I recently ordered a Jura coffee machine (high end) and had amazing service from the beginning to my order to the end. It arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. I'll order from them again! Thanks for your great service. Also, a huge shout-out to all those hardworking Windsor Ontario workers who have been keeping us all very happy during Covid-19!

I ordered a product on August 30 2022. It has been over 4 months and a new year has passed. The product never arrived.
I have emailed customer service for a refund 5+ times. I have called them every day. No one answers your emails or picks up the phone. I do not believe this is a working phone line.
They refuse to offer a refund for a product they never sent. All the reviews on their site are fake. Look at all the downvotes on their reviews! This store is a scam.

Do not buy from this site, they charge your credit card even if the items are not in stock, keep telling you items are on the way, back ordered, out to shipping etc. They get your money and then not very interested in getting the items out. Customer serice is poor, cannot call to discuss orders will only deal with emails. Tried cancelling order several times and they just ignore you. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere even if more expensive as it will save you a lot of time and aggravation.

This company has quickly become my go to source for cookware. Their pricing is always competitive; the website is informative and easy to navigate. The ordering process is seamless and their communication is very good. And the added bonus is that I feel good supporting Canadian business!

I ordered an item two weeks ago. Not only has it not shipped, but according to *******@cookstore.ca, the item I purchased is not even stock and they are waiting on their supplier to ship the item to them. There is no way I would have committed to a $200 online purchase for an un-stocked item, to be delivered who knows when. Disingenuous to allow customers to complete the Checkout process when an item is not currently available. Disappointed with the whole process.

Long shipping delays and unresponsive customer support. I don't mind waiting for the shipping but they do feed you lies when you ask for a tracking number, an update or refund (when you finally get tired of waiting). Wish I had read the reviews here before ordering. Finally gave up and had to dispute the purchase with my credit card company to get my refund.

Ordered a product in April, which was indicated on the website as being in stock. Later received an email that the order can't be fulfilled due to Covid & supplier issues. Which is strange, as I had this same problem in Aug 2019 without the virus. Went on to cancel the order & have now waited almost a month, with lots of back & forth on getting my money back. Won't be ordering from them again, as they take your money before they have even fulfilled/ shipped the order.

Placed an order after speaking directly to someone on the end of the phone. Since placing the order nothing received and no way of contacting in real time. Emails are not answered, phone is not answered /// Do not waste your time here

We bought the small stainless steel French press and wanted to return it and buy a larger on.
After sending several emails to *******@cookstore.ca and several phone calls and waiting on line for an hour only to be disconnected, I finally gave up on this store and decided to write this review.
Don't buy from them!

Message: You all did a great job! While many online vendors seem to drag their heels fulfilling orders, I can ALWAYS expect my purchases with you to be handled timely, and shipping is soooo fast.

This was the second time I purchased something from Cookstore.ca, and it likely won't be the last. I found exactly what I was looking for, and the price was right (compared to that well-known A-Z store anyway!). The item arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised!
