I purchased a Doff N' Donner to help put on compression stockings -- this was at the suggestion of my doctor. But it turns out that I don't need the Doff N' Donner.
When it arrived, I immediately contacted this company. I found the sales slip and followed the directions at the bottom of the sales slip regarding returns. I was instructed to visit the Returns Page at their website. I did exactly that and received an email stating that I could only have a store credit or refund.
I don't need any products from this website, so a store credit or exchange is ridiculous. This is not clothing, it is an accessory, an accessory that was not opened. It is in its exact packaging it came in.
I asked to speak to someone above customer service. At each question or request to speak to someone else--each time I received the same email from the same Customer Service person. No explanation. I have requested a higher-level manager to respond to my request, but I just received the same email from the same Customer Service person.
This tells me that CompressionSALES.com -- is really ONLY ABOUT SALES and really do NOT care about the customer, unless the customer is making a purchase.
This tells me that I am not cared post-sale.
This tells me this Customer Service person does not take my concern seriously.
I recognize poor customer service and unreasonable business practices, and this is it.

I ordered 2 items and several minutes later I understood that ordered wrong items and canceled the order. I was told that they would refund tomorrow. Instead of refunding they sent me the wrong items. I had to pay $3.75 for returning the package. I called customer service to ask if I get any refund for shipping but nobody answered the phone. I am very disappointed! Bad, bad service!

Poor packaging - items arrived with damaged original packaging. Terrible return policy - will not tell advise credit due back to you until you return the merchandise and they inspect it. If you are trying to do an exchange, you do not know what amount you have to work with. I tried to return an new, unopened, unworn, not tried-on pair of support stockings. When I emailed to inquire about my options, I kept getting responses that did not address the questions I was asking. So I called to get some clarifications, the "customer (dis)service" representative I spoke with was rude and abusive, told me that evidently I didn't understand English and then hung up on me. Since I don't trust these folks an inch (just read the other horrifying reviews), I am concerned that they can very easily just say that the stocking were worn (because the box was damaged from their own terrible job of packing them for shipment) and give me nothing. Then, I'll have no recourse but to attempt to deal with their rude representatives again. I decided instead to just donate the stockings to the Disabled Veterans, rather than have to deal with the stinkers one more time. Run away from them, as one reviewer suggests, and do not do business with these scoundrels, unless you enjoy being abused.

No help at all. This morning try to set up return. Their system says ordered over 30 days ago. This was ordered less than a week ago.
