It is very hard to find athletic socks at an affordable price; they're so expensive in stores and on other sites but I've been buying them lately on CompressionSale, and I have to admit, I'm getting a pretty great deal. I'm on a basketball team and I quickly go through socks between practices and games, so it's great to find a place where I can order them quickly and at a good price. No complaints with CompressionSale so far. Their service has been wonderful. Hats off to you!
I ordered a hernia support bi lateral for my father. Not only did they send me the wrong product but the product they sold had 1 snap on it. It did not snap ever. I attempted to get our $$$ back after 7 days and they have taken roughly 3 days of my time at this point of non stop holding on the phone dealing with an evasive Customer Support Manager named Mellissa Bright. She said she would send it back to the manufacturer for me and they will give me a replacement. I told her I was going to review her. This is for my father a veteran and a Great man, he did not deserve this. We do not deserve this treatment. Whoever is reading this, you do not deserve how you are about to be treated by this company. This is a scam
Very Poor Service. Shipment was slow, Product was not the size ordered. Request for return was not allowed, only exchange or store credit. Items were unopened in original packaging, return still not allowed. I will never use this company again and will inform all by friends to do the same.
Tried to return the unopened product the day after I received them. "I am sorry but refund isn't an option" I re-read the return policy disclaimer, and buried in it, is the policy about the brand I bought. This site needs to make the buyer aware at checkout or before if they can get a money refund or not. It's deceiving when it's not mentioned up front. I would not have bought them if I had known. I should have read the bad reviews prior to buying.
I purchased two knee compression sleeves online. It took them so long to get them to me, I started using a different brace. When they arrived, I did not try them on or wear them, just wanted to return them in their original package. They emailed, saying that I was only eligible for an exchange or store credit but not a return. Called their customer service and rep was very rude and then hung up on me.
I was very surprised at how easy it was to get my questions answered, on this site. It was really unlike any e-commerce site I've been to. I just typed my questions into the IM box, and a REAL person got back to me almost immediately. This is a large company, with a small business mentality, which is really something that suck out with me. Anyway, the customer service, was efficient, informative, and welcoming. All great things!
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company and its return policy. Although they claim that their products are returnable, they are not, even if returned in the original unopened package. At best, they will exchange them, after they charge you a 6.95 return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. They told me it is because they will not receive credit when they return it to the manufacturer. This is a lie that I confirmed by talking directly with the manufacturer myself and another company who sells the same products.
I purchased diabetic compression stockings for my husband. He was unable to use traditional compression socks because of skin issues. He has found he has no issues with his new socks. The tops stay up without rolling down. We will be using this product and would recommend it to anyone needing compression socks.

I'd just like to praise compressionsale's consistency of customer service and having the diversity and supply of products that they advertise. Never had a problem with this site. I purchased my order only a couple days ago, and today, my order arrived on my doorstep! Due to many of my past experience with these types of sites, I expected it to take like a week. Wow, what a breath of fresh air - a reliable online retailer for once! I'm glad to know there are companies out there who deliver as to what they say they're going to do!
There was an error in shipping and I never received the item. Compressionsale.com says they will credit my account minus a restocking fee or reship it with a shipping fee.
The live chat representative was very dismissive of me. He hung up before I was finished and when I reconnected he ignored me.
I wish I had seen that 25% of the sitejabber reviews were only 1 star before ordering.
I have been shopping on this site for about 5 years now, and they are one of the most reliable shop-online sites I have ever shopped with. Never once have I had an order that was extremely late, and never once have they messed up my order. My products have always been in stock, and since I'm a member, I always get great deals on my orders. I have never taken the chance to give them a good review after all these years, so I thought I would do just that, today!
I'm currently in the hospital. I don't have access to my custom compression right now. So it was easy to get onto this website and hav delivered what I can use until I get home.
I ordered a pair of compression stocks from this company and ordered the wrong thing... my fault. When I called them about the problem, they said they would call me back with a material return authorization number. I got busy as we were moving and did not follow up. When I finally (78 days later) called them, they said it was too late to return the stockings. Gee, I can hardly wait to deal with them in the future... NOT!

Sorry for the Confusion. Not your fault. (1) I am returning 1 order because I seem to be allergic to the elastic on the stockings, (1 pair opened, 2 pair unopened), your return Authoriuzation #*******, for credit. (2) The second order, Jobst pantyhose. I accidentally ordered S instead of P/Plus. I sent e-mail regarding this order, my mistake, but I have not received the return authorization code. Regardles, I am sending both orders back in the same box.(3) I have a 3rd order where I ordered the same Jobst pantyhose size P/Plus, and paid for them with my credit card again because I needed the stockings. I didn't want to delay the order and saw no way online to say apply the credit from the previous order to this. Again, sorry for the confusion. I hope that you can straighten this all out.
I had a similar experience with CompressionSale.com. I was unhappy with the first pair of hose and returned them. Don't expect a refund if you use a credit card or paypal. They will only give you a store credit claiming they cannot resell them once opened. I did not wear or even try these on as they were way too thick for what I wanted. I returned the unused in the original package but they still refused to refund me a measly $20.69 so I lost $13.00 from the original sale with the 15% restocking fee plus shipping to return them. I won't buy another item from this dishonest, poor company. Their customer service is horrible. I have filed a claim with their Norton protection that they provide but it probably won't go anywhere. They probably include this guarantee so you'll buy from them and get screwed. Please don't buy from them.
