I have not received an order that I placed 21 days ago. I have sent several emails, the last of which was not answered. I tried calling customer service and never spoke to anyone after ten minutes. I am beginning to believe that this company is a sham. I spent over 100 dollars and I don't think that I'm ever going to see my order.
I had to return my Jobst order 1 day after receipt, and was refused. Only an exchange or store credit was offered. After many e-mails on the returns web link with no option to talk to a person, and finally a call to customer service, an (relatively un highlighted) exception to the main policy (The main policy prominently states that "products that are new and in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged...") was used to deny me the return. The customer service person used a raised voice to defend the denied return and refused to give me contact to supervisors or someone in credit. Absolutely inflexible. This must be managed as a small company with family members running it. To me, in today's environment it might be considered somewhat a less or unprofessional business relative to customer service. I felt cheated/tricked and will not do business with them again.
I would just like to comment on how fast I received my items. I ordered these last monday. I received them on Wednesday. They are even faster than Amazon. I was also extremely impressed with how well these stockings fit. Wonderful comfortable on my legs. These are my feel good stockings. Thank you so much for excellent service and products. Keep up the great work.
If I could give negative stars I would do so. This place is a fraudulent company. They provide inaccurate advice via the phone and ship products that do not match the website information. Their employees are rude and disrespectful. They claim there is no manager that works via the phone or they claim that they are "one of the managers" depending on the day you call. They also claim you cannot talk to customer service on the phone, only via email. The emails are not returned and issues are not resolved. They only take your money. Be warned, do not order from this company!
Compressionsale is easy to navigate and have good prices. They have quick delivery(2-3) days. The Jobst stocking are the best. Thanks for the way you take care of your customers.
They put it right there on the front page of their website, and they definitely stuck to their word. I was doing some comparing between this site and one of their competitors, and I found that their price on a pair of awesome compression athletic socks, was actually more. I let them know about this, and sure enough, they beat their competitor's price by 10 percent. Not bad, at all! Because of this, I'll be shopping here tons more. Excellent service.
I love these. I have low blood pressure and get faint quite often while standing. I wanted something that compresses the calves yet look nice when going to the store.
Just bought a bunch of stockings and socks from this site for the holidays. I got my whole family a little something off of this site! I know my little ones won't really appreciate their gift of socks so much, but I know they'll need them while standing at the bus stop in the morning! My husband will love his dress socks, though -- I'm sure of it! If you need a good site for winter socks shopping, this is totally a viable option! :)
I've been waiting for a high quality site to come along that has all the top name brand stockings. I've been to a lot of website that have brands I've never heard of people -- ones my Dr. didn't even recognize. Not only does this site carry a plethora of top name brands, the prices are totally reasonable. I haven't yet found anything bad to say about this awesome site I just found -- going to tell all my friends and family about it. Cheers!
I made a purchase as a Christmas gift. The gift was not opened by the recipient until after the return-for-refund period had passed. The items were never opened. My multiple attempts by email to request "holiday consideration" to extend the return period were answered by the standard return policy. When I called, the woman who answered the phone was very rude and dismissive, even argumentative. No personal consideration, compassion or kindness. I will never do business with this company again. Customer satisfaction should be a goal, even when the customer is asking for their money back.
Ordered a set of Farrow Hybrid wraps. It took two weeks to receive them. Ordered two and got one. Called customer service. They acknowledged the mistake and told me that it took two weeks because they were out of stock. Why doesn't it say that when you order? They would not send the second Wrap overnight. So I will have to wait another 2-3 days for the second one. Never again.

Ordered compression stocking bc I was having severe swelling in my legs. By the time they arrived the swelling had subsided. The company refuses to return the items and refund my money: $189.00! The products are unopened still in the package mailed from the company. Customer service hung up on me twice. Immoral and unethical business practices.
They offer free shipping on their website for any order. When one checks out with a product they show no shipping charges. When the sale is finalized you get a receipt which then shows a $3.95 shipping charge. I called their customer service and was told their is nothing they can do. Do not buy from them.
Do not use this company. They are a complete fraud. There is no guarantee you will get the item you ordered. They will send an "alternative" item which in my case was a different size and color. They then refused to credit my card when I asked to return the item. The "Customer Service " department was the worst I have ever dealt with.
I've been using compression sale for years, and never once have I had any issues with them. Using their site is pretty darn easy, and I enjoy shopping with them. Come to think of it, it's funny that I waited until now to give them a review. Better late than never I guess. Ha.
I had to call 4 times to try & process an exchange that I had completed online & was treated extremely rudely each time. The original email said I would get a response in 3 business days. 1 month later I never got what I needed. By this time I no longer wanted to do business with this company due to all the trouble I had to go through & was rudely told that I could either take an exchange or a store credit. They never once apologized for any inconvenience or offered any compensation. Do not waste your time or money dealing with this awful company

Ordered compression stockings, returned because of quality for exchange. They refuse to refund the stockings, saying they were worn, seems ripped. What? They were not. Also I requested postage as customers have to pay postage for returns. Am cancelling the exchange and will never order from them again.
