Poor packaging - items arrived with damaged original packaging. Terrible return policy - will not tell advise credit due back to you until you return the merchandise and they inspect it. If you are trying to do an exchange, you do not know what amount you have to work with. I tried to return an new, unopened, unworn, not tried-on pair of support stockings. When I emailed to inquire about my options, I kept getting responses that did not address the questions I was asking. So I called to get some clarifications, the "customer (dis)service" representative I spoke with was rude and abusive, told me that evidently I didn't understand English and then hung up on me. Since I don't trust these folks an inch (just read the other horrifying reviews), I am concerned that they can very easily just say that the stocking were worn (because the box was damaged from their own terrible job of packing them for shipment) and give me nothing. Then, I'll have no recourse but to attempt to deal with their rude representatives again. I decided instead to just donate the stockings to the Disabled Veterans, rather than have to deal with the stinkers one more time. Run away from them, as one reviewer suggests, and do not do business with these scoundrels, unless you enjoy being abused.
