Totally deceitful and impossible return policy. You can only get credit card credit if returned within 15 days of order, except they don't even ship until 8-10 days AFTER order and by the time you receive them it's 15 days! Wanted to return a new unopened pair, but only could get store credit or exchange. I ALREADY bought 4 pair, last thing I needed was another. AND they take out $6.95 for 'free postage' even though I kept another more expensive pair shipped with them. Their 'customer relations' is hopeless and lectured me. Really? I will pay more elsewhere to avoid these shysters, seriously, shop elsewhere, the prices may seem cheaper, but you are stuck or will totally get hosed on returning hose.

If you order these things makes sure you look for buy 3 or more special offer which is available on the site with certain brands like Truform, I made mistake of ordering only 2 pairs when I could have saved even more by ordering 3. Shipping was quick, and ordering was secure. I received my shipping confirmation almost immediately. I did not think it would go out that fast. But it shipped the same day and I received them a couple days later.

For anyone looking to get their medical wear in a hurry, I would definitely recommend this site - delivery only took a couple days - I honestly couldn't believe it, especially since it's just after the holidays and the mail is crazy this time of year. Nevertheless, that was the first awesome aspect that stuck out to me about this company. Secondly, I really loved their selection. HUGE selection of compression stockings! It was almost overwhelming how much they had to choose from. With a little browsing though, I was able to pick out exactly what I was looking for. Overall, I had a great experience with these guys, and I can imagine I'll be paying them another visit.

Socks galore! Basically the is your one stop shop for every type of legwear you can think of. I have been buying all my socks here for about 2 years, and don't see any reason to go anywhere else. Why? THE PRICES! The prices are so awesome, I can hardly believe it. I had recent surgery following cancer diagnosis. I shopped for post-surgery garment and chose "Compressionsale" due to their advertised return policy. As I feared, my surgeon did not like the garment I had selected and asked me to get a different style/type. When I tried to exercise the return option at "Compressionsale" - they denied me the right, saying it "didn't apply". There was nothing mentioned on my order form or during the order process stating the item was exempt from their "easy returns" policy. I am stuck with something expensive that I can't even use. Choose another site for your shopping. These people aren't honest.

I was having a little trouble finding my particular product, so I decided to use CompressionSale's chat feature. In theory, I love this option, because I don't really like talking to customer service reps over the phone, but in the past, I've found that upon using chat options on large website's like this, it's often times just a "robot" entering in prewritten responses to your questions. I was so relieved to find that this was not the case on this site! It was an actual friendly human being fielding my questions, and giving me specific answers. What a difference that really makes. Ultimately, I ended up finding a product that was even better for me than if I had chosen it on my own. Thanks!

I know nothing about compression stockings, then again, most people don't. My doc told me to get a certain compression level for my venous issue, and that's pretty much all she said. Upon visiting this site, at first, I was extremely overwhelmed with all of my options, so I reached out to customer service, who were incredibly helpful. They recommended the kinds that would be perfect for my conditions, as well as the ones in my price range. I ended up buying a few pairs that were ideal for me. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Thanks!

If you want to buy a standard pair of white socks, compressionsale has them. If you want a very specific pair of medical compression hosiery, compressionsale has them. Super diverse variety of leg wear, but there's nothing very diverse about their pricing - it's all very very reasonable. Why buy online through a big box store or even via other major online outlets when prices are so great here, and shipping is free? Good question, huh? Give compressionsale a try. I've been a customer since winter of 2012, and I've never been disappointed!

When I began to consider ordering from this company, I emailed about sizing. The stockings arrived after 6 weeks; the size was wrong and thigh high stockings were falling to my knees. I was on an overseas trip and couldn't meet their window of time for returns. Now, five months later, and over 50 emails in all, it seems that their service team is specialized in asking questions to delay giving answers. I was looking for a dependable company that I could have a long-term relationship with to meet my needs for these kinds of products... but now I warn anyone who is considering doing business with them to beware and keep looking around.

We ordered 4 pairs of compression socks. One pair split at the seam in putting it on for the first time. I contacted customer support. They wanted photos. So sent photos. Then they wanted the product returned, but I had to request an authorization to return it. (I've worked in manufacturing. RMA numbers are normally issued for large or expensive pieces of equipment. These are socks, folks.) Then they said it was received but they needed to send it to the manufacturer. Then said a replacement was being sent. Never received a replacement and they refuse to issue a refund. There are plenty of other reputable sites for compression socks. I strongly encourage others to avoid this site.

These people are bandits. Bought 2 pair socks for my husband. Used the measurements from the ones we have from Doctor. The ones I received from compressionsale are too small. Only returning one pair of the two. Shipping was so slow that by the time we received doc said he could stop wearing them. Because I was outside of 15 days even though they are unopened, unworn, I have to pay freight back, NO REFUND! Store credit only! I don't need anything from these people. I will end up buying my husband diabetic six he doesn't need just to use up credit. But from Amazon. They ship quick, have liberal return policies. These people are customer unfriendly. DISGRACEFUL,

I've had so many experiences emailing customer service where the time it took them to respond was about a week, sometimes longer. It was so refreshing to find a company who emailed me back the very same day I messaged them with questions. My email to them was only a brief paragraph, but what I got in return was a very in-depth email answering all of my questions, very specifically. I still had a question about their exchange policy, so I called them the next day, and they were right there to take my call and answer my question. It's great to have had experienced a customer service department that seemed to be right at my finger tips. I will definitely shop with this company in the near future!
