I had a really great experience with Cool Frames and I am very pleased with my purchase. I gave you 5 stars but I had to give a nudge to get my new glasses in hand. I'm sure it was an oversight. Thanks Again.

My daughter found the glasses she wanted elsewhere but they were over $250. Cool frames not only helped up find the same glasses but also assisted in using our health insurance to make it more affordable. My daughter LOVES the glasses. We're very pleased!

Frames helped me avoid paying for new glasses. Your reviews should be easier to fill out. It's not complicated to understand why I might wanna get frames.

Had a bit of glitch in my order, but I was contacted by customer service who informed me of an issue and expedite the correction and I could not be happier with by new glasses and prescription sunglasses.

The sales experience was very nice and efficient but I wish I could have used my coolcash on my order. Once the order (and payment) was taken, the fulfillment process was not great. It was slower than expected and prepaying for faster shipping was not worth it. In fact, you are out of luck to speed things up once the product ships. Apparently, Coolframes and their shipping partners do not have a good relationship, so making any changes after your very own items have left Coolframes (e.g. Intercepting a package to pick it up earlier or paying extra to get it faster) are impossible. Disappointing.

I was skeptical at first with ordering online especially for Cartier frames but they arrived with no issues. My prescription was correct and they look fabulous with the transition lenses. I will definitely be ordering more frames in the future.

I couldn't find the frames I was looking for and nobody here where I live in the Valley of LA seemed to have them or be able to order them. Your company had them and they were exaxtly what I wanted and extremely affordable. Whenever I called with a question someone answere me immediately and everyone was very polite and patient.

Had a wonderful interaction with Tamara on how best to proceed with my prescriptions. Her advice was very valuable. I also appreciated that CoolFrames reached out to me after submitting my quote. I was amazed that you were the only company out of 6 to do so!

I received both pair of frames ordered. The numbers of my frames matched and were correct and were authentic frames. I have to admit I was relieved. I did get a phone call that one pair would be shipped later when in stock, usually by 10 days. I appreciated that and questioned the validity of my order. The frames came. I did not put the prescription in the glasses, I personally feel that is hard to get to match.

My order was shipped to my billing address not the address that I had specified as my shipping address. This was a problem because I had ordered them for someone else and wasn't able to immediately ship them to the correct place and I can't guarantee that they will actually get to the person who needs them now. I'm incredibly upset with the lack of communication from the site and lack of alerts that they had changed something. The glasses cost almost $300 and I had to spend even more money in order for the correct person to receive it.

I was doubt about the glasses, but knowAt first I couldn't decide whether to buy the glasses. But after I got them, I really liked them. They are really good quality and the design is very nice. I strongly recommend the CoolFrames

I am a first time customer of cool frames and am very happy with the ease of ordering, the cost and quality of the frames- they are the exact same frames my eye dr has but just a different color and a much better price. Was very happy with the delivery time and the shipping updates from the company. Would purchase from them again in the future

Website was easy to shop on. Wish they gave an option to just purchase the glasses with the factory glass in them. Also wish they would include how tall the lens part of the glasses are. I am looking for glasses that have a narrower lens area than most frames. Was glad to find a small set of frames that acutally fit but the lens area is still too big for my liking. I feel like they take up my whole face.

I am happy with my purchase. I placed and paid in full for my order online, I received an automated confirmation of the sale. I had to email CoolFrames 'seven days' later to ask for an update. The following day I was emailed to say the frames would be shipped the next day. They were shipped, as they said... But no carrier or tracking was provided. They did arrive safe via USPS. Perhaps I was unlucky; but I feel communications could be much better.

I found the exact frame I was looking for at a great price. Shopping and checkout were easy. My order arrived promptly and as advertised. I highly recommend this seller! :)

I ordered a frame for my daughter. Frame was perfect! The only thing is that I wished the tracking of shipment worked for Canada. We had no idea when they were going to arrive. Took about 2 weeks.

I purchased a replacement for my frames that had broken, but the lenses were still good. These came within a week, and I was able to pop the lenses out of my old frames and into the new ones with ease. Super easy checkout and shipping process, very happy with my experience!

The delivery was way too long... I ordered on May 19 and received on Jun 6. Almost 3 weeks. Other than that, everything was good.
The staff responded back to my email very quick and the product looks exactly the same from the website to the real touch.

My frames arrived timely, in new condition and as described. I was able to transfer my existing lenses to my new frames and I am proudly wearing them as we speak. Thank you Cool Frames. You're a company I enjoyed doing business with.
