First time I've ordered compression from this company I ordered it next day air on Friday I didn't get any shipping updates over the weekend and their website does not say next " business day". I ordered specifically for the reason of getting it within 24 -48 hours since I am traveling and have painful lymphedema without compression. I am disgusted and horrified that they would not refund the fee for the shipping. Customer service is awful.
I received the product today and I'm extremely pleased. The company has been in touch with me since I placed the order and I have been more than satisfied.
Doctor ordered a pair of compression socks for me, and they wore out so I was recommended Compressionsale for a replacement pair. I went online and found their ad - and clicked on it. The rest was as easy as typing an catalog number off of the box into the site search and my product came up. I proceeded to add it to my cart, and checkout all in a span of a minute. I was impressed to say the least. And when my compression stockings arrived - they were exactly what I ordered. Happy with my purchase. Thank you!
I didn't think they would actually do it, but they did! I found my product on another site, I mentioned this to them, and they said they would be the competition's price by 10 percent. I was so pleased that they entertained my inquiry and followed through. We need more online companies offering these types of deals, in my opinion.
Terrible customer services. I found cheaper in a different store, and I called to cancel my order less than 1 hour after placing it. They denied and said I have to send it back and be charged $15 dollars re-stocking fees plus $9.99 shipping, since my original shipping was free. Be Aware... Quality sucks...
These guys seem to be the number 1 spot on the web for compression wear, circulation wear, whatever you want to call it. There's definitely a reason for they're great reputation too. I had a solid experience with them, and will definitely end up going back. Hopefully I won't need compression stockings for too much longer though!
I am disappointed. I received the wrong item and do not know how to return it and get my money back. I need to put in a new order but won't until this is cleared up.
I've need circulation stockings for 16 years, and it's always been a struggle for me to find the items I need, as well as get them to me when I need them, compression sale has done wonders for me, and I really can't thank them enough. No matter what kind of venous issue you're facing, it should be good to know that there's people out there that can help you. Sure, my doctor does a great deal, but compression sale finishes the job. :)
I need a petite size, and I am very slender, one calf is slightly thinner than the other, so I find the knee highs a little too long, and one leg starts sliding down after a while. It probably will not be a problem for others. This is the reason for giving it 4 stars.
They are an extremely false company, that advertise "free postage", then when you purchase the product, they send you to the Paypal site to type in your details. After they receive this, they then decided to add the postage (about $20) to the purchase price for delivery. Yet when asked about the false "free postage" was met with a "oh well, too late". IF the free postage is ONLY available to certain areas, why not specify that? If they are going to add an extra amount more than the original sock price, why not CONFIRM with you first? Totally disgusted at their deception and further lack of total regard for the customer when asked about this misinformation.
15 minutes after I ordered 2 pairs of compression stockings from this company I called back to change my order. They were closed toe and I wanted open toe. I was told they were not available in open toe. Rather than making a hasty decision on different socks I said cancel the original stockings and I would make a different selection at my leisure. Now begins the incredible story. I was told the original was not cancellable ( 15 minutes after I made the order!) Yes I could return them. Subject to a 15% restocking charges, Approx. $15.00 charge for shipping, and the new stockings would be replaced at the list price if they were bought on sale. Two calls to customer service produced the abrupt answer, its in our return policy.
I ordered a pair of compression stockings and chose the Express Saver delivery, paying more to receive the item in 2-4 business days. The email confirmation came with no tracking number. After I've contacted customer service and got the tracking # I found out the shipment was Ground and not Express Saver. Talk to them is useless. This was their response for my complain: We do apologize, the error in delay in shipping is with UPS not us.
Not doing business with them anymore.
There's really, truly nothing you can't find on this site, as far as leg wear goes, compression or not. I would highly suggest it for anyone looking for an affordable site for which to find compression stockings, athletic stockings, supports, braces - anything really. If for some crazy reason you can't find what you're looking for, the great people running the site will certainly do whatever they can to help you out, and make sure you're satisfied. Great website, all around.
I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this site. Look at their return policy and you'll see why. They make it not worth your time to return it.

No refund to credit cards, in store credit only.
If you try it on you get in store credit only ( how else are you suppose to see if it fits comfortably)
25% order processing charges will be deducted from refund. ( not to mention that the box I received had already been opened. So I'll assume that it had been tried on before)

Never again will I order from this site. We did indeed receive the product ordered but my husband needs specific size for his large legs and what we got is not going to work. I am told that even though they do not carry the stocking brand we currently use and know will fit that they absolutely will not refund us. So we have a store credit that is good for a year and no way to use it! People read the refund policy because essentially you never can use the store credit if their stock does not suit your needs. Bye Bye to $227.80 of hard earned money. What a way to treat a consumer
What a blessing to have found this site. I was at a point on giving up with these stockings, because previous purchases they kept rolling down. Customer service had suggested a device called a garter belt, and it stays body adhesive for keeping the thigh highs in place. I decided to take them up on it, and decided to try the it stays glue. It actually worked. I purchased many bottles since then, and to this day have not found a better way to hold up compression stockings. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. God Bless You!
I ordered two pair. They were very hard to get on. (I'm 88 years old). Decided to exchange one pair for a larger size. I got the first ones on sale that was not recognized on exchange. I had to pay the difference. Won't order again as I don't think this was good business practice for a simple exchange.
Hands down, this has got to be the very best site for stockings I've visited / ordered from! Not only do they specialize in medical and compression stockings (which is what I need), but they also carry regular dress and casual stockings, too. I can basically stock up for the year for all my stocking needs in just a few clicks. Just purchased some heavy duty compression stockings for my condition, but I also picked up a great pair of athletic socks for my son, too!
Somehow Compression Sale counts two days as being just one day. An order I expected to be delivered no later than January 19th did not show up. I needed it by then since I was leaving town the next day and needed to take the order with me. I did not know how they figure the days until an order will be delivered until I called to complain that the order had not arrived. If you order on the 15th they do not count that day as one of days until the order will be delivered. The 15th to 16th is one day, not two. I did not actually receive the order until February 13th when I returned home. I can use the product I ordered now, but I ordered it so I could use it during my trip. I am surely disappointed with this situation.
Wow... try getting thru to anyone in charge at this company. Funny, no one knows who that is. Spoke with a Melissa Bright who is supposedly the manager... useless. The item I purchased was not as described. I had to pay to send them back. Then they charged me a restocking fee. We will see if I get my exchanged item. Ridiculous. Cannot speak to anyone in charge. I do not do business with companies like this. Will go elsewhere. Do not buy from this company.

For thigh-high and pantyhose: measure around your ankle, calf, and upper thigh. Then, measure the distance from the floor to your upper thigh (bottom of your buttocks).
