Cool Frames

Received what I ordered, but it took three weeks to finally receive the order. Also, the company claimed to offer a discount, but when I inputted the code, it informed me that the discount was not actually available.

I ordered glasses without anti-reflective coating on the lenses and didn't realize that it also provided some clarity of sight. Cool frames was good about retrofitting my frames, but I had to pay for the new lenses. It would have been nice to just pay the difference between what I wanted and what I originally ordered.

Customer Service was Exceptional and very helpful. My order was incomplete when it arrived and they shipped the missing item promptly. I couldn't give a 5 star review as the original shipping took way too long (it was over a week before the product was even shipped) and it was missing part of the order. In addition, the Oakley frames didn't not include an authencity certificate which is very frustrating because that's what made me decode to order from Cool Frames to begin with. I can only hope they are legit.

I broke my original frames. I logged in to Cool Frames. Put in the original frame numbers and the site took me right to what I needed to replace them. Easy check out. Great site. Thank you Cool Frames

I fell in love with L.A.M.B. Frames, but had a difficult time finding them at a reasonable price. It was very easy to order the exact style I wanted. They arrived ahead of schedule. The whole process was great.

I love the glasses- but i specifically went with Cool Frames because of the ability to bill through insurance. I submitted all of my info as requested, and even followed up - no response and i didn't know until after receiving my glasses that it was never put thru my insurance. When i contacted again, they told me that someone had reached out saying that the information i gave was "incorrect" but i didn't receive any sort of note.

I bought a Frame 10 days ago that was supposed to be delivered in not more than four business days, and additional pay for two days delivery; but after ten days, they said that I needed to wait two weeks more to start the delivery.
I'm going to complement this previous comment. As I mentioned, I had problems with this purchase, but after making my claim and being able to talk with the company representative. They were very diligent in finding the solution to my problem, they were very attentive, and after explaining the delay to me, they did everything possible to ship the item as soon as they were allowed. Unfortunately, I had to return the item when it arrived, but the company recognized the total amount paid; for the inconvenience that was caused, I thank Mr. Lee for his greater understanding, and I do not hesitate to make a purchase again on his website, which has shown me honesty and commitment.

Excited I was able to find my old frames that are now discontinued, nervous as it was my first order. Everything turned out great, delivery, customer service and quality is all there. Will order again 100%

Process was easy. Only issue was although I received an email saying they had shipped I never received a tracking number.
I am currently away from home working so I haven't actually been able to check out the order but my wife confirmed that it had arrived.

I chose cool frames because I was able to select a frame that I love and am comfortable wearing out everyday. The price wasn't horrible depending on how many things you add on, the shipping process however is definitely not what I expected. I payed extra so my glasses would arrive earlier…just get standard shipping.

Found the Versace frames I recently lost, but had paid $500 for 1 year ago for $215 on cool frames. Really happy with customer service when I had a question. Will make another purchase soon!

Fast user friendly website. Large selection of frames. Bigger discount offers would be a blessing to save money with todays inflation prices. After all most frames are made in China for under ten dollars and less.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They messed up my prescription, as I paid a lot of money for two designer frames with progressive lenses. When I get them I can't see a thing, and when I make them aware of this they blame me that I entered the wrong information when I know that I didn't. They even made a mistake on one of their emails with what I entered. Every email I received from them has something misspelled, or grammatical error. I have reported them, and demand my money back, which I'm sure I will spend more taking them to court. They are a bunch of thieves.

This company dose not specify whether the frames are kids or adults. I called and the lady hung up on me don't use them very rude. Plus they want to charge you a 20% restocking fee to send the frames back after the website does not specify that the frames are ordered were kids. Just said ladies.

I placed my order, received confirmation, and my order arrived in a timely fashion. The order was of high quality and I have used them with no issues.

I broke my glasses. Because Cool Frames had the same model, I was able to order new frames and snap my lenses in saving me the cost of ordering new glasses. Thanks cool frames. Easy to order and arrived quickly.

Terrible. Frames came bent - arms were stretched outwards as though someone had already worn them. Their return policy will only credit you for the frames, not the lenses, plus there is 20% restocking fee, other charges, postage, etc. They told me to take them to an optical shop to have them fixed - and why am I supposed to be inconvenienced when you sent me a bad frame? Check out Yelp - others have had exactly the same experience.
