date and that date has passed. A manager refunded my shipping cost but changed the shipping method to standard. This company has the worst customer service. I will not do anymore business with them.

I really like my eyeglasses. Only thing is the one side of the lens where they popped it into the frame kinda messed up the frame a bit. Not too happy about that considering I spent $500. Not sure what could even be done about that now so thats why I deducted a star
