Cool Frames

Not very many frames look good on my face. I like a minimalist style with little metal blocking my peripheral vision. The glasses I found at my optometrist were too expensive. When I found that cool frames carried them for less than half the cost, was overjoyed! They do a wonderful job on the lenses too.

I selected glasses that just don't fit. My account is not attached to my past orders. Emailing is a waste also. Long wait times for Phone calls. X4. Told one thing on phone but they don't send link, or info is completely wrong. I cannot get credit for a purchase that is not on my account. Frustrated is putting it mildly. Third purchase through them no problem with the other two. Probably will be my last unless someone actually helps me get this resolved

It took more than 3 weeks to receive my order. I've found other on line eye glass providers whose turn around time is much quicker. Having said that the glasses fit well and are perfect for reading and distance.

No confirmation email when order was placed, no follow up email when order was delayed. Product eventually arrived 4 weeks after ordering, that is too slow in my opinion. If this is 'normal', they should set expectations better on the website before ordering. I would not have used Cool Frames if I knew I'd have to wait an entire month before glasses arrived.

I received my order on Aug 15, so it took a while to arrive in Canada. I ordered on July 24 and I am a first time customer and didn't know anyone who had ordered from this company. I was a bit nervous, so I just got the frames without the prescription. I love them! I might be more daring and get a prescription next time.

The agent who helped me place my order, Tamra was fantastic! She was quick with an insurance estimate, answered my questions about transition color options, and even gave me a discount to make ordering through Cool Frames more competitive.
The ordering service was great. However, it took longer than I expected to receive my new glasses. The lab service was slow.

My glasses are beautifully designed and very clear. I love them. The processing time took longer than I would have wanted but the delivery was fast and accurate.

My glasses were delivered nearly a week later than they should have been. When I looked at their tracking page, it told me nothing about where my eyeglasses were, or what was happening to them. I contacted support multiple times, and was given little to no information.

All I can say I am extremely satisfied with Cool Frames I went to my regular place where I've always buy my glasses for years now and the exact same frames were 500$ I want to show a friend online what my glass frames what they look next thing you know I fall onto Cool Frames website.The exact frames, colour that I wanted were $300 less at Cool Frames. I placed my order. They advise me the day after that they were back ordered. A couple weeks later I got an email stating that they received my frames. I asked him to send him a picture so I could approve them. They did that immediately and I approved them to ship the frames to me. I brought them to my place to get the lenses put in and the girl that I always deal with told me that they ARE real Dolce Gabbana frames. All I could say is, I'm totally satisfied with Cool Frames! Great at first i was scared to order cause i have never got glasses online but i got regular shipping and they took 2 weeks to arrive like said but everything was good.

The order process was relatively easy. The eyeglass frame I purchased are very familiar to me; I have three pairs of prescription glasses using this brand and style of frame. The frames were shipped in a reasonably timely manner after purchase. However, tracking information was never added to the order page after the frames were shipped. Also, when I inquired about a tracking number via email; I never got a response. My inquiry was made at least a week before I received my frames.

Doreen and Anastasia were working the day I walked in needing new glasses for my son. They both helped us pick out 2 great pairs. The whole process was seamless.

Had to get prescription sunglasses quickly and was able to change shipping address and expedite shipping very easily. They are perfect. Will use CoolFrames again!

I received the glasses I ordered today. First time ordering from Cool Frames. Took a little long, 3 1/2 weeks for them to ship but I'm very happy with the product. Ordered 10% gradient brown tint lenses. They're exactly what I wanted.

The eyeglasses arrived on time and as described. I contacted the customer service for a change in the frame colour and I was quickly guided to how to proceed.

Glasses were shipped around for about 9 months before I got them. In the end the agent took care of everything and updated my Rx to offset not having them for a yr. The frames fit loose compared the exact same model I have in no Rx. That would probably be a Costa problem so skip the Costs brand.

I love how unique the frames are. I've been searching for a pair just like this for YEARS. I'm so happy to have finally found what I ve been looking for.

I was very pleased these frames from Cool Frames arrived in excellent condition and there was no evidence if they had been sent out and returned by any other customers.
