I love how unique the frames are. I've been searching for a pair just like this for YEARS. I'm so happy to have finally found what I ve been looking for.

I was very pleased these frames from Cool Frames arrived in excellent condition and there was no evidence if they had been sent out and returned by any other customers.

I have previously owned two pairs of Outshine Avalon Parade sunglasses; one turquoise and tortoise shell color and the other are black-and-white. The sunglasses I received are smaller in size and inferior in quality compared to the others I have. I suspect this is a cheap knock off product. I will not order from Cool Frames again

All you need is a prescription of course like all eye glasses companies demand. They have soooo many choice and top brands! I'm a real human and I am giving an honest feedback. No one paid me to do this! I'm from Ohio and needed glasses since I used my insurance on contacts. No insurance? No prob here at cool frames. I priced at my eye dr for glasses out of pocket was $496! I went to cool frames site with prescription and out of pocket only and bought Columbia glasses and premium frames under $200! Received my order so fast I couldn't believe it! U have no concerns getting it right with cool frames. The owner is one of the best people I've ever spoke to and I assure anyone u won't be sorry or find quality as cheap than cool frames.com I stand by my review and can prove the the best experience anyone can have buying any glasses online.

Frames arrived in brand new condition and the branded case was included. But you can't order several pairs and return the ones that don't work. Cool Frames doesn't do returns! They will exchange your frames for a different pair ONE time, AND they charge a restocking fee, even on exchanges! I was shocked. It's 2024. So try on frames somewhere that charges full price and then buy them here. If you want your glasses made somewhere else, first make sure they'll accept frames purchased elsewhere.

It was a Koo lil experience, they got my prescription with the quickness and emailed me about it. I thought that was Koo too. They put my prescription in my new cartiers and got it to me quick. Ima come back when my dogs chew this pair up and pick up another pair. Good lookin.

My order was for a 2017 Silhoutte frame. I
Knew it wasn't sitting on a shelf and would take a little time. I reached out to CoolFrames after a week for a status update and they quickly answered and also provided shipping tracking info. Goos service, I have done business with them before. My experience says you can order with confidence.

I placed an order and realized I chose the wrong color. I called customer service the next day and the representative corrected it that moment. Shipped fast packaged well and most importantly fantastic prices.

I needed some lighter, classy frames for my night-driving Rx eyeglasses. I had been searching multiple sites for a long time and these are absolutely perfect; comfortable, very stylish yet classic, and just what I was looking for. The packaging was high quality and arrived quickly. Excellent customer service and value!

My glasses took almost a month to arrive (over 3 weeks). No information or communication regarding delay even though I was well past the 4-10 business day processing time. When my glasses finally did ship, my tracking info was never updated. I had to call the call center for an update.

The glasses are great though and perfectly done, exactly what I ordered and the price was right.

Overall I would recommend Cool Frames for top quality frames and lenses but retailer/consumer communication left a bit to be desired.

Second time ordering. Both times I got what I expected and on a timely basis.

The glasses turned out very nicely and I am very pleased with them. Unfortunately the delivery didn't go as well as I had hoped due to the actions of an employee of the U.S. Postal Service. He was supposed to deliver the glasses to me at my residence since the delivery instructions stated that a signature was required. He dropped them in our mailbox at a central location in our neighborhood and provided the signature himself even misspelling my name. When I caught up with him and asked why he didn't deliver the glasses to me and obtain my signature, he said that he was just being lazy. That's what you get from the USPS.

Ordered online April first. Recieved the glasses May 1st. However, once I did get them, I was happy with the frames, fit and clarity. Tinting is great, bifocals are great and distance vision is spot-on! Looking forward to using them- Ill definitely try Cool Frames again. Fyi, Canadian buyers, be aware that you will be charged a Customs fee on top of ur order when u go to pick em up.

The frames took about 3 weeks to arrive after the order was placed, which makes sense for creating custom lenses, but it would have been nice to know the expected wait time.
I ordered these lenses with anti-glare coating, but there is a whole bunch of glare - so much that I cannot see out of half of the lenses!
Also, not a critique but something worth noting, I had to take my new glasses into a glasses store nearby to get the sides adjusted to fit around my ears/to not slide off my face. I didn't think about having to do that until they arrived, so an extra couple of days after they arrived before I could wear my new frames.

I'm happy with my new glasses. The customer service people were helpful. Wish my glasses came sooner but then again it took longer last year when I ordered through my optometrist. So I guess I can't complain

It took too long, the instructions were inadequate, and the options were not thoroughly explained. Ultimately, I needed assistance from a sales rep. Also, having a different contact for insurance was cumbersome and resulted in a delay in getting the order completed.
