I never received a confirmation email for my order so I had to contact customer service. They gave me the order number but I could not look up my order on the website. They had my name wrong and my email address and I double checked everything when I entered it. I had to contact CS multiple times and was finally sent all of the information for my order. I received the glasses about 3 weeks after placing the order.
The eyeglasses arrived on time and as described. I contacted the customer service for a change in the frame colour and I was quickly guided to how to proceed.
Easy to find the frame I wanted and the price was great. Just uploaded my prescription and waited for them to come in the mail. Easy!
Had to get prescription sunglasses quickly and was able to change shipping address and expedite shipping very easily. They are perfect. Will use CoolFrames again!

My order was shipped to my billing address not the address that I had specified as my shipping address. This was a problem because I had ordered them for someone else and wasn't able to immediately ship them to the correct place and I can't guarantee that they will actually get to the person who needs them now. I'm incredibly upset with the lack of communication from the site and lack of alerts that they had changed something. The glasses cost almost $300 and I had to spend even more money in order for the correct person to receive it.

Site easy to navigate. You'd like more views of the products. Nice selection. Processing and shipping could be quicker. I would shop again!
