Last minute Christmas shopping has had me scouring the web for little gifts for distant relatives -- how I stumbled onto socks, I don't know exactly, but I'm so glad that I did! Socks are a great little Christmas gift idea that I always seem to forget about. Sometimes I remember them, but when I do, I realize that they're not actually a little gift at all -- they can be expensive! Thankfully, this was that my experience with Compression Sale! I actually couldn't believe how affordable everything was. Bought men's, women's, and kids' socks, and I couldn't get over the reasonable pricing! The kicker was the free shipping! Love it.

Through a computer Input error I ordered a small sleeve instead of the intented medium. I contacted company and they wanted me to pay return shipping plus additional shipping for correct size. The original item was sent free. At this point I told them that I would not pay shipping both way and to refund my money. Was told by the company that their policy was store credit or exchange only. I requested refund a least three times and they refused. Disputed my credit card payment today and will be refunded from card co. Avoid this company at all cost. Everything they sell is available elsewhere with far better customer service

Ordered via phone 1 pair of stockings. Within in seconds received email confirmation for 2 pair. Called customer service. They corrected order to 1 pair. When shipment arrived, guess what, 2 pair in package and Amex card charged for 2. Called customer service. They said return 1 pair at my expense. I protested and said I would set off with Amex. After a few minutes "management " agreed to email a return postage label. It came in 2 sections that I thought was odd. How ever I mailed it back but they said never received. Tracing showed it was sent to a different post office. I checked with my postmaster and was told the return label was a fraud, their words, as it was only too be used for shipping from there location not for returns. Bottom line they told Amex it was not received and I had to pay so I am out about$70. Wish I had read this site before ordering from these deceitful people. I will sign petition on Google

Biggest mistake ever! " CompressionSale.con has false advertisement " Twice I have ordered 25-30mg open toe knee high and twice I was SCAMMED!
These stockings were advertised to have the 'silicone dots at the top' and none of the ones I received had the silicone dots at the top…

I'm an avid online shopper. At this point, I do most of my shopping online - yes, even for things like groceries. And let me tell you, I've had some terrible order mixups and delivery mishaps... receiving what was apparently someone else's order, never receiving my order, this list goes on. I just wanted to stop by and say that ordering with compressionsale was one of the easiest ordering experiences I've ever had. All of the ordering conditions and stipulations were outlined very clearly, I got what I paid for at the expected price, and most importantly, it came when it was supposed to! Oh yeah, I forgot to add. Free shipping! Amazing!

I think if you're looking for a good place on the web to shop for circulation stockings, pantyhose, athletic socks, diabetic socks, braces, what have you... this is a pretty decent place for that. There's always some sort of sale, and they tend to be reliable with their delivery. There was only one time where I went to their site looking to purchase a product, but they didn't have it in the particular color I wanted... oh well. I've been shopping with these guys for years, and every other time, it has been a great experience.

I received my order in the mail yesterday, and everything went, more or less, as expected. I was impressed with the website and the fact that they had an abundance of high quality name brand products. I also liked the fact that it seemed as though there's constantly great deals on different, which will make it enticing to check back every once in a while to see just what they have to offer. My customer service experience was a very pleasant one, I have to say. My questions were answered in a very detailed and friendly manner, and they made sure to help me with my order, right up until the time I checkout out on the website. Also, who care argue with free shipping - that was one of the major things that had me sold. All in all, I'm a bit confused as to why a few others have posted unfavorable reviews. Personally, I'm pretty positive I will use their services again!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I received the wrong product and tried to return the very next day I received it (which it came within a week of placing order) and they said it was 30 days past the return policy. Then they wanted to charge a restocking fee of $6.95 which was a third of total price of stockings. Plus I was on hold for over 40 minutes and I'm still on hold as I write this. The link they sent me for their return policy gave me "this page no longer exists" message. I would give them a negative star rating if I could. They're rude and have the worst customer service.

I just purchased a bunch of athletic socks for only $20 bucks each! These socks are normally $40 each! I really couldn't believe how great a deal that is. After browsing around the site a little bit, I realized that there are so many other great deals like this. I guess they don't have "sale" in their name for nothing. This is definitely a true gem on the web. Great name brands at extremely decent prices. Please do check them out.

I had a few old pairs of compression stockings sitting in my drawer, unopened - still in the package, and since it had been a long time since I had purchased them, and since I still had not opened them, I figured I'd never wear them. Lucky for me, CompressionSale offers 180 day return policy on unopened items, so I was able to return them without any hassle, whatsoever... it was great! Any company that does not do this, really needs to get their priorities straight on customer service. So glad they could help me out!

"BUYER BEWARE! Very, very POOR customer service. After waiting for 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone, the representative was extremely RUDE. Also, their shipping options are DECEIVING. I paid $20 for 1 to 2 day shipping and did not receive package until the 3rd day (placed order Monday at 4:15 p.m. - did not receive until Thursday at 4 p.m.) and they would not refund the shipping difference. Lastly, I posted an honest comment on their Facebook page (compressionsale.com), and they deleted it today and made it so you cannot write a comment there. Hmmm, I wonder why? "

Ordered some stockings from this site in July, two of the stockings that I received were in the wrong size and color. Emailed customer services, they promised to refund the credits for these two stockings at the beginning of august. It is now August 28, I have seen no credit returned to my card and when I emailed customer services asking for the time and amount that the credits were returned, they ignored my emails. This is not my first time ordering from them but it certainly will be my last. If they send you the correct order, then everything is fine, but good luck trying to return or get credit for the wrong stuff!

If you're like me, you're always looking for a good deal. And, don't get me wrong, this website has tons of them, but being the bargain hunter that I am, I tend to find the best ones in the clearance section of the website. I don't know if it's just a coincidence, but I always seem to find something to suits my needs just fine there, and it just turns out to be listed at an amazing price! Another thing is that the customer service has been really helpful to me here. I once found something listed cheaper on another website - I told them about it, and they gladly lowered their price for me. They've always treated me very very well, and it's one of the reasons I keep coming back to the site. A friend told me about it about 4 years ago, and it's the only site I've ever used to buy stockings.

This first thing I noticed when visiting compressionsale for the first time was the way the site was structured. It truly made things soooo easy to find. This aspect of an ecommerce site seems so fundamental to its success. Sure, web-savvy people should have no problem finding their products on a website, even if it's poorly designed, but people who don't use the web that often - the elderly popular for instance - they might get easily frustrated and go elsewhere for their products. The people at compressionsale have truly crafted a site that I think anyone can use.
