Not only great prices but easy to navigate through the site for my needs. Everything went well from checkout to receiving the product after all. This is the fourth time buying eyeglasses frames from here and consistently getting great shopping experiences.

I had to get replacement frames for my lenses, the team were so kind and helpful. They found me a frame that fit my needs right away. They are kind and sweet and very attentive to your request. The store is filled with so many different styles of glasses, I felt like a kid in a candy store, all the new looks to fit any fashion style. Defiantly my new place to shop for glasses.

Well worth the wait. Expect it to take a little longer than you might like but it's so worth it. Got to prescription frames for the cost of one from the other guys. When I reached out with an questions regarding the status of my order I got a response next day and a tracking number the day after. Superb 10/10

I've been trying to get the glasses I have now for 3 months. I put in orders and cancelled and when I put in my order with cool frames and from the beginning of my order to the end. I was notified of each and every step until I received them. Thanks so much

The Web-Site did not update properly with Safari.
I switched to Chrome and the update was better, but not perfect.
I ordered glasses on Tuesday, 11 June.
The glasses arrived after 4:00 pm, on Monday, 8 July; 26 days later.

I was so upset I couldn't find my frames anywhere. I saw cool frames, ordered nervously, even called a few days later just to make sure everything was okay, I had just the nicest person answer the phone who assured me that even if I felt nervous like that again, absolutely call back and they'd be happy to tell me exactly where my frames were currently, within a couple days they were delivered! So excited! They've been super great so far and had zero damage! I've already planned to buy two back up frames like these and a few other cute ones I saw on the website! I'm never going back to my old way!

My son broke his frame and the eyecare store we got them from wanted way too much to replace them. Cool frame had the best price online for the same frame. Shipping was a bit slow, but after 2 weeks, we received them and it looks great.

Overall I am very pleased with my purchase from Cool Frames. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that it took a little longer than expected to receive my glasses.

Very happy with the prescription sunglasses I ordered. Delivery time was a little longer than my local optical dispensary, but at less than half the price for the same setup, I can give up a few weeks.

I was so happy with the choice of frames and high-quality. Turnaround time was also very good. I just wish they have the option for high index frames for my prescription, but I'm thrilled with the results.

I sent an email to cancel an order and then it shipped. Once I received the order I called to ask about the return process. I wasn't told I had to pay a restock fee. The returned order was received in a timely manner and I did not receive my full refund.

Ordered Rx sunglasses but received Rx clear lenses. This was after two calls with the order representative just to be sure I would receive my order as shown in website

I broke the only pair of glasses I had left. I can't drive or really get around safely without them. Granted, I had to tape popsicle sticks to my old frames to wear them to get around while I waited for the new ones to arrive in the mail, but if you know your prescription, it's very simple to choose frames and put in your Rx information for new glasses! They arrived in about a week.

My favourite frames from designer Marc Jacobs recently snapped and were irreparable- my vision centre said they were discontinued - however I found them here and ordered them and simply popped my lenses that work fine! I saved so much and still get the look I am creating.

The prescription sunglasses I ordered are very high quality. I love the clarity of the lenses compared to the cheaper sunglasses I've always worn. The frame is a bit large for my small face, but since I only use these glasses for driving, I don't mind. And sometimes I do wear them out and about. Thinking about ordering another pair!

The right lens was correct, but the left lens was not. I ordered these as a duplicate for an identical pair I thought I'd lost on vacation, but later found. I even put them on, one pair after the other. And there is definitely something wrong with the left eye.

Your staff is very knowledgeable, personable, and welcoming. I was very skeptable about ordering frames on line; I am a retired, mature adult who appreciates fashionable eyeware, but like most of us, must watch my budget. I don't like the mall eyeware styles. So far, Cool Frames products appear to be authentic and reasonably priced. If they are durable I will purchase more.
