If I could give -10 I would

Never received my order. When I finally get a hold of them, 20-40 minute wait times. Said since my address was wrong the post office returned it. They blamed the return on the fact that I didn't put Drive at the end of the street name. They said I would be a 25% restocking fee and a partial refund. I refused the refund and disputed the charge with the credit card company.

Amazing customer service!

I am very happy with the products I received and the speed of delivery. However, I am more impressed by this company's superior customer service. Upon being informed that a package delivered to my home mailbox had been stolen, they immediately offered me a complimentary product. I reordered items and with that delivery was a free pair of the hose that had been stolen. I will certainly continue to order from this company and recommend it to my friends. Thank you!

Timely Delivery

I placed an order for Jobst Relief Closed Toe Pantyhose. I was contacted by the store that my product was back ordered. They asked me whether I wanted to wait or receive a different product of better quality and more expensive without any price change. I needed the hose as soon as possible, so the store sent me a different product. The new product was great! The person who contacted me was very professional and friendly. I liked this store so much that I have already placed another order.

Their return policy SUCKS!

After months disputing their 25% restocking fee, I gave the green light, just to be done with it. To my surprise, they gauged their fee and deducted about 50% of the price I paid. I am so unhappy with their customer service. Be ware, they are not fair and don't care about their customers.

Compression socks
August 9, 2022

Please look at they're return policy. I failed at this site to do so. I used they're recommended size chart did the measurements to they're recommendations and these socks are Super tight. I spent $30 and to return it will cost me $18 plus with doing an exchange now a postage fee. Please look at they're return policy.

Fast, cost-effective, brand names, great customer service, should I go on...?

It's difficult to find things not to like about CompressionSale.

I've used their website twice already in a 3 month span, and I'm pretty resigned to the fact that I probably won't buy my footwear (beside shoes - because they don't carry those yet) anywhere else - be it a brick-and-mortar store or a website. Super happy with the pantyhose I bought, as well as a bunch of compression workout wear for my before-work-morning-runs.

Stay as far away from this group as possible. Ordered on 6-7-18 and saw no activity after paying for expedited shipping. I called them to find out when 3 pairs of socks would ship and was told it could be as long as the 14th. Wife used this outfit before and order never came, basically they suck. You have been warned

I have dealt with this company for a number of years and always felt the products were outstanding. I still feel that way, however, today was the first time I have ever contacted the customer service department both online and by phone. Unfortunately I got to the same person. This company has the worst customer service department that I have ever dealt with. They are rude, sarcastic, condescending and treat you like a child and to top it all off, disconnect the chat and hang up on your call. I wish I had read the reviews first as I would have never ordered from this company or even tried to speak or communicate with anyone. They are terrible.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company and its return policy. We just got wrong size and wanted to exchange it immediately...
You have to pay shipping to send it back... then they will charge you $6.95 return shipping fee plus 15% restocking fee. On the top of this you pay the difference in price based on the price the day you are doing return or exchange, even if it's exactly the same item... even exchange (There is usually a coupon on the web when you purchase it, but have to pay it back when return :)) ))))).
AND You HAVE NO OPTION to return item and get your money back at all: exchange or store credit ONLY.
Customer service was very rude too. She said that I obviously don't understand anything when I was asking questions about this unusual return policy...

Thigh high review

Ordering was easy and I received it in short time. However, product faulty.
Elastic at top of thigh highs not good on one pair. Have not been able to determine as yet if 2nd pair is ok.

Every year I shop here for my wife's maternity pantyhose and knee highs. We have ordered from them each time she was with child, in order to prevent varicose veins during pregnancy. I also tried a pair of men's knee highs in mild compression myself, however I don't have any leg issues and it was simply for prevention. Fact is fact, and these things really do work. Putting on compression hose is not like taking a vitamin, where you are trying to wonder if it actually did something. Compression stockings work with simple physics. These stockings put pressure on the veins to prevent fluid buildup below the knee which also help relieve pain in the legs from standing. Not to mention they help prevent the unsightly bulging veins, which are also known as varicose veins. Compression hosiery make her legs look great. That's why I will continue to buy them for my wife even after her pregnancy.

Upon typing a little question into the chat box on this site, I was very delighted to find that I received an extremely detailed answer, and it wasn't merely copied and pasted from pre-written material. Their customer service rep was having a legitimate conversation with me, and that's definitely something that's lacking in online customer service exchanges these days. I'm so tired of "speaking" to someone, and getting pre-written responses, when I could have just found the same answer somewhere on the website already. It seems like this company really cares about taking the time to make sure their customers get the information they need to make intelligent choices regarding the products they buy!

I'm really not sure why this site has gotten mixed reviews. Either the people who wrote bad reviews were being serviced by completely different employees than me, or maybe the employees / the customers themselves were having a bad day? Whatever the case may be, my experience was a pleasant one.

I gave them a call, wondering what the major differences were between jobstformen and jobst men's casual, and they were surprisingly very informative. It just so happened that there was a great sale on the ones I wanted, so it worked out great.

No real reason to use another service. These guys were more than decent for my needs.

I ordered Jobst Relief Double Leg Chap Open Toe 20-30 mmHg from CompressionSale.com, cofirmation #*******. They offered free shipping, but when the product doesn't fit, I had to pay yo ship it back. They only offered store credit and then you have to pay to ship the new order out. The remainder balance owed to me was put on a gift card, which I will never use. I spoke to a man there names Alex, who was the most rude customer service agent I've ever spoken with. He was so rude, interrupting me, to where I could not get a word in. Please save yourself the headache and do not order from this company.

Terrible company! Restocking fee on everything, no exceptions! Not to mention shipping & taxes! Just total confusion, no one knows what's going on & yes you can return, only after headaches dealing with them. Don't order if you are not 110% sure exact size you want, otherwise you will be srewed!...
Today they have sent the correct socks today, and fixed a bad situation and made it into a good situation & I'm satisfied! Thanks

Terrible company

I ordered 2 pairs of knee highs using the size chart provided compared to the size chart on my current knee highs. If I could post the pic I took you also would be in shock. Tried to return them.No retun allowed even though all ove the site there are "icons" stating 180 day return policy. BS. Customer service person was no help. His supervisor was rude & kept interrupting me. His supervisor did not take phone calls, only emails. (my guess... not even a real person) Still would not return. Only exchange for additional $6.95. So they keep my money and I have socks I can't wear. They get you with advertised low price and from there, you have been scammed.

Poor Customer Service

I would not recommend this company. I purchased two pairs of socks, they were unopened and I received a return #. After I sent both pairs back, I was asked for my credit card so they could charge shipping. After several weeks I received only one pair back, but had paid for two. I was told by customer service that there was a huge price difference and they would not be sending the second pair. So, apparently it cost me $57 to go up a size. The emails sound like they are written by a 5th grader. This company has a D+ by the Better Business Bureau. I wished I would have known that before making a purchase.
